Imagine ordering your best friend an edible arrangement plus more to be delivered on her birthday, 2 weeks before her birthday. My best friend received her arrangement at 9PM and it did not have her balloons attached or birthday card attached. It also looks very sloppy as you can see. I live all the way in Texas so it is highly frustrating that i was not able to surprise her with something amazing. Shame on me for believing that you all would do a good job! I’m embarrassed.

This location offers bad service and does not follow the policy listed on their website.... I ordered an arrangement on a Sunday. The order was set to be delivered on that following Tuesday to a hospital/business. As of 4:41pm on that Tuesday, the order still was not delivered and the Midtown Atlanta location could not confirm delivery will be before 5pm, even though the business policy states on their website “delivery for businesses before 5pm”. My delivery was rescheduled for the next day, Wednesday . As of 11:32am, On Wednesday, my arrangement still had not been delivered. I spoke with Midtown Atlanta and was informed the arrangement was ready and they were waiting on the driver. They ensured me as soon as the driver arrives my order would be delivered first. My arrangement was not delivered until 2:06pm. By the time the arrangement was delivered, the fruit was rotten!It is unacceptable that an arrangement I paid to be delivered on one day before 5pm (according to their policy), was not delivered until 2pm the next day. It is especially unacceptable when the store (Midtown Atlanta) was only a few miles away from the delivery location!

I called multiple times at the beginning of the week up until the day of the delivery. And every and all employees I’ve spoken to, were kind and very willing to help me. It was a very successful surprise delivery today thanks to the staff at this locations. I really appreciate their patience and attentiveness with me. Everything went will and if ever need me I will be ordering from them again. Specially this being an Atlanta location and me being from New York. As well as it being an establishment delivery which can be tricky but everything went so smoothly and I am so thankful for all who were involved!!! I love edible arrangements-ania Marie

A little cheesey but edible arrangements are always a fun gift idea. The staff is pretty helpful and knowledgeable and try to get what you want right for you. Ive been here a few times and never had problems, its in a pretty convenient location just outside of buckhead and its generally pretty clean

I had a delivery for a friends birthday due to me not being able to make it . The check out process was easy & smooth . When it was time for delivery I left specific instructions. Marrissa contacted me until she reached me to see what to do with the package because no one was able to receive it. She even offered to come back and try to deliver again. That’s a true definition of going above and beyond for a customers. Definitely will be ordering again from this location and I hope Marrissa is the person delivering.Great job everyone !

I surprised my mother with an edible arrangement for her birthday, the fruit was so fresh and even though i didnt purchase the largest arrangement it was still big! When i called twice to check on the location of the driver to make sure they would make it to my mother before she left work the customer service was amazing both times ! i will be ordering again, maybe for myself :)

The ladies at the front counter were handling things amazingly! There were a number of men wanting to get truly last-minute gifts on Valentines Day, and they just did not understand that everything in the store has been purchased. They were very kind and professional to every one of them, no matter how angry the guys were getting. I wandered in to pick up my advance order, amongst the mob, and they put everything together quickly, gave us free sample berries, which were delicious, and handled everything with a smile! Pleasant transaction across the board!

I also too wish I could rate the Peachtree Rd location as a zero.After I had to call there several times because it was supposed to be delivered between 10 am to 2 pm, Kenya- customer service rep and the manager gave terrible customer service.After the manager stated my arrangement would be delivered for my moms birthday before 7 pm, the arrangement was not delivered up until 8:15 pm.The delivery person was nice but that was about the arrangement had hardly any helium in the balloons and the fruit was not tasty. What a waste of money.

Order was supposed to be ready at 9:30am, I gave them I a little extra time called at 9:47 and it still wasn’t ready. 🤦🏾‍♀️Didn’t get a call or email stating that the time would be pushed back. A real inconvenience as I had to sit and wait till it was ready.

