I love fresh market and the often unique selection of food they carry. My gripe is that twice now, I have received products that were expired by between 2 and 6 weeks. This recent purchase of dumpling wraps had an expiration date of 7/17/21. Today is 8/30/21. I am writing to management to perhaps do a better job at monitoring the actual freshness of food. Receiving a product 6 weeks expired is potentially dangerous at worst, and at best, simply gross.

The flowers are beautiful, produce was full. The Deli has great food. Meat and seafood are great. What a great place to shop!

What more is there to say about a store other than this place is perfect. The staff is second to none, they are a great help and their hiring is diverse and some of the best people Ive met in this large city. They will treat you like family.

I love this store because they have all the specialty snacks that I love and cant get in regular stores. Also, their prepared foods section is the best! Friendly, helpful staff is a huge bonus!

There is a delicious farm air of freshness about the store and what they showcase. With fresh baked bread, mountains of cheese and rows of confectioners treats; personifing European graciousness. It retains a homey feel encouraging exploration.

James has outstanding customer service. He helped me with TWO masks. He was very eager to assist me, His service was so impeccable that I felt like I was at Chick Fil A. James’ cash register and work area was very very clean and he’s represents a huge reason why I would defend return to this store all the way from Fayetteville, GA. James went above and beyond to help me and other customers. Move him to different stores to train others .... give him an annual salary

I work across the street once a week and I never have to wonder where I am going to eat for lunch. The fresh market has a wide variety of options for on the go eating, including hot sandwhiches, fresh sushi (my personal go to), wings, salads, soups and more. Additionally they have fast check outs, special offers, and hot coffee. They also have friendly service and great deals at times. Love coming here.

I love Fresh Market, it has such variety of different food items, and the already prepared food is flavorful and delicious. I try to catch the items I really like on sale, because they can be a little pricey. But some things are worth it.

Fresh Market should be called , previously frozen market.. From pastries to pasta salads, the majority of the offerings are mass produced in factory and sold as fresh.

1st time visiting this location, only discovered this chain after visiting Pensacola last week and turns out we live really close. The products offered were could selection for what we were looking for in terms of organic, vegan and natural and pricing was fair. S.O. was very impressed with the peanut butter machine and it turned out to be the highlight of our visit!

If you love long lines with only 1 cashier, constant blockages in the front door, an olive bar that has containers but no lids, and high prices then this is the place for you. Some of the employees are awesome but management clearly blows.

The beer is awesome and the tour guide is very helpful. However the food is SO SO SO salty. We had to dust off the extra salt on the fries for them too be even edible.

Wide selection of USDA prime meats. Great produce. Gourmet pantry aisles. You get what you pay for.

Store is small and everything was easy to get to quickly. I was able to find everything I needed. The staff was pleasant and i was asked a few times did I need anything and it was appreciated. I live closer to grant Park and wished one of these were in my area. Ill definitely be back.

Best customer service experience in quite a while. Sandra M could see i was desperately searching for something. She asked if I needed any help finding something... she lead me to all the items i needed. Very friendly. And Kasandra at checkout was also personable. I will return. *for fancy ingredients ;)

They carry many Health concious choices & very fresh produce here. Great location too.

The quality of ingredients here is extraordinary and I would recommend this place to anyone who likes fresh goodness.Throughout covid-19 its been hit or miss.They have a strict mask policy although I did see one person without a mask inside the store and nobody said anything to him.If you want to get some good meat and some good vegetables come here its very awesome.

Loved this market I only wish we had one in my town. Produce was awesome and the variety of items was even more amazing. A little pricey but well worth the quality of the items! From seafood to baked goods, just amazing and very clean!!

Went there to buy either a Kumana avocado hot sauce (it was $10+ with a $3 cash back reward from CheckOut 51) or a bottle of Cobram Estates olive oil ( it was $12 & $19+ with a $2 cash back reward from Ibotta). It was going to be one or the other because Im on a very tight budget right now. With both being available l chose the Kumana avocado hot sauce

Love this store! It’s my go to when we’re at the Shepherd Center. Great food to go! Mears, sushi, prepared salads, bread, nuts....so much! The staff are all so friendly and nice! I can’t love it enough!

