Little confusion from drop shipper to Hi Five, my merchandise was sent back to shipper. I was given a window to P/U and shipper changed return date 3 times. Paid restocking fee for shipper mistake

I brought a contract phone a note S5 and everywhere I went they couldnt help they said the company wouldnt let them into the network. So my last resort I went to high five to get a non contract company. They where so friendly and helpful. I left the phone and came back within an hour. I came back to get my phone. The guy their remembered my name and told me that my phone was ready for use.. I am so pleased these to guys are awesome ILL be back there again. Thank HIGH FIVE YOU GUYS ARE THE BEST IN THE CITY..🙋

My boyfriend and I both had our phones break in the same week. We went to Hi-Five to see what deals they have because we dont have a lot of money. We have separate plans. My boyfriend changed from Metro pcs to Boost mobile and got an IPhone7 for $20. In total he spent about $100, for the IPhone, activation fee, and the month of service +taxes. Amazing! I have a plan with T Mobile and found a Samsung J7 (has nice size screen) for $120+plus taxes. Came out to $126.88 I think. This is AFTER he took $10 off, because I told him I was looking for something cheaper. Both phones are pre owned. But in great condition!

Great store for Cell Phones, I unlocked my phone and repaired the screen in short time. Works great. I highly recommend the place.