So I had a problem with the delivery which was easily solved . I spoke with a representative today her name is Brittany and she is a complete life saver . Instead of her having an attitude or not wanting to help me she definitely took her time out to make sure I was satisfied . I would definitely recommend u will not be disappointed. Placed an order for a vday delivery. I tracked the order all day, it showed that the order was in transit to the delivery location at 6:22 p.m. (they close at 7p). At 7:02 p.m. , I received an email stating that delivery was unsuccessful. Im not sure how that is because there is someone available to receive packages at the delivery address 24/7. The next day, my intended recipient received a call from this EA location asking for a good time to make the delivery. The recipient stated anytime before 11 a.m. NO SHOW, NO CALL. I phoned the store at 11:35 a.m. and they said it would be easier to get a refund than to deliver the arrangement. Isnt that what they do?!? Last year I ordered from the Camp Creek location and it was FLAWLESS!! I will surely be returning to that store. Unfortunately, the website defaulted me to this location this year, not sure why but wish I had read the reviews first. Shoppers beware!

I wish I could give this place a zero!I live out of the country, so I placed and paid for an order WELL IN ADVANCE (June 4th) to be delivered on Saturday the 20th of June for my dad for Fathers Day weekend. I tracked it on the website the morning of the 20th and there was NO information. So I figured they were busy. And by the way, I instructed him to make sure someone was home all day on Saturday, which he did.I realized that my dad had not called to say thanks for the gift which is unusual for him. So, I logged into my Edible Arrangements account online to discover a status of Arranging Your Order Now. Well, Its currently Sunday morning in Atlanta, so it just did not get delivered!I did not receive a phone call or email about this (yes, my U.S. mobile phone works here in the Netherlands). This really ticks me off, especially because I placed the order far in enough time to account for a busy Fathers Day weekend!At this point, the moment is missed, I am not going to ask my dad to sit around the house all day again waiting for this delivery, so I will be asking for a full refund. I would have been a lot more understanding if someone would have just contacted me to let me know they were unable to deliver on time (or at all) and offered some sort of solution and an apology.This is definitely NOT aligned with Edible Arrangements Certified Happiness commitment to quality and customer service, nor is it representative of the company founders passion for excellence.UPDATE: They finally answered the phone and Malik was very nice and apologetic, although he did not know the reason for the delivery not being made. He said he issued a refund and apologized on behalf of the team.

I wish I can give this place no stars.. after calling for six hrs yesterday and finally getting thru at 3 or 4pm the guy tells me that their still working on the order... too add salt to the injury the delivery person rung the bell once and left the fruit on the GROUND in front of the door as if waiting a second for someone to open the door was going to hurt them .. not to mention it’s now 8pm!!! Thank god Father’s Day is everyday otherwise you guys ruined it and the chocolate covered strawberries was horrible! Hopefully I can get thru to corporate tomorrow. I tried not to judge this place off the 2 almost 3stars but I guess that my fault!!!!!

ALL AROUND TERRIBLE!! Ordered the arrangement on SUNDAY for a FRIDAY delivery. Since we are 4.3 miles down the road figured it was reasonable to have the arrangement before noon. Didnt have it by 1 so gave them a call - they said it was in transit. At 3:30 still didnt have it. Called again – “they are making it now” …????? Still nothing by 4:40 so I called to cancel the order. They said it was in transit. Finally I get a call at 4:55 that they have arrived. Great 5 minutes before closing… Save your time and sanity and order from a different location. This place is TERRIBLE AND THEY DON’T EVEN CARE!!

I wish I could rate them 0. I ordered an arrangement and came to pick it up at 4:45pm at the door and in the website it says they close at 5:00pm but at 4:45pm they were already gone. I knocked on the door and tried calling multiple times but they never picked up the phone. So pretty much I wasted my money and time.Would not recommend this place to anyone!

