Staff not very helpful. Was in the store for a while to use computer needed help a line started behind me and I was pushed off to the side and told to wait until it died down even though I’ve been waiting and what I needed literally would have taken 3mins the most for the cashier to help me. Waited in line again to purchase an item make cashier walked away after helping a customer and didn’t even acknowledge me. Thankful someone was walking out of the back to help me

On Google maps states open on Sunday at 12pm. Went to the store, and there is a sign that states store closed. Store need to update or clarify there store hours.

Dave Chappelle did an episode called on a fictional print store. The frustration the customers felt is how i felt today. Maybe this job is as frustrating as the post office. But, if the business makes a mistake why should the customer feel more frustrated when coming back in to correct a mistake this store made? Condescending attitude. I felt talked down to and that the representative was unwilling to understand me. I was told if there is a mix up again it wont be their fault.The mistake was: double sided, 3 hole punched, dated copies were upsidedown, backwards, different dated pages were added to other different dated upside down pages.... Most were right...so i needed these 25 redone.Also, Loud annoying beeping sound on computer.Front door has wrong times listed for hours next to correct hours. Can be confusing.

I was next on the line, waiting to get attended to. A woman standing behind me went to the desk to scan her boxes and got attend to instead by Tayonna, the associate at the desk. Courtesy demands you let me know you want to quickly help this lady out instead of ignoring me and attend to this lady who came in after me. You do not get to select who you want to attend to when there is a line in place. I am seriously displeased by the service here.

If you are in a hurry or just want come in, take care of business, and go on about your business then this is not the location for you. Slow service, long wait, personal conversations with customers while others are waiting. I understand why most people prefer to do their business online because Customer Service is DEAD!

I came to this location to pick up a package and employee ignored me like I was not there. I guess he could not stop what he was doing for two seconds and see what a customer wanted. This place has terrible customer service. This company needs to be more careful about the people it hires as employees. They represent you as a company. These employees make your company look bad. Worst experience, USE UPS.

If there is enough staff when you arrive, great service.If it’s 1 or 2 people during what u think is slow time and 3 customers come in...you are doomed. It’s maddening when all you need us to pick up a package and another needs to see all the views printed for a local event flyer ....

We had an urgent request from our VP to ship out a package for delivery this morning. Our PM took the package to drop off, as it wouldnt fit in a drop box. The women working behind the counter told our PM that she couldnt use a Staples box to ship in. She would have to purchase one of their boxes, at a cost of over $11.00 and put our box inside it. Our PM said she wouldnt purchase a box and left the store. The PM called me and I looked up another FedEx that was not far from this one. She walked in gave them the box and left, no problem. Our company reuses boxes all the time to ship in, as long as we remove any previous shipping tags/bar codes theres never been a problem. It seems to me that this store is just trying to take advantage of people. We will never use this store for anything and I am contacting FedEx directly about this issue.

Cannot understand the negative reviews. Ive been using this location for 15 years. The people at this location--Christian, Alex and others are always wonderfully courteous, smart and responsive. Makes me wonder what attitude they walked in with.

The second (and last) time I came here I was equally as disappointed as the first. I waited for 27 minutes in line for one woman in front of me to mail a birthday card to her mom. The woman working behind the counter could not figure out how to get the card mailed without signature upon arrival (an additional $4+) and it took 27 minutes to send the card. Placing your order online and paying ahead of time does not equal convenience when the people working at the shop do not know how to do their jobs.

Not sure where I should start.. Bad customer service to say the least. I work for UPS and not even being biased. They always have an attitude and act put out to do anything for you. The lady, I guess shes the assistant manager or something, shes been helpful though. Like I just want my prints, you can keep the attitude. If I can help it, I wont be returning. They dont deserve one star because they are open when I need to print something last minute.

I ship and pick up packages nearly every week for my business from this location. Victoria and the rest of the staff are incredibly helpful. They have gone out of their way to help me with my packages on several occasions. Because of their service, this is always my go-to Fed Ex location.

The lady was very unprofessional and rude! Smacking on her gum. Sounded like a horse. She would not even help me send my package. She was too lazy to scan or type in the tracking number told me I had to email it to her. Not to mention I had to wait at least 5 minutes for her to even help me because what she was doing before I got there was more important then me standing there.

