The donuts are served soft and warm. Theyre super rich so have some milk with it.

Their donuts are amazing. But dont EVER buy their sandwiches. $4 for a hot donut cut in half with a pathetic slice of cheese and freezer made egg on it. Nothing more nothing less. But for what this place is...GREAT donut shop!

This was our first time going to Duck Donuts. The place was clean, staff was very kind, and the doughnuts were absolutely delicious. We love how they are made to order, so they are nice and warm and melt in your mouth. Definitely will be coming back here when we come out to Atlanta again.

The yummmmmmmist hot doughnuts I’ve had in Atlanta! Made fresh to order and even customizable. My only regret is not buying more of the bacon flavored doughnut! Staff was friendly and we had our doughnuts ready I’m within 5 minutes-ish of arriving. We were able to stand by the window outside too and watch the doughnuts be made which was fun for the kids!

I decided on the spur of the moment to visit Duck Donuts, and I am SO GLAD I did! The donuts were amazing (hot and delicious - cooked to order), and the place was creative and clean. The two employees were enthusiastic, fun, and eager to serve me. I will definitely return again soon, and will recommend Duck Donuts to my friends.

Love the place and the idea. Never been to a place that can customize the donuts and makes them fresh in store. They have a variety of donut toppings available. They also offer drinks and ice cream. It’s a great place to try if you are looking for warm donuts to eat. There free water on the counter too if you want some. It is a small place and does not have a bathroom but you’re also not there long. It was about a 5 minute or so wait for the donuts. Well worth the wait!

OMGGGG! This is my new spot for FRESH, HOT COOKED TO ORDER DONUTS! The toppings are sooo good and the donut is like the best light poundcake with a crispy exterior! Im HOOKED!!!

A colleague of mine brings these in every once in a while...we work right across old ivy so they are still warm when we get them...my favorite donuts ive ever had. Would take these over KK any day. 6/5 stars. Excuse my photo missing some donuts, they dont last long.

I am a duck believer for sure. Heading there in the morning. Not too sweet, cake is melt in your mouth just perfect. I am not a donut lover actually dont eat sweets, but Ducks donut I am a believer for sure.

I came by twice today, on Saturday, to pick up donut sandwiches for boyfriend and for a client. They loved them. It was so easy to call and pay over the phone and pick it up outside. I never had to step inside. And everyone is unfailingly sweet and friendly. Management needs to add a tipping option for credit card payments- nobody is using a cash jar during a pandemic. Give these young-uns hazard pay! My appologies to the young lady behind the counter, kelly? I dont remember your name, but compliments to all of the lovely people who work here!

Five stars for hospitality! From the second I walked in the door I was greeted so warmly. The aroma was simply amazing. I really started to question why I stayed away so long. Its been months since Ive visited and I know I wont stay away so long again. The woman at the register was so helpful when I had tech issues. The donuts look amazing. The menu has soooo many options! Try their breakfast sandwich!! I am still drooling over it hours later. Thank you so much to the team at duck donuts Buckhead! Exceptional customer service is always appreciated but especially during the pandemic.

The young man working here is really rude. We drove 25 minutes to come check them out and I’m extremely disappointed. This was supposed to be the highlight of my stressful day but unfortunately it wasn’t. There were no other customers besides us so I’m not sure why we weren’t treated properly but oh well. Won’t be back.The donuts were good though so if you don’t mind the service, try them out!

I went in because I needed to break a $50 bill and bought a donut and coffee. The donut tasted like a funnel cake.....awesome!!! I am glad I dont live close. It would be hard not to stop and get a donut like that every day.

Delicious donuts but really annoying that you cant use a Groupon on weekends. Why even have them available if you cant use them on the weekends when most people get donuts? Cashier that told me i couldnt use my Groupon was also kinda rude about it but whatever.

Found this place completely by accident. The donuts are amazing! Made to order, hot and fresh. I cant express how wonderful they are. Even better than the donuts was the service. Antonia was amazing as well. Loved her! I will be back. 10 stars for Antonia!