I was a dissatisfied customer until I spoke with Brittany. My order was placed on 2/13/19 for a same day delivery that was never delivered. I received a call saying it would be delivered the next day, however it was never received. I called to complain, but somehow the call was disconnected. I called back and got Brittany on the phone who let me complain for 20 mins or more expressing my frustrations. She was apologetic, calm, understanding, and she even made me laugh at the end. She promised me I would have my order delivered on the first route of day 3. She is the best and I will probably try this location again only because of her. So unhappy with the service of this location! I made an order the day before for a fruit box to be delivered to an employer that I had interviewed with (to be delivered during business hours). As you can imagine it was important for this to get to them asap to thank them and to heighten my chances at getting the job (as I was told they are big on thank yous). I continuously check the tracking status the day of and around 1 pm it stated the order was out for delivery. Whew! It was going to make it to them for their lunch break...I thought... But I check again around 3pm and it says it is being arranged!! Now I am panicking because they close at 5pm, and called the location. No one was able to give me any answers or reach the driver. I was told by the employee I dont know when I asked why the order wasnt delivered. Isnt it your job to know? After calling several times to get any kind of knowledge on the order I get an email at 5:15pm that it delivered. Late and no communication. I was so disappointed in my $50 I spent. Called them several times over the week to get my money back and there never seems to be a manager around (what a coincidence..). I also emailed them twice and nothing. Not what I paid for!

Purchased an arrangement for one of my employees online. Got to the store for pickup at the time it was supposed to be ready and was told it’ll be an extra 10 min. I leave come back in about 15 min and am being told it’ll be ready in another 5 min. Staff didn’t seem to care. Arrangement is ok but customer service has lots of room for improvement.

I ordered my husband an Edible Arrangement for Valentines Day on January 21st. I thought that ordering it early would ensure a timely arrival. I had never ordered from Edible Arrangements before, and I guess I didnt realize how much work I would have to do to get the arrangement. All day I tracked the order. It had been arranging all day until about 2 oclock I noticed it went out for delivery! I was so excited! Now, this EA location isnt far from my husbands office so even though it was a high volume day I was still confident that the arrangement would get there before the guaranteed time of 5 PM (this is per the Edible Arrangements website). I received a delivery email at 5:16, and luckily my husband was still there. He checked with the receptionist and ultimately the concierge of his office building and nothing was there. Later I checked the order tracker and it read Delivery Unsuccessful. My husband never received his arrangement. I didnt have a backup gift. I have called the location several times and no one has picked up. I have called customer service and they said I have to speak to the store. So if you have read this far into my review, thank you, and please do not waste your time and money on this place. What a disaster this was. Thank you so much, Edible Arrangements for ruining my Valentines Day!

I call the store and run into a voice mail that is full... I understand the 14th is a busy day but a simple follow up would have went a long way. I just want my money back at this point...

Literally the most unprofessional location Ive ever been to. Its legitimately unbelievable how terrible their customer service is. I understand that Valentines Day is busy, but Im sure it would be more manageable if they didnt have lazy staff, rude managers that ignore customers (Im guessing because he didnt want to deal with angry customers). Essentially what happened is I went in to see where an arrangement was that was supposed to be delivered by 5 (it was 6:30 at the time) and shockingly, at least 15 people were waiting for the exact same thing. We were treated to extremely long wait times to even be spoken to and the employees claiming they were short staffed when it was confirmed they had a great deal of people in the back essentially slacking off.. I seriously hope they change their staff or this location wont last very long.

Placed an online order from this location to be delivered 3 days out. The day of delivery came and went and the item ordered hadn’t been delivered. I proceeded to reach out to the Tucker location, provided them with the last 4 of my order number and was told by Felicia that they couldn’t locate my order and was then asked for the delivery zip code. I was then told that they didn’t delivery to the zip code provided even though their location was listed on my delivery confirmation. I was forward to another location who of course did not have my order but directed me to customer care.Customer care reached out to to Tucker and the mishap went from they didn’t have my order to my order being flagged. Felicia then went into saying she called and my number was disconnected, which was furthest from the truth. The order was said to have been flagged due to IP location being in Kuwait, my duty station. I’ve placed countless online delivery orders including other edible arrangement and have never be given such grief. Had Felicia told me when I initially called that their were some discrepancies I would’ve provided with the information required, instead she dismissed me only to be short with me when I was rerouted to her.The owner Michelle reach out to me and she insisted not only did she attempt to reach me by phone but also through emailed me, a practice that Felecia told me they didn’t exercise. That’s a question I asked Felecia when she claimed to be unsuccessful in reaching me by phone I asked why other contact measures weren’t exercised.I do understand their are protection measures put in place to protect customers against fraudulent activities however, at no given time was I or my boyfriend informed via phone or email as was told to me. I’ve utilized TMobile overseas for the past 8 years and have not had issues sending, receiving calls or voicemails. This all could’ve been handled differently if the store held themselves accountable for a human error.

