This place needs help...Ive been here a few times now and each time Ive left empty handed because more often than not they dont carry what youre looking for and good luck calling ahead as they dont answer their phone.The worst part of my experiences here are from customer service, its just completely void of any friendliness whatsoever, the desk people always look miserable and if you can get them to answer your questions at all theyre very short and blunt with you.It was the I dont care about why youre here just get what you want and get out treatment I got today that made me drop what I had picked up off the shelves and leave without further words.

People at this store have absolutely no clue about what’s going on. They told me they didn’t know what capacitor I needed for a TRANE water source heat pump. They never answer the phone either when you call and when they do your on hold for 30 minutes. Very poor customer service.

They sell to normal (non-contractor) people!! They had my capacitor in stock, and I was able to fix my unit on my own for a low cost. So thankful!
