Good doughnuts when you can catch them open. I enjoy their selection and variety of doughnuts, their business hours are just all over the place. Dont bother calling, wont do any good. The best way to catch this place open is to just ride by and see for yourself.

Sorry to say this donut was horrible! I could not imagine why anyone would want to eat these. Maybe this was a bad batch I dont know because they have such a good rating. I drove out of my way to come here and was very disappointed. The donut is just so oily its not even resembling the texture or experience of what eating a traditional donut is like. On top of that it was $3 for one donut which I think is probably reasonable for the amount of doughnuts that they produce but for the quality is ridiculous. On top of that the store does not even resemble remotely a donut shop. I was just surprised overall. I expected much better. The girl qho helped me was nice though.

Called TWICE to confirm if they were open was given two different times each call. When I came they were closed and when I called a third time they said they would be in by 6:30. No one ever came. I wasted my time and gas to try these supposed “great” donuts but apparently the owners can’t be bothered to show up to their own business. As a black man it’s disappointing when you want to support black businesses and they lack professionalism and consideration for their customers. When you call at 5:40 and you’re told the store will open at 6:15, because you are CRAVING vegan gluten free donuts, you are will drive and wait 30 minutes for AMAZING DONUTS. When 30 minutes turns into 45 because you hope against all hope that waiting will bring you closer to set donuts and supporting a locally owned shop, you frustratedly turn on your car and head home. Maybe I’ll try again...in two years, but not anytime soon.

The pastries were extremely tasteful and customer service a1 not to mention the STRONG DRINK totally refreshing. Whenever in Atlanta this is a MUST.

CALL AHEAD. Having an amazing experience here started with a 5 second phone call to make sure they had donuts. Every 1 star review couldve been avoided by taking the minute to call.More applicably, these are the greatest donuts I have ever tasted. I tried a banana, strawberry, and cinnamon variety. They were all flawless. I also got a ginger juice with aloe and lime. It was lightly carbonated, with a level of ginger flavor that is unmatched. I left incredibly happy.I went with my girlfriend and we agreed that they were some of the friendliest and kindest people weve come across on our trip to Atlanta, and the vibe of the shop was immaculate ;). Loved everything and thank you for what you do!

Soooooooooo good! Gluten free donuts!!!!I will be happy to give 5 stars again when this business adheres to their business hours. I have driven 30 minutes to this establishment only to find them closed on several occasions. This is the only place where my daughter and I can eat donuts. Its disappointing to both me and her (8 years old).

Awesome drinks. I had the strawberry soursop and sea moss one, it tasted like a liquid honeybun. I tried several donuts. My favorite were the glazed donut and the cinnamon roll. I will definitely be back.I returned 3 weeks later and got the strawberry mango and the banana caramel (my new fav) donuts. Along with the donut holes and another strawberry soursop sea moss drink. I also learned that there are different donuts made each day. You can call in advance for them or see whats the donut for the day. Ill definitely be returning and calling ahead. These were some of the best doughnuts I’ve ever had (not just vegan, literally favorite overall) Since they make them in small batches fresh every 2 hours they run out quickly. He had to come back twice but it was 100% worth the wait. Definitely call ahead of time to make sure they have some in stock.

Great hidden gem! I went for the first time today and tried the banana-caramel donut, lime-pear donut, and vanilla-pistachio donut. They were all amazing! They serve other things like fresh juice and smoothies too, though I just came for the vegan donuts this time. I recommend this place if youre ever in the area.

I’ve called Vegan Dream numerous times considering their time of opening... there’s been an abundance of tardiness & an unwillingness to provide services to the very own customers of this organization. I’ve been disrespected by the owner of this business and was told to come and confront him in his face for my very own concerns. Do your research and look at the people who has had a significant response to mine... please, look at how this company responds to its supporting customers. I was a committed supporter but I can no longer support an establishment that has depreciating values when it comes to its buyers.

These donuts are shut your mouth, smile for days, amazing!!! We visited when the refill batch was being picked up and mannnn, we are so glad we didnt leave town without them! I wouldnt give a star if I could. I travel to Atlanta to see my midwife once a month from Tennessee. Ive tried to visit this place twice and they are always closed even when it says they are open. First time they were celebrating somewhere and were closed this time I went for my birthday 2 weeks ago about 6 pm and it wasnt opened, nobody even answered the phone.

Went here on December 3rd, 2016 after hearing about it on google. Needless to say, they got some great donuts. This place isnt in a great area and it is a little hard to find (it is around the corner of the store complex). However, the donuts are great. The guy who runs the store was super nice. I tried out one of the vegan cinnamon rolls, needless to say it was legit. Not too many people making vegan donuts, so it is good to see a guy totally nailing it. If you want a lot of donuts though, be sure to call a day or two again. I just walked in and he only had a few options available for the day. Oh, he also makes homemade juices.