I’ve never had issues with edible arrangements until I patronized this particular store. They never answered the phone the entire time on Valentine’s Day, but once and they put me on hold for ever. Today (2.15.19) they answer the phone and gave me refund upon my request. So if you want to screw up things with your significant other use this particular store and you’ll succeed without any problems.This store is worthless I should have looked at the reviews first. They have a history of unsatisfactory customer service. NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!!

I am told to call this location because the location my wife ordered from cant answer the phone due to a water main break? But when you call this location they dont answer either. You all need to get it together. There have been multiple people complaining regarding your delivery being late in the reviews and you all should be ashamed considering how expensive it is for an arrangement to be delivered in the first place. I ordered an arrangement for a co-worker who was moving out of town the next day and made sure to order the arrangement at 8 AM. Our office where we work is literally 5 MINUTES away from you all. I called at 3 pm asking where the arrangement was and you all informed me you had until 5 pm to deliver it. Um, no. Being that we are literally only 5 minutes away from you all, you shouldve had it there at 10 AM at the latest. The arrangement was delivered at 4:55 PM on the dot and the driver seemed irritated that she had to bring it in the first place. Do better.

I placed a Valentine’s Day order on February 2nd to avoid delays. So I’m checking my order status and it’s saying preparing. I called the Peachtree Rd store several times only to get a recording saying their mailbox is full. Finally after calling five different times someone answered and told me my order was sent to the Decatur location. I was given the number to that location. After holding foreverrrrrrr I was told that unfortunately they couldn’t deliver my order that I PLACED ON FEBRUARY 2nd due to having over 400 orders! Needless to say I WILL NEVER ORDER ANYTHING AGAIN Edible Arrangements! Poor customer service!

If I could give 0 stars I would! This was my very first time using edible arrangements and will be my last! I ordered through this place for my moms birthday, we were visiting Atlanta and I had no car so I figured lets have something delivered to the hotel on her birthday. Not only did it not get delivered on time (which had me looking stupid like I didnt care about her special day) but here I am calling around at quarter till 8 (at night) trying to find it! I call the store and she puts me on hold to try and reach the driver because she said she cant locate where it is at the moment, but then 10 minutes later she said the driver said he was done delivering by 4. I said ok I just called the front desk they said they didnt have it and its not like you all are cheap I mean I had specific instructions on there to let me know and here is it 8pm and nothing! by this time she is saying she has to look into it I said well really, her birthday will be over in 3 hours so its no need to even charge me for it just keep it. She then tells me: well I cant give refunds so you will have to wait for a manger to get in tomorrow. Im like ok thats fine so she took down my information and I asked her name and she said it was Alexis, and she once again assured me the manager would call tomorrow. needless to say I did not get a call from management I did not hear back from anyone, no refund discount or apology nothing. AND when we did locate the chocolate covered strawberries they where hot and the chocolate was melted and strawberries were withered. never again! I absolutely hate leaving bad reviews, this is actually my first time leaving one but I hate being lied too , if you say someone is going to call me because you cant give consent the manager has too then they should follow up if they choose not to empower employees to make those type of decisions, and on top of that a special day was ruined. I should really look into contacting corporate and reporting them. your only job is to make someones day special and you dont care to fix it? buyers beware of this place!

Just shut this business down.i spent over $100 on the site to get some edibles delivered to my wife at work on our anniversary. Maybe these employees are not getting paid enough or they just hire anyone these days, but the service is terrible and beyond unprofessional !!!!! my wife s office closes at 4pm , the delivery driver called me at 3:54pm to tell me she s on her way to drop the edibles,. then calls at 4:25pm to tell me the delivery was unsuccesful and office was closed. so i been calling to get a refund, but manager is never there. .

