Worthless store. I placed an order in October. When returning it went completely wrong and it took me 3 months to return an item. Well this happened during the Corona time and I decided not to write the store off on the first mistake in such a time. Until I ordered something for the second time. I wanted to return this because I had two shirts and one was too small. I drove to the store for 30 minutes only to be told that this was not possible without paper. Reasonable, so I drove 30 minutes back home and 30 minutes back to the store with the paper. The site said they close at 9pm (shopping night). When I got there at 20:40, there was a very arrogant lady at the door who was arguing with another customer. I asked if I could go in for my return and she said no and sent me away. I indicated that it was not time to close yet and then she said that they were closing 15 minutes earlier for the staff or something. I was allowed to come back the next day. I drove home very furiously for 30 minutes. Last time for me at this junk shop.

I ask size 34 for my sister but they bring 35 1/2!

Placed an online order, the website states that it will be delivered after 5-10 working days. Ordered Thursday, received Tuesday. Order was complete and neat.

Shoe fitted and wanted to buy this. Asked if they could get the other box with the other shoe. Waiting for a long time to then be told that they have lost the other shoe... How then?! Also dont look any further. Shoe is lost so customer is out of luck.

Today I was at JD Sports in Utrecht and watched for a while how many people entered the store. There was no customer for 30 minutes and if I wanted to come in they wouldnt let me in because I had to make an appointment by phone ... This is sick because I would 100% buy something because I often shop in store here. As of today, this shop is on my blacklist and I dont recommend it to anyone. The people who work in these stores would rather take money for nothing than serve the customers. A bunch of idlers and thats it. And making an appointment over the phone sucks.

Nice shoes and clothes, but be careful when you buy shoes, if they are really new! And not already worn, we came home and suddenly there were used shoes in the box, for 120 euros shoes.

What a crowd there

Its been 3 months. (November 12th) They have not refunded my money nor delivered my order. I give my home address, but they dont send it there. They have been holding $ 911 for 3 months now and they are still posting advertisements on my email. I have never seen another company without character like jd sport.

Order of 2 pants made. I got 1 within 3 days and I never saw the other. Have emailed customer service and explained the story but they dont care much and say I just got it. Long story short a cancer shop

Its a nice store with lots of sports equipment and lots of offers too. The staff is friendly but works a bit chaotic and the cash register policy is a bit unclear. For example, for a pair of shoes you must first have something brought to the checkout via a seller, even if you already know exactly what you want. And that whole process takes quite a long time.

Ordered a jacket here, it said delivery time was 4 to 7 working days, at the end you go to the store 3 times to see if it is already there, because you will not receive an email or the like at all. In the store they say we cant do anything for you, just contact customer service. Very bad!

I had ordered a shoe that I could pick up within 4 or 7 days, but they dont send an email or anything. And we ask them to skip us very hard

I was here on a busy Sunday. So I can understand that the staff is under pressure. But how they deal with this I find below par. I wanted to fit a pair of shoes and asked if a girl could help me, she told me that they had a shortage of staff and immediately referred me to a colleague. Then she starts to stare a bit in front of her and fiddles with the racks. I go to her colleague, there are 5 other customers around him waiting for shoes. The shoes are thundered down by a kind of elevator. The shoes fall out of the boxes, something is shouted about the weather by the elevator. It was almost laughable to see. In short, I thought it was a big unprofessional gang and I went to another case.

Good location but in terms of service, order and cleanliness is less. JD in Spain, for example, is really a completely different experience

Is the test shoe still offered, there is a bulge that does not run smoothly. But no further we can not help you. Storemanager is rude to its staff. Shouts and is derogatory in front of customers. Is quietly able to fold clothing and ignores the help that employees and customers ask for. An employee cannot handle the pressure and asks store manager for help several times. Storemanager reacts super rude and angry.The employee is then discriminated against by a customer. employee is offended. Storemanager handles this so unprofessionally. No empathy at all. If you cannot protect your own customers and staff, you should not have any responsibility.The rest of the staff is very friendly. They just need a new supervisor. I have to do with the boy and I hope he resigns.

I was shopping in high catherijne and wanted to fit sports shorts. After I finally managed to get in touch with sales staff, I was told that the fitting room was used for their things. As a result, they only had 1 fitting room left. There were 6 people waiting for me to fit. The proposal from me to take away the things there (mobile rack, boxes and vacuum cleaner according to me) in order to let their customers fit what the box was intended for was dismissed. No, that is not possible ... the place was full of customers! I didnt have time to wait 20 minutes for a fitting room so I put it back. In the center attempt 2. That took 10 minutes before an English-speaking staff member took the lock from the fitting room. Without saying goodbye, contact or any form of communication, she pulled the hangers off the pants and walked away without saying anything. Once appropriate I thought; Im not going to spend my money here. After fitting, I handed in the mess at the counter. I was looked at very foolishly. But had no more hangers so it could not clean up too. Nobody has exchanged a word with me. Very special of a store where you still need your purchasing customers to continue to exist. I have been working in a clothing store for 21 years. But as rude and unfriendly as here I have never experienced them before. If this is the formula of JD sport, I think they dont have a long life.

With these kinds of numbers of negative reviews I always get curious and I always look in the store myself. Upon arrival, nicely greeted by an employee who was working with a customer, and helped by this employee in choosing my New Balance sneakers. I approached several employees with small talk to see how they responded and that was extremely correct and friendly. At the checkout, the customer had bought a lot for me, so it took a little longer than average. The employee behind the till said very nicely excuse for the long wait. This was no problem because being in the store is not a punishment, nice location, nice stuff for nice prices, in short, nice shop! I will definitely come back here.

Worst service ever seen.Waiting at the cash register to be helped and 2 employees just keep talking about their private life. If you say something about it, you get a big mouth in return.Turns out that uninterested young lady who opens a big mouth with chewing gum in her mouth also turns out to be the store manager. If she had been my employee I would have fired her on the spot. If you dont even set a good example as a manager, unbelievable.

You cant imagine running a store like that. Unfriendly staff but especially a logistics system from the year jar. Apparently mngt never enters a store, otherwise you change the shoe fitting system as of today.

I stood in line at the checkout for over fifteen minutes. 5-man staff stood quietly looking around in the store, while the customer in front of me was helped with an order or the like. The person behind the counter made 0 eye contact with the customer he was helping, let alone the people in line behind him. He could easily have asked one of his colleagues to help out for the 4 people waiting. It is very unfortunate that as face of the store you cannot maintain a friendly appearance. Was my last time at JD in Hoog Catharijne.

Outrageously bad store. Bad system to get your shoes. Takes one off the shelf, goes to the only employee in the building to get the right size. This takes way too long and also went wrong several times. After having properly tried on after 30 minutes at the checkout, the employee had still put the wrong size in the box.

After queuing for 20 minutes getting a horribly unfriendly girl in front of me! What a terribly antisocial employee behind the counter. Not wanting to process a return because its busy, or I want to come back in a few days!!

Every shoe must be requested by a telephone and then with a goods elevator down. This lasts endlessly - still goes wrong now and then - in short - endless waiting. Never go here.

3 man staff. No eye contact with the customer. Stress. Wait half an hour for the right size. Then half an hour in line at the checkout. For shoes from 135 euros. We just left. We felt our cattle.
