Ive had the worst experience ever with this company. First, they were quick to come out and look at our AC and let us know that theyd need new parts to replace in order to fix it. Or at least thats what we thought for almost 2 months! In this hot summer, we waited for you guys to order parts for almost 1 month. When we finally got a hold of someone, they told us the parts were in and that theyll call us back to schedule an appointment. We waited for another 20 some days, trying to reach out and find out the status but was unsuccessful. We finally gave up and decided to payPay another $100. We had Total Air Care company to come out and give a second opinion, thinking that wed still need to wait for them to order Parts for the AC. Well.. according to this company, we DIDNT need any new parts for the AC. This guy from Total Air care NOT you guys was able to fix the AC for less then 2 hours. There was a leak but he was able to repair it and our AC was up and running in no time!! I still cant believe you guys lied to us and left us hanging without our AC for almost 2 months!!!!! Worst experience ever!! Very unprofessional too!!

They really deserve a 0. It took 35 days to complete a service request. They are hard to contact and will never return phone calls. I will never use Elite Heating and Air ever again. Chris was polite when he came but the company still sucks. >:(

Technician gave me a specific quote, said one thing needed to be replaced. Was at my home for about 10 min, he later reported almost $2,000.00 worth of repairs, get diagnosis in writing....dont trust them(DIRTY)tech(CHRIS)looked like a Drug addict, unprofessional & dirty, watch them in your home, Call anyone besides this company!!!

This company is very unprofessional. My service request was originally in April 2021 it took them almost 2 months to come back out. I had to actually call to ask if the part came in. Then they came out to the property made the situation worse I’m still without heat do not use this company

The worst customer service ever i called to check the status of my tech and the lady stayed he will be in the time given. They close at 5 i got an email at 4:25 that the tech is on his way to me but he never showed up and i called his personal number never answer i called the office and they were closed.Very very poor serviceWill never use themDont even want to give them 1 star

DO NOT CONTRACT THIS COMPANY. They came to my home in SC on a call from my home warranty company. Technician was unprofessional, did not actually check any components of my heating system, only the airflow in/out. On top of this, they somehow disconnected the power from my unit to the thermostat, so now I do not have heat at all (in the middle of February). On top of this, they have yet to fill out their report with the home warrant company after multiple reminders to do so (were currently on hour 21 of a 24 hour period to do so), so I cannot have an appointment scheduled with a different company.Will never allow a technician from this joke of a company in my home again, and you shouldnt either.
