Inquired via phone to check availability of a specific item but no one picked up so I left a voicemail. A week passes by and no ones bothered to reach back out. Disappointing.

Great shopping...attention to detail is important with regards to previous orders on past visits versus new purchases on new visits...Seemed to be rushed, and if your making an appointment... to spend the $$ then let’s make sure to take the time to make sure you box the correct size needed. Ya know? Would have saved me a trip back because you failed to double check. Great aesthetics, great greetings at the door and well dressed and spoken staff. But the little things...make a big difference.

I have been Hermes customer for years. I’ll NEVER EVER return to this store. They treat their customers like dogs!!!!Went by just now to buy something specific and to be out of there in 5 mins. I never come just to browse.The door was locked. 4 women including me (one lady was with a baby) were standing in a heavy rain outside till the guy came up to open the door. He said appointments only and closed the door. Are you freaking for real?????👋🏼

My wife and I love shopping here. We have been to many different Hermes stores and some stores are friendlier than others. The Buckhead store is far and away the best. All the sales people are very nice but we always ask for Sung when we go in.

Updated Review: I spent a good amount of money in this store & i really thought i found myself a great SA but im sad to report that isnt the case. After my initial visit, I also phone ordered through my SA who stopped responding to my emails or calls. Im not going to beg someone to spend my hard earned money. Ive had lovely SAs in other locations & it sucks because this one is the closest to me. Yall can read my prev review for SA name. I am never going to this store especially not to that specific SA & so shouldnt you , unless you like being treated poorly

My daughter and I had an enjoyable experience shopping at Hermès in Buckhead today. Both Ceasar and Kim were consummate professionals, incredibly knowledgeable and very attentive. Without question, Ceasar will be assisting me with all future purchases from Hermès. While the Chicago store is closer in proximity, I’d rather travel here and receive stellar service from genuinely kind sales associates.

Disappointed! The sales personnel was not accomodating!! They should not judged customers by what they wear, age and race! My husband and I was on our way home from our 2 days weekend stay in Atlanta for our 16th years Wedding Anniversary! But we decided to get stop by to a closest Hermes store from our Hotel!None of the staff or store clerks acknowledged our presence!We had to wait forever until we got some customer service!! If there are just another Hermes store we would have left!! The store dont even have the current styles or designs of the month! But we bought two scarfs!!

This review is not specific to the store, but rather the company. I have never experienced worse customer service than this. I tried to exchange a product that was delivered to me damaged, and they refused to give me anything (refund or exchange). They instead blamed me for the damage. If I could give them a -5 I would. Proceed with extreme caution when purchasing online.

I knew exactly want I wanted. I called them to make sure they had it. They did but said they would be closing at 1:00 due to the weather (it was 42 degrees and raining!!!). I told them I would be there asap and they took my name. I got there at 1:02 (due to a broken parking meter), watched them lock the door, told them through the glass who I was and who I had just spoken with. They simple said Sorry, Sorry, Sorry through the glass for 5 minutes while I explained why it was so important that I get what I needed then they walked away! I was trying to buy an anniversary gift for a trip we were flying out to early the next morning. We have spent THOUSANDS of dollars there! NO MORE! Seriously the biggest Douche Bags, A-holes ever!

All staff from door man ( Gard) not interested in customers .One Staff member ( women with short grey hair tall), very snotty ,looking from top to bottom at you and was more interested in herself than the customers .Hermes Atlanta you need to learn service from Christian Dior store right across the street ( were the customer service was 5 stars )

Never shopping here again. Seriously bad service from its sales staff, when theyre coughing and sick checking me out (which also took forever). I then tried to return the gift, that was literally brand new, and they said thats not their policy. The long receipt is bombarded with a ton of text and garbage, embedded at the end is their ridiculous policy. I feel like Hermes is a rip off, not only on their price tag, but on their customer service return policy. Ill be issuing a chargeback through AMEX. Way to lose a new young equestrian customer for life.Also, dont shop here yourself. Go somewhere that deserves your money and gives respect back.

First time been here not good service .i bought a braceles for my girl .the size is not fit on her .we try to change a big size .the manager say the braceles is damage can not change and return .they didnt show a good face to me try to argue with me .she say I need to pay to sent to pairs .every employee show bad face .will never go back
