Terrible with names😭 but the sales associate with the short blonde hair and bangs was so sweet and gave me excellent customer service!

New store hours and closed everyday from 2-3pm.

Please make sure your employees know what they’re doing at the register. Just checked on my exchange order and found out the employee put the wrong address on my order so now I have to wait to be refunded and go through the exchange process again because of that employee :/

The absolute worst. Twice I have been at the store at 11:15 to do some quick shopping before work still not open. Even though they open at 11. Just left.

The store had the item I was looking for available and it fit well and all of the store associates were nice and helpful. I like the drawstring bag too. It’s a nice touch. And the store is clean and laid out well and has a nice, inviting vibe. The young lady who helped had a dope shirt too.

The place has great energy and everyone there us very cool. I will forever shop here

A little expensive but worth it! I got a rose velvet dress shirt and it’s amazing it is awesome. Great employees overall great!(I honestly don’t know how to upload a picture sorry but it’s great!)

I was there for an hour asking a lot of questions. No matter how many times I asked for help, they helped. Every staff member that worked helped me and was very kind to me. Looked up sizes and pictures to help me figure out how everything fit. It was awesome. I would go back over and over if I could. Unfortunately, I don’t live in Georgia, but it was the best experience I’ve had in forever at an UP store. Thanks ladies for everything. 💋

Nice and clean

I count Urban Outfitters among my favorite clothing retailers. They are willing to try interesting styles and fabrics which I really appreciate. I dont think Id wear them the way they always display but I like their variety. If youve never been you should just try the sale section. Its always got a few things work looking at whether its nail polish, a blouse, or even a home accessory theres certainly something interesting for your closet to be found here.

Came in about three minutes before closing to buy some clothing necessities we forgot when packing for our trip. Staff was laid back, happy and helpful. Because they guidef us to just what we needed we were out of there by closing and no one was stressed!

They apparently got permission to reprint lots of vintage graphics and put them onto tee shirts. Well done silkscreening with bright colors.They have vinyl albums and little phono players, for the hipster in your life

Everything you see here can be found in a more unique less expensive verision next door at Buffalo Exchange. Why the five stars? Because why not.

One of a handful of retailers that consistently have my size, but the quality of the clothing just gets worse each time I go in. I havent bought anything for a while now as a result. Urban Outfitters is the epitome of throw away fashion. I just cant justify buying anything from them ever again.

Eclectic. Great for gifts. Good jeans and shoes. Unique body and bath stuff and household accessories. Designer basic sportswear. LPs and record players. Tights and panties and jewelry. What!

Charges too much!They are mainstream , I use to be able to walk in and find a cute dress or two in the sale aisle and now everything is 50 bucks or more. And you can get most of the items here other places for way less.

Shout out to the staff and that one special person on the management team😍 Trendy place to shop. Store is always in order clean and smelling good.

Nice clothes at good prices but the selection was limited.

I get they don’t have a “public restroom” but come on. My mother had to go to the restroom, it was POURING rain AND we have my 8 month old baby with us. Not to mention we PURCHASE something. So the associate suggested my 60+ year old mother WALK around the corner to the coffee shop to use the restroom (in the pouring rain). Needless to say I will never come back to UO. Ever again. Customer service at its finest I guess. 🤦🏽‍♀️

They dont carry swim suits in store. Only online. A waste of my time.

I ordered my comforter for my dorm off of the website and the first time I placed the order they sent me the wrong color and when I went back to replace my order the color I wanted was out of stock. I decided to just oder a different one and when I called to check up on my order they told me it was on back order and they didnt know when their stock would be refilled. Customer service was extremely unhelpful and I will never shop here again.
