I went today august 4 2021 at 1:30pm to jimmy jazz I asked a store associate to please get me a shirt that was hard to reach and she helped me by getting a stool however before she can help me get the shirt the manager or supervisor spoke rudely to the associate telling her to go back to her post in the front so I went to get the shirt myself so she spoke very rudely to me by telling me to getoff and didn’t even offer to bring the shirt down so how was I supposed to get the shirt so I just left 300 $ worth of stuff next time she should treat her paying customers with respect and have a better attitude if I was her boss making me lose even a penny I would fire that person meaning her not superviser material

I went there to buy Jordans for my daughter I had the attendant grab 2 of the shoe in a size 7 the last shoes 2 different color ways and styles and when I got to the cashier the cashier sold one of my pair 2 some other guy... unprofessional

I came from the other side of town to get some shorts that I called about after I got off of work just to be met at the door by a tall slim brother that told me he was the Manager (I believe he said his name was Rick or Rich) and he also said he was closing at exactly 6:45 and online it clearly says they close at 7PM. I told him my situation and I was only coming to get the pair of shorts that I called 1st about. He then said very rudely he was the manager and he said they are close now and thats all that matters because he said so. I also sent a friend request to Jimmy Khezrie on LinkedIn in so we can discuss the incident. Your manager didnt just turn me around he turn several people around that was also shocked and upset that he took such a rude stance with the people who makes Jimmy Jazz what it is. I will also reach out to Cumberland Mall as well.

I was not impressed with the lady with the dreads.. I dont know if she is a manager or just an associate... But she needs to go to class somewhere to get some customer service skills... Did not speak, just walked passed my son and I and went to the guy that I was talking to about what kind of store this was because I have never been there nor have I ever heard of it before...I heard her ask him..what happened,and Im sure he told her what I asked and you can hear her laughing very loud...so ignorant... Im not a big mall shopper... I come every once in a while when my son wants to come.... However the guy at the door did greet us... He was very pleasent.... But she was horrible ... Will not be returning.

You can only get a store credit for returned items if its not the location you purchased the items from..but you can spend the store credit at any location. That doesnt make sense..I wanted a refund cause they didnt have the shoe I wanted and the ones I purchased ended up being to small..

Absolutely Terrible customer service. The young lady that worked on 8/16/18 with the burgundy wig was very rude. She didnt bother to greet myself and my child but felt compelled to greet a group of guys that walked in that didnt even look here Way. The employees here need a serious crash course in customer service and learn to value ALL customers Not just the men that enter the store.

All the employees said she is the worst manager. Another family cussed her out right b4 we got completely turned off by her behavior.they need help here.geez.

I was in the store approximately 15 minutes. I picked out a shoe but couldnt find anyone to that worked there. However, I did see a guy and a girl standing near the storage room door. Didnt look like they were interested in helping customers. Most customers just got in line with the shoe they picked out just so they could get some help.This store needs a greeter at the door. It would be great to have customer service reps throughout the store to retrieve shoes from the back so potential customers dont have to stand in line to try on shoes and get help..

So my family and I walk into this store to begin school shopping. The first thing I noticed was that we had one person that cared to greet us as we walked in while the other individuals who worked there was on their own program. I asked for assistance but never received it, so my impression was that they did not need my money or cared to do proper business to even make a sale. I dont see this store lasting to much longer if they dont hire people that create an inviting atmosphere when customers walk in to shop.

The staff was very attentive but unorganized for sure. Limited sizes when it comes to make clothing and certain sizes in adult male shoes are almost never in stock. Sale prices are always good though.

TERRIBLE Customer Service - I was in the store this morning to return an item and get an item that equaled the value of the item plus a store credit I had from 2 days ago. The cashier recognized me from the previous sale. Well the register would not process the credit. The cashier contacted the store manager for assistance. No one was sure how long it would take to fix the register problem. Since the value of the item I wanted to purchase equaled my store credit plus the item I was returning I asked the store manager to take the new item ticket plus my credit /return and process it when the register issue was resolved because I did not have time to wait (no revenue lost for the store, time saved for me and a satisfied customer). She refused to do it and only suggested that I come back later with no consideration (not even a pair of socks) for me having to return again. Apparently, the store manager has not be trained on win-win solution and how to retain customers.

As bad as I would like to disagree with the other people, they are 100% accurate. The Customer Service is horrible....I walk in the store and dont get greeted and they look at you like you owe them something smh. Nobody smiles and everyone gives off the vibe like they woke up on the wrong side of the bed....Do better Jimmy Jazz.

BEWARE if you have an issue in this store with an item you have purchased and would like to return or exchange. The management team is very unprofessional and they have very HOOD ways an atttudes when handling things, no matter what you tell them they act as if they are always right. If you value customer service or your money. Go to any store but this one.

