Delicious ice cream - good variety and different topping options to choose from. I’d def recommend checking this creamery out if you’re in the area and have a sweet tooth.

Fun idea but not so great in execution. Got the donut sweet stack and the donut was pretty dry, not really warm at all despite the heat pressing, and didn’t really add anything to the ice cream. The ice cream itself was pretty bland.Better quality ingredients would’ve significantly improved it.The staff were wonderful though, very friendly and helpful.

The ice cream didnt melt quick, and it actually stayed cold & thick throughout the whole time I devoured the ice cream.The donut is heated before served, which makes the donut ice cream sandwich very delectable! Warm & chewy on the outside, cold & thick on the inside.Out of the flavors we tried, (birthday cake, cookie monster, sweet dreams, salted caramel, and the chocolate fetish)we all favored the salted caramel the most!

Cute ice cream shop. Flavor options were ok. Nothing too exciting but the ice cream was good. Fairly priced and staff was nice. The young lady at the register was patient and helpful with lots of suggestions.Only allows four patrons at a time inside as a Covid precaution yet an off the clock employee in her pajama shorts and head wrap popped in and went behind the counter (work space) to retrieve the bathroom key (which is not accessible to customers). I don’t want to say it was tacky but an employee, whether on the clock or not, should be a bit more considerate and professional. I would visit again.

I came to this place hoping to be fat girl status for the night and oh man was I disappointed. I ordered the donut ice cream sandwich which wasnt anything like a donut ice cream sandwich. What was supposed to be a donut tasted like hard glazed bread. The ice cream wasnt anything spectacular and the staff wasnt much help either. Stood in line for about 15 minutes due to covid. Only 4 people at a time are allowed in the store which I understand but it just wasnt worth the 45 minute drive, the money or the time. Will not return.

I loved this spot. Ice cream was fresh and creamy and the donut set it off. They did not spare the toppings either. Most definitely will be returning and is a must stop if you are looking for something sweet.

Fabulous local ice cream shop offering inspired flavors. Definitely get the ice cream sandwich, it might sound indulgent but it’s perfect. I love the cereal milk ice cream, my favorite of theirs, pictured here. Right by / next to GSU campus so perfect if you’re visiting for a tour or visiting a current student or if you’re stopping by the Apex Museum or the Auburn Avenue research library. There’s a parking deck in the same building for easy and free parking to grab your cone!

The service was great! The people were nice and they had good covid protocols, I was just disappointed in the lack of variety in flavors. Everything, nearly every flavor, was a variant of vanilla. While not bad, just not enough.

Convenient location next to Pizza Hut. Great late night combo. Delicious ice cream. My favorite is the cookie monster which they happened to not have available. I chose the salted caramel praline on snickerdoodle and OG (cookies& cream) on chocolate chip sandwich.

To make a long story short. The customer service is not good.. borderline ok. The ice cream is decent in taste and price (regular scoops) in my opinion. The establishment will always close earlier than what is listed. This is not a place that makes frozen custard or food. Literally only scoop ice cream and warm up doughnuts.. so I’m not sure why they close earlier than the time posted and bluntly turn away customers 20 minutes before closing time.Tip: You can retain customers by providing great or even good customer service and at least try to make them feel appreciated. A simple acknowledgment when entering or a thank you on the way out.

Its really expensive. 2 of there signature ice cream stacks can come out to 16 dollars easily. But it is delicious and will raise your blood sugar for a week.

I have to say that this is one of the best ice cream places I have ever been to. The employees are amazing, and they live up to there name. I tried every ice cream they have and everything was beyond amazing. I cant wait to come back here when I visit ATL again!!

I got the black panther and at first when I read that it had activated characol in it I was a little skeptical but when I ate it the flavor was indescribable but delicious. Would be back to try the other flavors

My first experience was good. My next three experiences were awful. I called each time ahead of time to see if they had brownies. This last time on Sunday May 30, 2021 was the last time I’ll come to this black owned establishment. They always run out of brownies and that’s all I come for. No matter what time of the day I come. Horrible customer service. Stood in line for 40 minutes with my three children and they wanted brownies as well.

