They gave me the wrong prescription pill amount. Very inconvenient and not something you want to rectify when already under the weather. Very disappointed

This is by far the worst CVS ever!! The pharmacy staff is extremely rude, even the Pharmacist.I recommend they shut this store down. Not only is the pharmacy staff horrible but the store is very dirty.Across the street from a Hospital where you encounter all types of people. This should not be the reputation they want!!Even patients ask that their prescriptions not be sent there.....wow. Get it together!!!🤨If I could give negative stars I definitely would.

Very clean and organized. The cashiers are very helpful and knowledgeable. They greeted us as we came in and thanked us for visiting. Its been awhile since walking into a drug store and had that happen especially since I live in middle Georgia! It was a pleasant surprise while being in the heart of Downtown Atlanta!I visit Shepherd Center monthly so I will be a repeat customer.I highly recommend this CVS to anyone local to or visiting Atlanta.

The pharmacy staff, including the pharmacist is extremely rude and demeaning here. This pharmacy made multiple mistakes with the same prescription multiple times and each time tried to blame me and my doctor. Every staff member I spoke with every time I came in had a terrible attitude. Its unbelievable that this has not been addressed and judging by other reviews this pharmacy is irreparable and needs a hard reboot.

I just had the worst experience of my life in this pharmacy. The guy doing the prescriptions Okuduwa this man was so rude literally ignored me the entire time I was in the store. I ask him a question and he gave me a nasty look. He is extremely rude and not be working in this store.

Had to get medication from the pharmacy and the employees did not waste any time filling the prescription.

The CVS by Piedmont Hospital has lost multiple prescriptions for my family. Once they were supposed to fill one, I came back in 2 hours, and they couldn’t find it anywhere in the system. I then spotted the written prescription still sitting on the counter from when I dropped it off several hours earlier. Another time they just completely lost a prescription and had to go back to the doctor for another. I’d recommend driving a little extra somewhere else.

Staff is completely unhelpful, store inventory is a mess, and 9/10 times they wont have what you need in stock, even if it says it is online.

Walked all the way here because I really needed something and thought this was a convenient location, because I remember seeing a sign saying that this CVS Pharmacy was open until 12 midnight. However as soon as I got there, doors were closed and nobody was inside, and it was only 9:40pm at the time, and got confused and mad, because I saw the hours for this branch and it said it was always open until midnight. Horrible.

Not sure there are so many negative reviews about this CVS. My guess is it’s the customer’s unrealistic expectation of what they think a pharmacy should do for them...checking drug interactions with other meds, insurance approvals, government regulations, etc.). I’ve had great experiences each time. One hour after my doctor called in my prescriptions, I received a call that they were ready for pickup.

Pharmacy is the WORST. They say a prescription is ready, then you show up and they’re out of stock. There’s always a problem when I go there. Definitely worth going to a CVS farther away to not have to deal with them

Pharmacy staff is extraordinarily rude and unhelpful. Based on the other reviews I can tell many others share the same sentiment. Hopefully someone will read this who would actually like to improve things. I used this location out of convenience, will not be returning.

I had a great experience here with the employee who works at night, Howard. He was very polite and treated me like a valued customer. I will definitely return because the service I recieved.

This pharmacy is the worst. Rude, slow and they didn’t submit anything to my insurance! They charged me full price even though I was reassured that they did submit it. Luckily, I called my insurance to double check them on the outrageous pricing and found out they never submitted it at all! Pretty sure this could be a scam and I wonder if they have other customers that this has happened with?! I had to go back in and get my refund. Didn’t even offer an apology for the mistake. Walgreens will get my business from now on.

Love the pharmacy with the exception of them being out of my prescription 3 times this year.....The carpet coming into the store is gross and smells needs to be replaced asap.

This is one of the busiest and slowest pharmacies around. The employees are typically friendly but expect a long wait, no matter the time of day.

Normal cvs, a little messy compared to some. The best thing about it is that it is open 24 hours. This place has been a lifesaver more than once when something was needed at 4 in the morning. Easy access with parking around back if you cant find something on the street in front.

I have 3 medicines listed on my prescription and they only give me 2 of them. I found out the other day myself. Such careless staff there.

I live a few doors down from the CVS. Its super convenient to walk a few doors up the hill and get anything I want.

Dirty store, shelves a mess, and hard to get any help.

Got there right at 9 oclock to pick up a prescription, front door was broken so had to walk all the way around the store to the back door. Got to the window at 9:01 and wouldnt let me get the prescription. This will no longer be the pharmacy my doctors send to. I will never get another prescription filled here.

I made the mistake of trying to self check out a peachpass startup kit. No one told me that it couldnt work like that so I thought I could. Then when it froze up, they checked me out at the cashier counter but there apparently was no way to cancel the transaction. They tried everything and then said they were going to call customer service but didnt tell me until 30 minutes had passed that I could leave and wait for them to call me. After they called me, I had to call back 3 more times to get the refund for my $102.50 charge on my debit card. I then thought I should wait to see if they refund it back after all my phone calls but I am going on a couple months and nothing. I am starting to believe they will not be refunding me back. I love CVS, but this makes me not want to go back to this location.

Both of my experiences at this CVS were abysmal. The pharmacists were RUDE and didnt help me at all. The first time that I went, I asked them to refill my prescription and they forgot. I had to get the manager to tell the pharmacists to refill my prescription for them to actually do it. The second experience I had which was today, I asked them for my prescription and they said it wasnt there and then they said next the other person in line. So I stood there and said can you please check again, I know my prescription is here. And the pharmacist (male) told me to ask another pharmacist so he could check out the customers behind me. I went and asked a female pharmacist and she said my doctor did not call my prescription in. I finally had to get a THIRD pharmacist to help me and she DID find my prescription in my bin....no one looked hard enough the first time. This CVS is absolutely atrocious. None of the pharmacists care at all and I will NEVER go back there again. And I plan to spread the word about the blatant rudeness of these pharmacists to the people that I know. No one should ever have this type of customer service.

The pharmacists did not read my prescription and I had to return to get 1 of my 2 medicines that wasnt given the first time. Pretty inconvenient when you dont have a car.

Pharmacy staff is absolutely horrible. Avoid this CVS at all cost. Im sure they only get business because they are right across the street from a hospital because they are very rude. When you ask them question and ask for help they clearly show you how annoyed they are and you are nothing but a bother to them. Im highly disgusted by this CVS.

Employees at this pharmacy were just wasting time and not assisting customers. I waited for over 20 minutes and they saw me waiting but were on their phones .

This is far the worst experience I have ever received from customer services. Jon the operations manger was very rude and condescending. I purchased a phone charger the night before and it didnt work for my phone. I brought it back the very next day. I didnt have my receipt but I did have the card I purchased it with. Jon proceeded to scold me that cvs is being really strict with their return policy and he would do it this time and I should always hold onto my receipts ( we are talking about a $16.00) charger) I would of given 0 stars if I could. I will never shop at this store or any CVS again. More focus should be given to having a decent clean bathrooms for your customers to use, than worrying about a customer doesnt have a receipt for menial refund of a phone charger.

Not a good customer service experience. I tried to send my cards here to be printed and they were supposed to be ready that day but the printer was broken and when I checked in the next day my order had been cancelled.

CVS always has everything I need and more. Plus I receive discounts, coupons, and extra bucks often.

Its like most CVS locations so expect the same product/pharmacy options. Service is decent.