I am beyond happy that we found this place! I love cake donuts and their fresh-baked donuts hit my craving on the mark! You cant go wrong with the basic glazed and powdered donuts. Also, the staff were absolute sweethearts and got our order completed very quickly. Definitely recommend checking it out!

After all the struggle for 3 donuts I was told it was on the house.On the house!They bought a lifelong customer and made my entire day. This place was amazing and unbelievably tasty. I plan to eat every type of donut they sell.

I bought 2 dozen of their mix blends to take to my wife and her fellow nurses at the hospital. Needless to say I was a hero that day as both boxes cleared out immediately. They make their donuts made to order and such an awesome variety. With a helpful and friendly staff with their selection I strongly recommend them!

The donuts were really good, even better considering the price. With the new popularity of premium donuts, the prices have gotten a little ridiculous. These were only about $15 for a dozen, which is pretty fair. Will definitely be back.

My hubby and I agree that these are the best donuts ever. We would eat them every week if we didn’t have to worry about dieting lol. Very nice, cozy, family-owned business. Try them out!

Friend of my told my about Duck donuts saying:,, Those are the best donuts you ever eat ‘’He wasn’t 100% right, but they are definitely most freshest one that I ever tried. All the donuts are made to order, so you can actually look the whole process of donut making which takes about 40-60 seconds for single donut. And you eat donut straight while its still hot , and telling you nothing can’t beat that hot donut melting in your mouth with the toppings and everything.

I have worked with Andrew twice for catered donut events for 100 people and he is super helpful! Theres no bigger turnoff than when a restaurant acts like they dont want your business--which is never the case with Duck Donuts. Duck Donuts is 5-star and very easy to work with.

Great donuts! Have to wait a bunch for them.Got my order wrong and the people behind us. Told me that was what I ordered. Had to re-buy my correct order (wait another 30 mins). In the end had a full dozen.Other than that they were very friendly and the store was nice and clean.

I walked in and was immediately greeted by (who I assume) is the owner. He was very friendly and explained how Duck Donuts is different from other donut chains - and it really is. Friendly, courteous staff. Hot, fresh donuts made to order that absolutely melt in your mouth. The half dozen I bought for my family and I didnt make it home... They were too good. Treat yoself and get a dozen of these guys. My favorite is the plain glazed - you really taste the delicious vanilla cake donut this way!!

I wish I could stop by every morning. For every work event I ask my Administrator to stop by and pick up a dozen. The best donuts.

We were so excited to find a Duck Donuts in town after having moved! These are the BEST donuts anywhere, so you have to go. The space is nice and the staff are really welcoming. Last time we were there we had a trainee working and even though she was new she was friendly, fast, and made sure we had a great time!

I personally think that the donuts & coffee are delicious! If you are in for warm and fresh donuts, Duck Donuts is for you! The only bad thing about it is that the wait is long, but that is nothing when you can see donuts being made in front of you while you wait.

The staff is very friendly! You can make your own donuts (choose glaze, topping and drizzle) or choose from one of their signature/seasonal donuts. The taste is pretty good and are generous with the toppings. Got half a dozen for around $8-9 which was awesome!

Excellent presentation, decent product.I found myself with a few minutes to kill this morning and stopped in this nearby Duck Donuts to wait. Obviously, I had to try a donut!The first thing I noticed was the branding and presentation layer of the shop. Obviously quite a lot of work went in to making this a cute, colorful, appealing place for kids and adults. I found out later from friends that its a national franchise, which explains where that evening came from.They make the donuts to order, which is quite a novel experience, and you dont have to wait long. I noticed, again, how nicely my single donut was presented.The donut itself was warm and gooey, but I didnt think it was the best donut Id ever had. Certainly better than Dunkin/Kreme products, but I still prefer non-franchised local shops.

Not all franchises taste just like the original... This one definitely does. Fantastic taste....make me miss the Outer Banks.