The manager was very rude. I thought that greeting customers when they arrive was common practice. Apparently not. The manager acted like I woke her up out of her bed to come and serve me. With a disposition like that she does not belong in customer service. I tried this place twice, however the attitude makes me want to go somewhere else. Pretty much anywhere else with better customer service.I will say that the other two workers on shift were nice. As for the manager—girl if you hate your job , just say that and then quit.

I’ve been coming here for a while and typically I get two vegan vanilla scoops or mango scoops. Recently I’ve been getting Vanilla milk shakes literally almost everyday. Today I walked in and the manager “Anna” who was leaning her back on the wall as she greeted no one. Told me that they don’t make vegan vanilla milk shakes. There’s one thing to say you no longer make it or I’m sorry someone has been making you this at their own leisure . But to just say “we don’t make that” and to leave it at that was horrible customer service. This would be my fourth time getting a vegan vanilla milk shake. But somehow they don’t make it. Very unprofessional of Anna to simply push us away with no apology or explanation. After driving 29 minutes.I give the ice cream 5 stars but that manager 0. However the other staff are very friendly, especially they short young lady who works at night seems like she’s a manager.

I had the Black Panther and I would argue its one of the best flavors ive ever had.. in my life. I cant quite describe the flavors and actually the way the ice cream looked was not the most appealing BUT it was the best decision I ever made. The location itself is pretty small, with not really enough space to sit and hang out, but its great for a grab and go dessert. must try

The ice cream flavors are just wow. Loved the mango and cereal combo. I was hesitant to try the sandwich variant but probably give it a shot on my next visit. The store was clean and the staff are friendly. I would definitely recommend to their ice cream theyre heavenly especially after a hot day.

This was a pretty dope spot! The staff was very attentive and they all had smiles. Sweet Stack creamery had a variety of toppings like a donut and ice cream sandwich which will easily put you into a diabetic coma! LOL! They have the old-school flavors for example chocolate chip mint and they also rock exclusive flavors like the black panther which has activated charcoal, Oreos and vanilla wafers. I only got two scoops because, I am lactose intolerant and if I have too much milk.... my wife will leave me!

Definitely overpriced Milkshakes and the quality definitely not worth it. I paid $8.71 for a milkshake that was very watery and product that wasn’t fresh. I would advise you not to make any special trip here. Your definitely not missing anything.

Vegan ice cream easily some of the worst I have ever had. Even 1990s era soy milk ice cream right from the grocery store has more clout. It was freezer burnt on top of being overly icey to begin with. Criminal to charge $5 for two scoops of this swill. Better off buying a pint of van leeuwen, coconut dream, etc from whole foods before coming here to be dissapointed.

The shake was good, but the service was very slow. There were 3 small parties in front of me, and I was standing waiting outside for about 45 minutes. It was a mess.

Apparently they open at 6pm on Sunday (May 2nd 2021). That information is listed no where, it says 12pm everywhere else (including their own website). We waited for so long not knowing. Even the outside door had the incorrect opening time listed. Now there’s a line out the door and they haven’t opened at their alleged CORRECT time (6pm), definitely not worth it.

Came here for the first time last night and I must say this will definitely be on my list of late night cravings. Staff was very sweet and patient. Stack was delicious. NOT FAMILY FRIENDLY! Saw an amazing Instagram feed and decided to drive my family down to celebrate the last day of school and support a black owned business. There were two people in the shop, my husband and I entered with our two kids and told we had to wait outside because there capacity is 4... which is fine. After reading the rules outside it says mask are required, however the customers inside were mask less. They should not pick and choose who the rules apply to. On top of that they were playing unedited Megan thee stallion with all types of profanities playing at full blast. What a waste of time and energy.

Mediocre ice-cream at above average prices. The shop looks nice, and the packaging and presentation is great, but out of the three flavors me and my fiancé tried, we didnt particularly care for any. None were bad per se, but with the bar being set so high now adays with craft ice-cream shops, this place doesnt hold up in the least in my opinion. The mint chocolate chip tasted like super cheap mint flavor, the black panther lacked nearly any flavor at all, and coffee ice-cream also barely had any flavor, and didnt even taste like coffee. This is grocery store brand ice-cream being sold at craft creamery prices.

