Total Garage Care came out a couple years ago and repaired the garage from a broken spring and we have not had any trouble from it since.Then all of a sudden the garage would not close properly, so I called William and he said just send me some picture of what you see and I will see if we can fix it over the phone. William is an absolute LIFESAVER! First of all, he answered my phone call right away. He was very personable and professional and accomodating. I called later in the day with an emergency and he came by first thing the very next morning. He did a wonderful job getting my garage door reattached and operational again and his price was incredibly reasonable. He was very professional & responsive was able to squeeze us in at the last minute on an early Saturday morning.Friday night our garage door coil snapped and my car was trapped in the garage. Of course it was horrible timing as Saturday was my sons birthday & multiple tournament games. William came out early and saved the day. He was able to quote a price upfront & was reasonable. Total Garage Care was very professional and able to fix my issue quickly. The wires for my sensor were constantly disconnecting after years of diy repairs. William was able to connect them so we won’t have the same issue ever again. We were also able to get the rubber t-track tubing replaced after 15 years of wear and tear. TGC provides a wealth of knowledge and information about home owner garage questions. Thanks for all your help!

They were incredible, straight up. I was in a bit of a dilemma as we needed to replace the top panel of a garage door on our house, but the manufacturer didnt make them anymore. Our service technician was on-point in his arrival, communication, and extents he took to get us all the info we needed. He repaired our garage door and it looked like brand new again. I am going to have these guys install my garage door machines at my new house we are building, they were a 12/10

Will with Total Garage Care is the person to call if you need new garage doors, repairs or replacing an old unit. William did wonderful work on my garage door! The builder had put weak support brace on our wall not properly supported with only nails rather than screws which ended up separating from the wall. I called TGC at 745pm when my garage spring broke and William was here repairing it at 8am the next morning. He was knowledgeable, efficient, and very pleasant. He even swept out the leaves at the entrance of my garage. I would recommend TGC to anyone.

I called and spoke to William who ended up coming after hi shift ended to repair our garage door day of! He was very sweet as intelligent. He also spruced up the rest of the garage bolts that had nothing to do with the issue. Our garage is back up and working better than before! My two wooden garage doors were fine except for the board that touches the ground. Those boards both began to rot. After several estimates (one of which was off-the-charts CRAZY), I got in touch with William at Total Garage Care. He came to my house to assess my problem. He said that they could not replace just the bottom board but that he could get the entire bottom section. He gave me a price that included parts and installation which was SO reasonable (actually hard to believe after what other companies had estimated). Being a penny-pincher, I asked him if I could do the installation myself and just pay for the two new bottom sections. He said no problem. He took measurements and told me that he would go to the supplier the next day and check the measurements against the new bottom sections. The next morning, he called and reported that they were the same. Two hours later, he was once again at my house with the two new bottom sections, new hardware and rubber to go on the bottom of each section (where the door touched the ground). Now, I can take my time to caulk, paint and install. Will saved me a lot of time and $$$. He is really a good guy.

My left garage door was randomly opening throughout the day and would not close when i pressed the button on my garage door opener. I called Total Garage care and Will came out and fixed my door in a few hours. He also upgraded my opener to a more modern version. Will had a great attitude and was open to any changes I wanted. I recommend him to anyone with issues with there garages.

After the spring on our garage door broke, we needed fast service (we had a car trapped inside the garage). We were delighted that Total Garage Care was able to send a service rep. within the hour of our call. William was quite knowledgeable, and efficient. He did an excellent job of replacing the spring, reconnecting and testing the door. He finished in less than an hour. We could not be more pleased with his work.

I used them back in Jun to fix a broken door at my rental property....I was actually able to email them a photo of the damage to the door to get a quote...came out the same day and made the repair...very professional, and pricing was better than the company that performed the tuneup on my garage door earlier that day....

I just had 2 garage doors and 2 openers replaced at my house last week. I received 2 estimates and they were 200 dollars more than the other company I had contacted. I went with Total because the salesman seemed more professional and I always want the best work at my house period. The tech showed up at 11:30 friday morning and he was by himself and didnt finish until 11:30 that night. I feel this is very poor planning and he should have had help with this job. The next day I go out and inspect the doors and one of the panels has 4 holes drilled in it and some sort of filler rubbed in them which was very ugly and not what I paid for. I let the company know of the issue and they replaced the panel but the very next day the garage door wouldnt close I tried about 8 times and then I finally had to manually close the door myself. I will never refer this company and they do not even give you time to thoroughly inspect the job before they are emailing 4 times in one day and calling nonstop to receive the additional money owed.