Very friendly staff. The store offers a huge array of my favorite juices and an assortment of the freshest fruit in town. The deli department is definitely my go to spot. No long lines....fast check out.

A great specialty grocery that really does have everything.

They have the best bagels, the loaves especially the Pumpkin Chocolate chip and the Red Velvet are decadent.

The products are so fresh and healthy, its all worth it

I love Fresh Market for the fresh baked muffins, the best Raisin Bran muffins are here and the bakery is outstanding. I also get salmon cakes and burgers here along with great salmon fillets. They have some of the hard to find Ice Cream brands like Cool Haas and Jenis and they have great take home meals for single folks and families. If you want specialized and gourmet choices they are perfect and the prices are reasonable too. Excellent customer service, top notch.

One of my favorite supermarkets to visit. They have everything from fresh flowers to well prepared foods, sushi and more. The shelves are stocked with all kinds of interesting items. A great place to browse and find all kinds of Epicurean Delights.

Love this place! I shopped at Fresh Market when I lived in NC and FL. I love the old-school market feel and the focus on just food--not bath & body items. The bulk spices are convenient and reasonably priced. The bulk coffee tastes great and they will grind it for you, free of charge The produce is EXCELLENT. The meats and seafood are good quality (especially the bacon, crab cakes and sockeye salmon). Decent selection of wines. I just hope that the buyout from Apollo doesnt ruin what the Fresh Market has going for it.

I love this store and their very helpful staff. I needed a large brisket sliced before a big holiday party and the team in their deli department was more than willing to help me get it done, despite my having bought/cooked the brisket somewhere else. Several other grocery stores I called were unwilling to help. I really appreciated how accommodating they were and will continue to come back.

Fresh market is a great store for quality products. I had got there fresh sushi which was indeed fresh and tasted great. Some times the line might be a little wait when they only have 1 person at the register, which was the case for me, not that big of a deal.

I always enjoy when I have the opportunity to shop at a Fresh Market store! I love their inviting produce section. I came in today to purchase a ready to go meal and did not leave disappointed. Wonderful selections and a large number of very healthy items. Their Bakery section and fresh meat section is unlike other stores. The atmosphere here to is very laid-back and comfortable.

Meat selection and quality are excellent. Baked good are also excellent. Produce selection is good, but quality varies...Ive gotten broccoli with sand in it that couldnt be washed out. Candy and coffee selection are good. Package goods and frozen selections are slim with exceptions of boutique olive oil and chips. Wine selection is decent. Prices arent anywhere near cheap, but there are excellent ongoing deals on skinless chicken breasts and chuck.

Very friendly employees. I was in the store recently looking for two different odd ball items. An employee who was off and doing some shopping must have seen me looking confused and asked if I needed help. He wasnt sure so he went to the back and asked a manager for me! Very helpful. Fresh market prices are a bit higher than the competition.

Love the fresh market. I think they have the best produce in the area and I love their meal kits. Makes eating healthy easier. Slightly pricey and they dont have everything you want though.

Best overall food and customer service! If you like fresh made-to-order sandwiches, get a panini! Theyre amazing! Their produce prices are very comparable (but they have more choices and better quality I think) and they have great sales!Everyone has always been so nice there and so cheerful and helpful! Now, my 2 girls, Nikki and Tifani, work there and love it! 😁😁 Thats how you know its an all-around great business!

The hot food is delicious! The staff are friendly and gracious. They will offer a sample if you want to try something before buying it. I have also enjoyed the Fresh Market meals for several months; however, the raw veggies are not as fresh as before and the meat portions are smaller.

