Very helpful friendly staff and let you know whats on sale at the time when you come into the store. Always have really cool amine shirts which is a absolute must in our household.

This place is great. I was able to find dresses and skirts ( with pockets!!) that fit my style at a very reasonable price. The staff is also very friendly, making it one of my favorite places to browse.

My teenage daughter LOVES shopping at this Hot Topic! The staff is friendly and still yet professional. The energy of the environment screams relaxed and fun. Were here so much even my 8 yr old has started shopping the shelves, LOL!

The lady working at the store was super great. I think I was the one being difficult but she was very nice. I got exactly what I wanted and I got in and out.

Today my daughter and I visited the store to purchase a anime dress for her birthday upon giving to the register we signed up for the rewards program and when the staff realize it was her birthday they all started singing happy birthday to her and it just made her day. WOW What an amazing staff

Hot Topic is my tweens favorite store! If your young person is into the modern clothing styles of today, Hot Topic is definitely the place to check out.

Great customer service and the music playing on the intercom was fantastic, who doesnt love Pierce the veil, I highly recommend, also they had some great deals on clothes and accessories

It’s a great store and I am for they’re keeping their customers safe by making sure everyone wears a mask. Yes, you may have a constitutional right not to wear it and a company is also within their rights to not allow you in their store if you don’t want to comply with their policy.

Went into hot topic and was denied entry bc I do not wear a mask which is against my U.S. Constitutional right especially as a veteran of the United States Navy. Went down the mall to Vans and was given pristine service and cheaper goods without a mask on. Thank you Vans for not violating a veterans U.S. Constitutional rights and providing such good service to those who fought for this freedom. Shame on you Hot Topic for violating those freedoms.

Today was my first time visiting this location. I purchased an item online and picked up in store. As soon as I walked in I was welcomed by 2 of the friendliest employees I have ever met in a store. My package was brought out and inspected before it was handed to me. Both ladies provided outstanding customer service, which is very difficult to find now a days, especially in retail. Thank you for making my day!

You know, it is a hot topic. Its pretty much what you would expect. The staff friendly and the store is clean. The music is very much emo-rock and they have many options for different things.

I used to go to Hot topic pretty regularly when I was a kid. Theres always a cool band shirt or neat little collectable thing here. They even have shirts for the bands I actually remember, which helps me feel less old.

Great selection of items at great prices and they have a mystery bag if youre feeling lucky! My daughter loves going there and thats what makes my day.

Shawn (Sean), unsure of the spelling, is great! He spoke to me and was friendly upon entering the store, was apologetic over a transaction with a customer in front of me being time consuming and he went out of his way to find a product in the back for me. He was super personable and awesome and was knowledgeable about sales/ deals. Hes a gem, I wouldnt let him go, if you can help it. Customer service like this is all but non-existent these days!

I went here looking for some stylish shoestrings but was disappointed to find that they no longer sell them ;( There were some other things I liked but the prices are high. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Fun novelty shop! Definitely great if youre looking for something to show off your fandom and add something to your collection

Shop looked better than other location nearby (North Point Mall) but still had a limited selection that seemed quality or interesting. Just generic various interests like Game of Thrones and Fortnite. Lots of band TShirts, which is nice, but the shirts are never sorted well when you see a design you like and want to find it below the display. Spencers has this same issue with the TShirts too.

This location is the best. Everyone her is always nice and helpful.