It kept declining my card for no reason so I loaded money onto one of their cards and absolutely nothing happened. I tried my other card which has no money on it but that went through somehow. So I finally think Im about to print but I log onto my Google drive and it just say blank no other options. Save yourself and go to the library around the corner at least you can use the computer for free there.

This place is always understaffed, you have to wait 15 minutes to ship something while they wait on a printing customer. The one that closed on Northlake Parkway was the best, this one is the absolute worst.

The first and the LAST time I will go to this location. The Staff stand there and talk and have side conversations and dont assist or help customers. They have no sense of urgency and they WILL help you when they are ready and dont care. When the staff does find it convienant enough to help you they act as if they are annoyed by your questions.

This location is excellent. Parking, staff, stocked. They have good hours. Right across from Northlake Mall. Around the corner from Publix. On the Marta line #30, #125 and McDonalds is right there also

The female behind the counter, Antiquea, was very rude and completely disinterested. I could not believe my eyes when her name tag boasted that she had been a FedEx employee since 2006. WOW...what a horrible employee!! UPS was only $0.50 more in price. I will stick with the brown/UPS.

Customer service sucks! I came in behhind another lady and we stood there for 10mins. Fedx driver unloaded then the manager walked out, the lady in line told me i can go first bc all i had was tape. Then the manager walked back in the office for 5 more minutes. After waiting she came to the front and the lady said Ill let her go first. She cut her off saying i have to check these in first. No sorry for your wait, no hello. As we stood there in line for another 10 minutes for her to check 12 boxes in one at a time, she then said we cant take no cash. I brought my tape, th as nk the lady in front of me and left to go to the car to tape up my boxes. When i returned the same lady was there trying to complete her order. Standing inline now for 20min. I finally checked out. No one ever said so for your wait, we apologize for the inconvenience, etc..Corporate really need to check this place out uncover as investigate! Smh i will never go here again. There two stars bc i got good eco tape for 2.49 and it was a big roll will last for a while!

I went to two Kinkos attempting to send a fax. The customer service at this location sucks. I asked for help at the fax machine b/c I could not get the fax to go though. You would think I asked the lady for a freaking kidney! I dont think the fax machine works @ this location or the one on N Dec Rd. I followed her directions, and the fax still did not go through. $10 hold still put on card for each location. $20 in holds but no successful fax.I left andawent around the corner to office depot. Fax went right through! SMH. Get it together FedEx!! FedEx, you dont have to worry about me coming back to any FedEx place for any office related service!!

When I walked in the store the employees just looked at me saying nothing. No good morning, Ill be right with you. NOTHING!!!I looked at another employee who had just came in to work, took her about 5 minutes to get clocked in and help me. I was in the store for 15 minutes not one employee said anthing.. Saturday June 02, 2018 10:20am I came in the store got help at 10:40am. Only one other customer was in the store. No name tags to tell you the employee names.

I went in to send a return package and the woman said I needed to add paper to the box so that it did not sink when other boxes were placed on top of it. I shared that it was exactly the same as I had received, she said she could charge me to add packaging material or I could use something from my car...I said I’d like to ship the box as is and asked if she would ship the package as is and she said no. I took it to another location and they accepted and shipped it without any issue

Tried to drop a job off tonight at 7:45pm to pick up tomorrow morning. Needed 60 11x17 pages laminated and the woman in charge said her worker was about to go home and she would be there by herself and could not do the job. I told her I would cut them as that was her first reason why as it would be too long? The she said she was too busy... There was only one other person in there. If this locatio is loosing money, I can tell you why.

There is one lady with a limp that works here that is extremely slow!! Every time I come she is the only one working. She should never work by herself. She isnt the most pleaseant person and is extremely unknowledgeable on the system at all. Whenever I come Im here at least 45 min waiting to get 1 document printed. And when I asked to get it binded she told me she couldnt do it. After I waited 30min. Soooo frustrates this lady makes me late every single time. Even when Im the first person when the store opens. Ridiculous! New staff please! Maybe I should just come during another time of day.

I went here to scan some documents. Computers are rentable for $0.30/minute, with Adobe Acrobat Professional installed and a scanner connected. I scanned 9 pages into a pdf document in about 12 minutes, for a total charge of $3 - $4. Process is pretty simple, directions are on the desk, and the computer has USB ports for connecting a flash drive to save the files. Not sure if these computers print, however. Computer rental is paid for via a card reader, which accepts either debit/credit cards or a prepurchased Fed Ex card, available on site.
