When his cell phone chimed with a ring or text, he didnt divert his attention to that while I was standing with him. My doors are near new and only needed a minor structural repair. When you are in this situation, its likely you will only see these people once in ten years. Atlanta Entry Systems did a spectacular job on our gate. We needed to have an old gate removed which was falling apart after just a couple of years. Atlanta Entry Systems was professional and gave us a very competitive quote very quickly for a new motorized entry gate. Taylor and his team have made us so happy! We have a falling apart wooden gate for our driveway. We wanted something that would blend in to our fence and also be automatic. These folks came out within 2 days to see what could be done with our garage door opener. Showed up even earlier than the time window mentioned. Ive used them on three separate occasions and all three times theyve given me prompt quality service. Two of the three service calls were on a Saturday during the holidays. Both bad weather days with lots of rain. As I went to close the garage door the cable snapped and all my belongings were getting wet. Im a single dad so it was bit challenging to balance watching my young son while trying to remove all the furniture in the garage. I had tons of furniture and needed someone quickly to assist me. I called Atlanta Entry and spoke with Brandon. I explained my situation and within 20 minutes Brandon was at my door. Within the hour he had resolved my issue and charged me a reasonable price for the service. Again, Ive used this company on three separate occasions and have received nothing but top rate service. I can guarantee you will not find a better company that is willing to respond to your needs that quickly. How does this company have 5 stars?? Must have paid for reviews! I would not recommend them at all. They converted our gate to remote access and after several months, we still have to call them out for malfunctions! Every time they come out it’s another issue that they did not tell us at the initial consultation. It’s very frustrating to constantly call them because they DID NOT DO A COMPLETE AND THOROUGH JOB! Don’t let the fake 5 stars fool you.

Called (10:10 am) Atlanta Entry Systems when my garage door failed to open. I noticed it had a broken spring. Phone rep was pleasant and efficient and he told me a technician would come between 11am-1pm the same day! I was very happy to hear that as it was impossible for me to open the HEAVY door manually. Branden, my technician, came at about 11:20am and quickly evaluated the overall issues with my door and quoted me the cost to repair. Branden worked through the replacement of my springs, and roller bearings , tightened things up, lubricated everything and now my door is working better than it has ever worked in the 5 years that I have lived here(12:00pm). It is smooth and quiet. Now Im VERY happy. Ive been trying to get an automatic operator for my driveway for months, called lots of people, most of whom just dont call back, and some that did I could tell didnt know much about gate systems.