Food is as fresh market but the paying machines are horrible. Hardly ever works with Apple Pay and never offers cash back. Someone should investigate

Its expensive but the quality is definitely there. The produce section is near perfect. The staff is kind and helpful. I love going here for rare and gourmet food finds. The bulk bins are a convenient way to try out different snack mixes. Dont sleep on the hot bar. Its reasonably priced, has lots of variety and the food is tasty.

This place has taken 100% of the money I used to spend at Whole Foods.

Nice produce and selections of some specialty items (like oils, baking items, vinegars, etc.). But, you definitely pay a small chique market price. Not too many items here are a deal, unless youre only shopping the ads. Clean enough, and friendly staff.

Upscale grocery with great produce and made-in-house goods. Favorites include: entire fruit section, sushi, homemade breads, coffees (Vanilla Maple), salads, and sandwiches.You get what you pay for. Think of The Fresh Market as a curated Whole Foods/Trader Joes fusion grocery. I would never buy all of my groceries here but if you need superb, select food or need a quick meal its worth the trip.

The overall experience is non-stressful and peaceful. The dimmed lights and the classical music give the ambiance a very professional and upscale experience. Their selection of fresh bakery items, new produce, and well known brands makes this grocery store a no brainier. With a large amount of ready made sandwiches, sushi, and American comfort foods makes this a great stop for grocery trip and lunch.

Gourmet grocery and bakery items that cant be found in a grocery store. Solid salad bar and hot/cold food case. Awesome $25 weekly family meal. Good coffee and bulk item. But relatively pricey.

I love the Fresh Market for so many reasons. The take out prepared food is delicious. The fresh flowers are beautiful. The meat and fish departments are exceptional. The cashiers and other department workers are friendly and professional.

Hygiene. Seriously lacking. I visited this store for breakfast and lunch items this very morning. The one thing that amazed me was the lack of use of gloves in all the prepared food sections. Where are the health inspectors. I mean from seafood, to warm prepared food to the salad bar not a single gloved hand. Not one. I foolishly purchased there and my tummy feels a bit queasy and I am saying NO more. I will not frequent this store nor will I consume any prepared foods here. Very unprofessional and gross!!!!!

Has a good meat and seafood department - good selection of fresh and semi-prepared options. The fruits and vegetable section used to be excellent, but their organic and local options have been cut back dramatically - very disappointing.The staff is very friendly and helpful.

The staff are always friendly and greet me. I have gotten the sushi before and it’s decent, sometimes will fall apart.The salads that have croutons are soggy.Just an easy spot to shop for lunch.

Beautiful store. I love the selection of bulk items. Great place for coffee thats not expensive and quick. Watch the sales! The lines get long (short staffed) at times which is the main con with this location.

What a beautiful store but I dont understand why people pay for overpriced groceries!! Everything there that I can find in sprouts, Publix, Kroger, etc is at least double the price. I suppose if you dont mind throwing money away and do not care about saving your hard earned money, that is your prerogative.

A small store but you can find a lot of things. Unlike other supermarkets, Fresh Market keeps its stuff fresh. I heard that they restock the fruits and vegetables more frequently than the supermarkets.

Those free samples are straight-up incredible! Plus, everything is neat and easy-to-find, and the employees I spoke to are so polite!

If I could give negative stars for the 2099 Peachtree Road NW Fresh Market location I would. After a long work day I bought what I thought were fresh groceries (“fresh” is in the name), but when I got home I realized the avocados were rotten! Even worse the blueberries and strawberries in the middle of the cartons were also starting to go bad! It was my first and will be my last time buying food at that location. Walmart, Kroger and Aldi have 100x fresher fruits and vegetable at a fraction of the price. Additionally I was parked next to the entrance of the building and as I was loading my groceries into my trunk a store employee was rapidly sweeping the front entrance debris into my direction about 2.5ft away. I am very displeased and disappointed with my experience.

Clean, good selection. Not too familiar with the chain but was impressed by the produce section. Only interaction with employees was the cashier who was very friendly and upbeat.

A good variety of different foods and brands. However, the costs of the items they sell is on the pricier side.