This is just some random ice cream shop we stopped in because the one we’ve been trying to go to for days was closed. But this place ended up being wonderful. My boyfriend got the ice cream donut sandwiches. He claims it was the best. Perfectly made. No mess.

Full disclosure, the owner is a good friend of mine. He asked me and my family to stop by his new ice cream place and check it out but did not ask me to write a review. With that said, lets talk about that sweet stack. At first, my wife and I were a little hesitant. Were not heavily into sweets so a donut with ice cream in the middle seemed a bit much. But I wanted to give it a try and of course my friend was so excited for us to test it out we couldnt say no. I have to say it was absolutely delicious! To fully explain the sweet stack it is a holeless donut (glazed or unglazed) with icecream in the middle. Once you choose the icecream you want (I choose vanilla with rainbow sprinkles) they then put the donut (with the icecream not in the middle like a sandwich into a hotpress (is it hot press or cold press?) And basically warm the donut so then you have a warm donut with cold icecream in the middle. Yum, yum, yum. Our daughter didnt get the donut and just got hers in a cup (her loss) but she still enjoyed her icecream as well. I would highly recommend a visit you wont regret it.

This place has been on my list to try for a few months now. I finally made it today, and I am happy I did. They have convenient parking in a deck right next door. There was one person working, and she was very friendly. She greeted us even when she was helping others and patiently answered all of our questions. The ice cream was delicious. I got the donut sandwich with the Sweet Dreams flavor. My bf got a Dirty Bird scoop. We also got a small discount for following them on IG. I was hoping they would have indoor seating, which they did not. No problem. We will definitely be back and I hope they continue to survive and thrive in these rough times.

My son and I had a sweet tooth at 7 pm. Sometimes Ice cream is a good dinner. Lol. Anyway, we were greeted immediately, by several staff members. They had a very unique selection. I went with MVP and Salted Caramel in a cup and my little guy wanted Birthday Cake in a waffle cone. Both were absolutely delicious. I will definitely come again.

We came here on our trip to Atlanta, or should I say, “Hotlanta.” We came across this ice cream spot to cool off. The interior was clean and cozy. They had various selections of classical and in house original ice cream. They had a flavor called “Black Panther” which had a crunchy cement taste-it was activated charcoal. Is that even safe for consumption? They let you sample the flavor before choosing your ice cream in a cup, cone, cookie, or donut.After trying a few flavors, I decided to play it safe and choose my favorite flavors-“Mint Chocolate Chip” and “Cuban Coffee”. We also got “Let the Mango” and “Amber Rose”. There was nothing special about the Mint Chocolate Chip, but I liked the Cuban Coffee-it had a cool cold brew taste to it. The Mango was good, light in taste, and not too sweet. The Amber Rose had crunchy rock candy, but was too sweet as it was cotton candy flavored.We checked into Yelp to receive an extra scoop ($1 off), or they give you 10% off your order if you like them on Facebook or Instagram. I personally think they’re a little on the pricier side for the quality, as a scoop is about $4 for a cup. They’re known for their donut ice cream sandwich, which unfortunately, we didn’t know till we saw someone get it. We will try it next time.

Awful service, they were telling customers they were out of flavors but you could see unopened containers of each flavor in the bottom of the cooler. Watched 4 people walk out and to top it off we had to buy a mask just to be told they were out of most the ice cream.

Arriving at the location, instantly we felt unwelcomed. This was our fist time here and our last FYI. We advised the young lady with red hair, this was our first time and to explain; it seemed as though we told her the worst because the experience and her attitude went downhill from there. She slapped the ice cream and donut together and said here you go, I kid you not. Now if the prices matched that energy ok, but it doesnt. The advertisement attracted us here but never again. I love the fact that theyre Black Owned. The ice cream is overpriced but if youre a GSU student they give you a percentage off. They also have happy hours for everyone! My only problem was the mans attitude. One day I went in there and a heavy set man was rude while serving my ice cream. I suggest that they work on consumer service and the proper protocol to greet & serve customers. Besides that, the place is a great ice cream shop. I would definitely suggest it for a date or a treat to some special in your life.
