Not a good experience. I think some people may discount your choice of selecting their establishment to shop. But no problem i took my money to another store that appreciated my business.

Ghetto customer service , guy with curly hair at the register is rude and unprofessional and very disrespectful. Especially when im spending money there at least you can say thank you and not throw the jewelry im trying to buy

Great staff and the Mens selection at the store is getting stronger. It used to be hard to find pants and shirts in more than one size but now the inventory seems bigger (on this day at least). Late January is a good time to shop because many of the winter pieces are 70% off.

Their services are very limited. They dont accept online purchase items for returning, any gift cards nor reward cards.from the

This store is one of my all-time favorites... I’ve purchased several items from COS that get compliments every time I wear them. Some of the pieces pass for couture items — striking and well made.

My wife and I always patronize that Cos... I have a disability and the young man look right at us trying to enter... and would not come to at least open the door... I was disappointed... but we still brought a few items... everyone else was accommodating!!!

High quality of clothes of course... but just always experience bad customer service. Been there a few times and never saw a single staff greeting customers nor helping them out by asking a simple question like are you finding everything okay?

My go to brand for on trend men’s fashion that is a cut above the rest and doesn’t cost an arm and a leg. Too bad their are no comparable America brands. Just wish the men’s department in Atlanta would carry more of the trendy items offered by COS.

In regards to customer service I was calling in to check on the service of a job application and the regular Employee that picked up was super kind with her answer to my questions, she passed the phone over to her manager which her name is either Amanda or Lily who then completely ran over the conversation cut me off multiple times while I try to introduce myself and then she hangs up on me with little to three words from me. Horrible service, especially if I want to support a company by trying to work there.

I use to work here. It’s a great company I would definitely recommend this to any fashionista.
