Called to ask if they can unlock my AT&T IPhone so I can switch it to my sprint service, they said yes as long as there was no contract I was finished paying for. But when I get there they tell me totally different story . Nope we cannot unlock your phone we have to wait two weeks blah blah blah ...To The Owner ——::: you are called Unlocked wireless.... But your employees CAN’T unlock my phone ..... uhhhhh. ok...🤦🏽‍♀️. The girl who works here has no idea what she is doing.. or how to do it. Bad customer service phone didnt ckme with all parts phone i brought a week ago brought in to get and over charged me for phone when it wasnt my fault phone went blank tried to charge me to get new phone and it also new screen protector when i got the case and screen protector for free the first time

This clerk completly wasted my time (1 hr). Over charged for device, an s9+. Then after telling me it was unlocked we settled on a price. I went next door to withdraw the money, 3 transactions costing over $15 atm fees. As i come back i see him peeling plastic off (the one we agreed on had no plastic). As i asked to see it for a final time before purchase he quickly tried to throw a case on it. I said I wanted to see it WITHOUT THE CASE only to find behind my back he had switched it to a small S9. He tried to sell me the wrong phone and AFTER CONFRONTED with the fact, explained it was because the one I wanted (S9+) was NOT unlocked and he would not have tod me unless i found this out, he would have let his lie go on had I not been aware CHARGING ME THE SAME PRICE FOR A LESSER ITEM JUST TO MAKE A SALE. He was decieving. He tried to mislead me and cost me money for unnessasary atm withdrawals, TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL DO NOT GO HERE THEY WILL SCAM YOU!!!

Say they open on Sundays from 11-7. Was there at a 11:oo n waited til 11:45 to give benefit of the doubt to them n still no one came! Why advertise you are going to be opened and then you dont Smh!!!
