This place is wonderful! The staff is helpful and friendly, and answer all your questions before you even have to ask them. Also, just a side note, but they make that entire half of the mall smell like heaven ✨ a young masculine person helped me at the check out and they were so sweet! They will greet you without issue as soon as you step through the door and their covid procedures are top notch!

Once you have used their fresh cosmetics and bath products, nothing else will ever quite compare, so youve been watned... I have never used anything from here that I didnt just fall in love with. Fresh soaps, bath bombs, bubble bars, bubble bath, bath oils, facial cleansers and moisturizers, shampoo and conditioner, dry shampoo bars, relaxing lotions, and much more. There a scent for everyone, the selection is staggering. You cannot beat their gift sets, especially when youre getting one for yoursel, rhats makes it all the more exciting. The customer service was amazing!

Do not buy anything from Lush unless you’re absolutely sure you’re going to Love it! I bought their body powder - it’s Gritty, they say thats a moisturizer, even if you rub it into your skin - Hard! - doesn’t feel like a moisturizer to me. So I wanted to return it.. well mailing it to Canada is as expensive as the product. So I called this store to see if I could return it to them and get a gift card - Nope, they’ll only do an exchange. Wow, they tell me if I send it back they will destroy it anyway. Tell me how this makes sense for a company that positions themselves as “ natural” and “globally responsible” - to return it - for destruction costs more than the product, uses fuel and resources ... but they won’t give you a gift card locally. Yeah, I don’t call that standing behind their product

I love lush products for both myself and as gifts for friends and family during the holidays but I can tell you I’m done with lush now. I had already had an experience with a snarky employee in the Buford store but that didn’t stop me from spending $80 with them. But what did it for me was the fact that I ordered a few things as Christmas gifts on the 9th and here it is December 21st and still no package. So I ask them for help with this since it’s very important that these arrive in time also I’d like to add that they are shipping from inside the same state so there’s no reason it should take this long and I realize that once the package leaves their hands they have no control over it. What has disappointed me is the “help” or lack thereof they offered me. Basically they told me nothing more than I could have learned on my own by looking up the tracking number and gave me a sorry better luck next time. The problem is by this point I’m 99% sure the north Atlanta usps distribution center has LOST my package because it isn’t the first time they have and if you read their reviews you’ll see it’s a very common occurrence here. So what will happen is I will have no gifts to give the people that I was counting on having gifts for and lush cares nothing about helping me with this situation. I know the package is lost. Just because it still says “in transit”doesn’t mean I’ll actually receive it and this close to Christmas it’s not a gamble I can afford to take and for the cost of their products one would think they’d care a bit more about retaining customers that are willing to shell out the cash for their products that are let’s face it a bit overpriced. This is what happens when a company gets too big. They stop caring about customer service. The few times I’ve had similar situations with OTHER companies they always do something like send a replacement next day air or something over and beyond to make sure the customer is happy and will bring them repeat business. Lush just doesn’t care if you come back because if you don’t someone else will.

I am a longtime Lush user and I exclusively use their shampoos, but I was so disappointed to see this location close an hour early without explanation against stated store hours. I’ll take my business to a different location next time.

Fabulous products! I love that they are focused on being animal cruelty free and environmental friendly. Its refreshing to have a company that is thoughtful! The bonus is that the products are simply wonderful!! Their body butter called Buffy is a staple for soft, smooth and clear skin. I also recommend karma komba the shampoo bar...BEST thing ever!

Super helpful staff! This is a freestanding store. You go out of Macys and upstairs to the second floor. They have more inventory than the counter stores. I love the Karma smell.

Great natural products

I love LUSH! I always have a great experience when I shop there. The products not only smell amazing bit they are appealing to the eye, so you want to give them as presents. I also love that LUSH always has some charity that they are working with to support, I love buying things that help support a good cause. My only compliant is that the stores can be extremely overwhelming. The smells and colors that you love can also be a negative when there is so so much of it, because of that I can only stay in the store for a few minutes before I have to get out. Other than that the service has been great & the product quality is excellent.

As a LUSH employee I know the service wasn’t to par but they had one person on the floor who was running the floor and till. She was very nice and effective, letting me know she would be right with me, she even gave me my employee discount which I didn’t know could be redeemed in other shops

My favorite store of the many I have visited. Now that they have their own space and are upstairs away from Macys, I found myself there for quite some time, checking out lots of new items. The staff at this store is exceptional. I love nothing more than shopping and laughing while i sniff and try new LUSH. There are some things I would not try on my own, but after Emma showed me, I had to have it. The benefit of having a salesperson help! I will have to make this a stop in my travels now that we are moving. Super people and great products! A winning combo.

I never leave reviews but yesterday I went to lush and the staff were just as amazing as the product Emma and Makayla both wowed me because they both share the same information which lets me know it was correct I am so happy when I left I dont like the share my skin secret but the Dont look at me is what they helped me get and I am satified they have amazing toners and moisturizers love this place

I absolutely love the bath bombs and bubble bars! The smells are incredible but the store can be a bit overwhelming with all the options and the very energetic/helpful staff. My only issue which cause me to give them a lower service score is the fact that they over charged me $20 for some shower gel!!! I live out of town so it was not like I could just go back the next day to get my money back. So I must say that you need to check your receipt before they leave, otherwise, the products are pretty exciting.

Being a Canadian I took for granted how cool and authentic this store is. I went in for a eczema cream that everyone says works and found myself trying out other facial products.

About a week ago I came in to the Lush Cosmetics store to look for the soap I normally get at the Lenox Mall location. A Caucasian lady with short hair asked a Caucasian couple I am standing next too did they need help and they said no. She walked off. I am not the type to throw the race card out there but I asked myself especially from a business standpoint, how can you ask one more person do they need some assistance but do not ask the next person. She could easily said, Welcome to Lush, do you all need help finding anything. Nevertheless, I immediately turned around and was heading to exit the store when another team member noticed it and said sorry, did you need some assistance. The only reason why I went ahead and bought my soap and facial products is because all I use is lush and my schedule is so busy I do not have time to go to another store. Not to mention, I think the lady that refused to ask If I needed help was a manager. I will not come back to the Lenox store ever because I felt like I was singled out and that’s not a good feeling.