HORRIBLE delivery service. I placed my order on December 2nd to be delivered on December 15th and the place to be delivered is literally down the street from them (0.4 miles or a 7 minute walk). It was supposed to be a surprise to my former colleague for her promotion. I called the morning of making sure that it is going to be delivered before the office closes. They assured me that it is on the delivery truck and that they deliver to businesses first. They didnt. It was after business hour that I got a call from them saying they couldnt find the place. I had to decide whether to have it deliver the next day or call my friend to see if she was still at the office. I had to contact my friend asking if she was still there because I have a delivery for her. Surprise ruined. Luckily, she was and they gave it to her at 6pm. The owner offered a 10% off from my $250+ order ($27) for the frustration. Lets face it, if this is how your delivery service works, youre going to lose so much business. Im not using them again.

Worst service from the Manager Jessica ever!! I see why her store has a 2 rating. 1st they sale me GENETICALLY MODIFIED strawberries that are the size of my palm. I bit into one and it tasted like those white styrofoam cups. No taste. No juice. No drip. I immediately called for a refund and was told to call back next day for manager Jessica. Spoke to Jessica and she said she needed a call log screenshot and pics of the fake strawberries that they gladly sold to me for $30. After she verified and admitted they have a new supplier and she closely looked at the strawberries AFTER I mentioned it is when she questioned them. So you dont check your product?? Huhmmm but your still selling them. Had to call back next day bc I didnt have my card on me and the rep left me on hold 3xs longest being 7 minutes without checking in or explaining why. I advised Jessica of this the next day bc I still hadnt gotten my refund is when she did the opposite of what a MANAGER is supposed to do. She justified the actions of her rep. Not apologized but justified and when I explained i didnt want to hear her talk abt it and to just process my credit card she got an even nastier attitude and got loud and actually had the nerve to yell at me when I told her I called for a refund not to hear her NOT do her job. I will NEVER buy from there again. Ill make my own and I see why her store has a 2 rating. It should have a 1. I believe in giving a company a second and even a third chance. I understand things can go wrong so I gave Edible Arrangement another try. On February 7th I placed an order to be delivered on February 10th. The order cost me $124. All I asked if the arrangement could be delivered before 2:30PM. The manager said that would not be a problem since the delivery location was only approx. 3 miles from the Peachtree location. I expressed greatly that February 10th was my wife’s 50th birthday and I wanted to surprise her at work so she and her colleagues could enjoy the Edible Arrangement together.Well, that did not happen! Once again I was let down by this company! I called numerous times so this order would be expedited before 2:30, which is when my wife leaves work. By 2:00 the order was not ready. So I kept calling, this time the manager told me she would personally deliver the arrangement but it would be after 2:30. Wow!!! What I had to do was call my wife who had already left work and tell her please go back. To say the least this was no longer a surprise on her special day. What a SNAFU!!!This store has the worst customer service. It’s so bad. I spent $124 and no one offered me a discount for their lack of service. I will never go to this location again and I hope others will do the same

Can’t get anyone to answer a phone. Mailbox is full??? Ordered a birthday bundle and wife told me as soon as they delivered them the balloons flew away! Very poor service and will never use this location again!

This location provides AWFUL service! V-day delivery order was placed on 1/24/17 and company failed to deliver. Have left countless messages and just goes to voicemail. No courtesy call in advance to advise of delay and as of 2/16/17 delivery still has yet to be made. Will never recommend this location.

Placed an order at 8 am and it wasnt delivered. No one called to let me know I had to call them several times to see what the problem was. Never had this problem with them before. Very disappointed in the commication.

Placed a order yesterday around 9a.m by 5:00p.m they tried to deliver the order by then the person who it was for was gone from work call again today to see would the order be delivered it took them forever and the place they delivering it too is only 4miles away from them smh never doing business with this location again...

This store is the worst of the worst I would not recommend no one to order from this store and location at all they had this woman there shes so ghetto her name is LA... something and she forgot to put our order in and she answer her phone like hello instead of saying the company name so its like you just calling a regular cell phone and then she had the audacity to ask my husband to verify his information by sending a copy of his license and his actual credit card I am so disappointed with this company it was for Valentines Day and that lady is a straight bi if you know the rest I am so done with Edible Arrangements this is the first time that I ever use them and it will most definitely be the last.