I love this place. I had my first experience today; but it will not be my last. JB was so warm and cordial. He told me the flavors. He explained how they are made and the ingredients used. I tried a Coconut Mango doughnut. It was amazing. It tasted like a funnel cake. Made me so happy. A carnival in my mouth. I was a kid again in that moment. Being gluten intolerant makes it hard to find tasty treats; but not here. Everything is Gluten free, Veganand sugar free. I am “rolling in the deep” with Vegan Dream Doughnuts. This place is amazing! So much culture and has so much love in this place. They sell fresh and raw juices. The donuts are amazing. I shared with non vegan friends and family and they loved them. I tried their raw pineapple and ginger juice as well as the watermelon. Afterwards I had so much energy and felt refreshed. This little spot changed my life. Im investing in a juicer now. Visited for the first time this week and it lived up to the hype! The location isnt the best in the city but dont let that deter you from visiting.The doughnuts are vegan, gluten free, free of added sugars, and delicious!The owner Ras is awesome and very passionate about giving people the best tasting, healthy treats possible.

Stopped by because having gluten tolerance finding this place was right on time . I was slightly sceptical of the Raspberry, Lemon,Orange flavor . OMG .The doughnut was truly Amazing reminded of a Krispy Kreme .. I immediately called back to tell the owner how much I enjoyed the flavor , and trust me Ill be back . I was super excited to find a vegan donut shop in Atlanta, I expected a full array of selections but one tray of three rolls of varieties individually wrapped. Still was ok for the most part because I specifically went there for donuts just wasnt going to get a dozen as hoped for or a box of assorted donuts. The owner waited on two patrons in front of me for about 15 minutes or more. Still ok at that point if they had questions about the product but he wasnt selling product at all or answering questions about donuts. He was advertising other holistic events in the area. The line kept growing while talking to the two ladies about other things. Very poor service he didnt care about the other patrons at all.

With a name like Vegan Dream, I stopped in for the first time with high expectations. Sadly, they were not met in the slightest. Walking in the door i discovered that it really wasnt a doughnut shop, but a place that HAS doughnuts. Literally one tray of doughnuts, about a dozen or so. All wrapped in plastic sandwich bags. I guess they do other things there like smoothies and such, according to google, but i didnt see a menu or anything signifying that this was any kind of cafe or restaurant...it just looked like some multi-purpose space used for a variety of things.Well, I figured since i was there Id at least try them. I picked a banana and cinnimon yeast doughnut and a covered cinnamon roll...the nice young man said $10. To say i was taken aback would be an understatement. I decided to just get the yeast doughnut which was only $3 on its own (Im sorry, vegan or not, no cinnamon roll is worth $7). I got into my car and opened the baggie (most of whatever the glaze was ended up more on the baggie than the doughnut), and bit into it. It honestly tasted at least a day old, if not two, and was fairly dry and flavorless.I cannot reccomend this place at all.

As a vegan this is my togo to spot on the west end. Its actually my togo to spot in Atlanta, i live in sandy springs but when ever Im on the west end, trust and believe i will make a stop at Vegan Dream. ill make the special trip to go and get food at least one a week. If youve only been going for the donuts and didnt know about the other foods. Just ask about the soup and kale salad of the day. its a vegans dream spot.

I give this place four stars because it is my first time trying this place out. The doughnut that I purchased was pretty good. However, it was bit too sweet for my liking. I would suggest calling ahead to place an order if you would like different sweets. I went in expecting to have a huge selection already prepped and made and their were only about 15 doughnuts left of two different kind. I had the Banana Caramel. Chaz informed me that it is always best to call in, so that is what I will do next time as I would like to try them out again. Chaz was also very helpful and provided good customer service. The place is also a bit hidden as it is around the corner from the front shops on the side street. I also purchased a Sour Sap Sea Moss Smoothie and it was delicious.

The doughnuts I got were amazing. Maybe it was the time I went, but the selection was really limited for doughnuts and juices. Still, I will definitely return

The spartanic interior is a bit off-putting. Their donuts are wrapped in cling wrap. But they are good, and unique - and they have fresh juices and rasta clothing if you need either to accompany your donut.

The reason i didnt give this place 5 stars is because the donuts are not as filling for their value, 2.50 for one thin doughnut that only last 5 seconds is a little to much for me, but they are very flavorful, especially the almond and banana flavor

The hours say they open at noon. When we got there at noon it was closed, when we called, they said they would get there around 12:30. When we called again at 12:45, they said they would get there around 1-1:30. Then my friend went when they were open and they ran out of doughnuts. Im not sure why this place got good reviews, but whats the point of having a storefront with store hours if youre not going to open on time and if youre not going to have doughnuts. I guess the name of the business hold true... You can only dream of having vegan doughnuts.