Purchased clothing items at local store at 2900 Cumberland Mall, Atlanta, GA, 30339.Items were marked 25% off selected items. After purchasing, the discount was not available. Upon further inquiry, the manager, Kenya Jones stated that there is no label that indicates which are selected items, basically implying that its random.There was no refund, according to company policy.This would be fine if the mistake is completely my own, however, this is blatant deception and the manager was also rude and uncompromising, and unjustifiably threatened to call security when I asked for corporate contact information for further clarification and stance on the matter.I would like to know what is corporates stance on this. If the items were labeled, I.E. selected items, then I can accept my mistake. However, there was no indication of which items were on sale and which werent. Secondly, even if the mistake were my own, this level of unprofessional behavior and lack of flexibility is unwarranted.At this point its the principle of the matter more than the money. I would like to know what is corporates stance on this, so that I can decide if I should ever shop at your stores again, and whether I would speak favorably of the store to my friends and colleagues.I believe the words out of your store managers mouth was Go ahead online and complain, theyre not going to do anything, its company policy.Please let me know this woman doesnt represent your culture.

Their polo shirts were marked down 39.99 after I made an attempt to purchase the shirt the store manager D who was the only helpful person at this location noticed that the price was marked down incorrectly it should of been 59.99 and that they couldnt honor price that was not only on one polo shirt but all of the polo shirts at that point I contacted owner by cell phone to honor the price instead she made a excuse and said that she made a mistake and marked down the polo shirts for the incorrect amount and would lose their contract with polo if she honored the one polo shirt at price which was listed on shirt she Than explained that she would give me 10 percent instead of 39.99 which I felt was very bad Business I Than asked for someone higher up which she explained that she would be the highest point of contact overall I end up paying regular amount thats not how you treat customers I would not recommend anyone to shop at this location

For my nephew’s birthday I purchased a pair of shoes on 11/8/2014 at the Cumberland Mall Atlanta, GA Jimmy Jazz location. The shoe was too small for my newphew so on 11/14/14 I went back to the store to attempt to exchange the shoe for a larger size. The store did not have any larger sizes available for the particular shoe that I previously purchased. I informed the store associate that I would like my money back if he cannot exchange the shoe for the same model but in a larger size. The sales associate and store manager informed me that they do not offer credit card refunds, and that exchanges can be performed within 7 days of purchase. They have the most ridiculous exchange and refund policy in the retail shoe industry. I told the store Manager that all the other shoe stores (FootLocker, Finish Line, Kids Foot locker, DSW, Journeys, DTLR) in Cumberland mall will allow you to get you money back if you have your receipt and the shoe is unworn and in new condition. The store Manager told me that this is incorrect and that the other shoe stores in the mall will not allow me to get my money back and that it is common practice in the industry. This was a flat out lie. After leaving Jimmy Jazz, I went to the other stores and asked them about their refund policy, and they do provide refunds.Several of the sales associates at the store appear to have an attitude and are very unprofessional.In conclusion, I will never do business with Jimmy Jazz. Buyers beware. There are many other shoe stores in Cumberland Mall that will allow you to return unworn merchandise so that you can shop with confidence.

I went into this location with the intent to purchase children shoes. I was told by a floor rep that all of the shoes on the wall are boy shoes (including infant/toddler) so if they are girls, you have to purchase 2 size smaller. I told him I needed a girls 2 and 13. He then told me that I needed a 11c and 13c. When I got home, I saw that the shoes were too small. I found out that children shoes are the same size for both girls and boys. I went back to exchange the shoes in the store. I told the manager, which has no custormer service skills, what I wrote in the begining. He told me they do not do refunds and that I can exchange. I was able to get the correct shoe size for the size 2 but they did not have the size 13 that I needed. The rep on the floor tried to look for another shoe type taken but they did not have the size. I told them that I did not want the shoe. I would like a refund. I told him, had I known that they did not have the shoe that I wanted, I would have never purchased it from that store. I also stated that this is an error on their end and they should give me my money back. The manager then told me it was my fault I purchased the wrong shoe. I told him that I gave his employee the correct shoe sizes and he gave me incorrect information that lead to the wrong shoe being purchased. He then told me that I can come back another day to see if we have that shoe. I told him I needed the shoe before Christmas. He told me to go to another Jimmy Jazz to exchange. I told him I should not have to do that since it is not my fault. I asked for the corporate number. He hesitated. He tried to call someone. He stated that it is his district manager and she was not answering the phone. I asked for both numbers. I tried to call. After 15 attemps to voicemail, I got someone. Shanita told me that she would see if they can locate the shoe for me and would call back. She has not called. I thought Wal-Mart has bad customer service, this is the WORST!I am just now getting a call back from the DM! On 1/4/16! She was suppose to call me back on the 12/21/15 to let me know if she could locate the shoe. She never called me back! I called again on 1/1/16 and left a message. No call back. I see now the only reason she did call back was because NJ Jimmy Jazz told her too! I let her know that I had to call around to different stores to locate the shoe. I had to drive all the way to Greenbriar Mall to exchange this shoe! I should not have had to do this. I let her know that this company has the most ridiculous return policy. I let her know that she did not help at all. I let her know that I had to resolve my own issue! She did try to offer a discount in the store. I told her I did not want it. I also told her that I rather pay more at another store than shop with this company again. I only came to this store because my husband told me too. This was my first encounter with this company and it is certainly my last. I will stick to Foot Locker were I know the employees are more pleasant and know about shoes.

Horrible customer service. There were 3 employees working and all of them were on their cell phones - either texting not paying attention or actually talking and taking care if personal matters. When we finally got someones attention, they continued their conversation on the phone while attempting to help. This store really needs to step up their game in the service department.
