Walked in today, as I always do (travel through twice per week and stop in and shop) said hello today, person would not respond the first time, the second time 1/2 nodded and never looked up or got off of phone. I understand we all have bad days, but stay home if you’re having one. Don’t attempt to ruin mine. Travel is hard enough and then to have to deal with people like that. Visited 3/3 at approximately 4 pm. Walked out and will never go back. Over it.

Great crepes and the cheese cake looked delicious too

Nice setting overall. However, tables block the book shelves, food is over priced and French toast was soggy in the middle making this visit unimpressive.

I’ve always loved this place. My family and I have dined here on layovers numerous times. The last 2 times I have been here they have been sold out of items from the menu. Today, it took 25 minutes to get a drink. They were NOT busy. I’ve been there while it’s been busy and still had amazing service. Something has changed here and it’s no longer a place I will dine. The staff seemed to be lazy and in no hurry to do anything. Save yourself time and go to TGIF FRIDAY’S next door. Staff welcomed us with smiles and were attentive!

Seems like a great place. Nice atmosphere. No idea about the food.Walked in at 9:55 am . No one spoke to us for 10 mins. Ordered coffee and food at the same time. Coffee arrived 10 min later. By 10:35 food had not arrived yet. Flight was leaving , so we were out of time. Had to walk out to the hostess to try and pay for the coffee. Manager let us go with no charge.People who arrived and ordered after us got their food before we did. Might of just been bad luck on our part.I would skip this place if you are in a hurry.

I’m a registered independent, I enjoy reading all political books. This book store didn’t even have Donald Trump Jr. displayed. It’s a best seller. Very disappointed.

Service was lacking and the panini was pretty subpar. The coffee was really well made however. I didn’t try the dessert but they did look really good.

Ok how can you consider yourself a European cafe and only have wheat loaf as a bread for lobster bisqueI and not have a baget or Italian or French bread of any sorts... An insult to the pallet and dining experience...BTW the bisque was good but I missed the lobster? If you get your act together I might come back. And oh I was told the reason was wheat was healthier ... Vs what all the desserts in the front counter? Seriously WT#?

As always, if you’re on a timer, let your server know that and you’ll get suggestions that will fit your need. I have loved every visit I’ve made through ATL.

I had the salmon pasta and I couldn’t identify any salmon pieces. Although my stomach did because I ended up getting sick on the plane. That sucked.Flavor was okay, way too much oregano. My friend had chicken quesadillas, unfortunately she got really sick as well. Luckily she made it home before it hit.Wouldn’t trust these guys again unless I was buying a vegetarian meal.

Best place to eat in ATL other than maybe PF Change. Great Service, view, and food. Nice view of the planes and easy reading access between flights if you want to pick up a quick read!

BEWARE WINE SCAM! Dined at this place on Oct 14 2018 and ordered a Pinot Noir that had a listed price of $8.60 per glass (reasonable). The original price was crossed out with pen writing all over the menu. Once the check came, they charged me $15.60 for a glass of Pinot Noir. Once I complained and explained the issue, the server Kaijla said there was nothing they could do and that a customer must have written all over the menu. Well, thats certainly not my fault and paying $15.60 for a GLASS of Pinot is simply unethical to charge. The manager also decided they could not do anything, despite the fact I said I would leave this review to warn others of their bad ethics.
