This is wax/butter mix.. not raw shea butter .. it’s grainy and too messy ..to rub in

I love RA Cosmetics. I use the Mango black soap and whipped Mango Shea Butter everyday. I got everybody at my job and my family in love with the whipped Shea butter. I put it on my whole body.I’m also in love with the Shea butter shampoo and conditioner. I use to have dry scalp that lead to embarrassing flakes all over me. I couldn’t take it anymore so I decided to try RA hair products and now I don’t use anything else.

I bought this Shea Butter out of Walmart. It says %100 Shea Butter, but it has a terrible chemical like smell. I bought it for my daughter’s hair, but now I don’t even want to use it. I do not recommend this product.

No refund yet for not 1 but 2 products. When asked if a refund was processing, the response was I dont know why you were able to order that product, we dont carry it Well guess what? we ordered it from YOUR website. We dont expect miracles, but we will be asking again for the refund. I will be passing the word of mouth information to alot of people, especially my friends in the area. Oh, and the Better Business Bureau will be next!

I Have Purchased From This Company Several Times And The Customer Service Has Been Great. Even When I Cant Make It To The Store, They Ship It To Me For Free. When I Had An Issue With The Shea Butter Ive Ordered They Let Me Exchange With No Question. I Highly Recommend This Company!

Good product but their package weights are short. Not 16oz in my container. Entire container with lid, unopened weighed 15oz. After the fact found Amazon reviews from 5 yrs ago saying the same thing. Theyve been shorting them at least since 2013

I had placed an order on 8/19/14, Paid with Paypal. As of 9/10/14 I have not received my order. Contacting the company is a joke, they ask for your Invoice number and telephone number and promises to return the call. I have yet to receive a call. The company is very unprofessional, just listening to the people answering the phone. Although my payment is showing paid through the bank and PayPal. RA Cosmetics are saying that they never received the payment, then they said that it was shipped to the wrong address. I called and asked for a refund and was told that I could cancel my card and be refunded. If you never claimed to receive the payment in the first place, why would you advise me to cancel my card? PayPal should consider dropping this company. I would advise anyone not to shop this website.

If you are a supplier, stay away from RA Cosmetics.I introduced my shea butter supplier to the owner in March 2010 and he agreed to sell 20,000 lbs of shea butter on credit to them at $1/lb due to my assurance that RA Cosmetics will pay up in 35 days. It has been 5 months plus and only $10,000 was paid.They sent check for $10,000 in May but did not sign it deliberately.Since then, it has been one lie after the other.Please stay away from this company as the owe so many African vendors that supply to them though the make lots of money as the largest shea butter company in the United States.As I writing this, my business has folded and I am homeless because he shut my supply source. My supplier is struggling to survive in is business and dont even have goods to sell to me on credit due to what RA did.What goes around, comes around.David Okafor
