I love the can-do attitude of the staff! Their positivity and confidence in their work and design made it so much easier to trust the process of my project! When my foamboard posters were printed (at the last minute I might add) they had also taken the time to put adhesives on the back to save me some time and that really helped me out! Working with a vendor that alleviates the extra stressors is everything!

Best Signs and Superior Color!These signs are amazing! I Love the colors! I tried to have these signs done at another local print shop and the shop was not able to get the colors this vibrant after 4 tries :-(. That print shop produced powder blue signs that looked as if the signs had been in the sun for over 5 years.We are getting a lot of foot traffic in our store from these beautiful signs! I’ve been getting car Magnets from them for about 2 years now. I’m starting to have issues with the Quality of work on my magnets and the owner by the name of Melissa was giving me Attitude cause the magnet had a lot of bubbles in and had to be remade. They did remake it but the new one had bobbles in it as well, so she said it was Human error and it won’t be perfect with a very bad attitude then said I was trying to Patronize her, that’s absurd. If a company specialize in a product it needs to be 100% in specs but I’m willing to take 95% at a discounted rate.

I’ve used FastSigns for my small business a couple of times and I have been nothing but impressed and thoroughly happy with my experiences with them. We needed outdoor directional signs for an event. We didnt think about the need until a couple days before. FastSigns was very responsive, showed me options and communicated every step of the way. The signs looked great and everyone was happy. Cant ask for more than that. Excellent customer service too!

Easy to order on their website, however, call the store to inform them of any further details related to your order after you have submitted it online. Great communication with the staff, however, make sure to clarify what date and time youd like to pick up your oder. I called a few hours before I was suppose to pick up my order to confirm everything was still on track, and they assumed I was picking up 3 days later than I had scheduled. Even with this confusion, the Downtown Atlanta store was able to complete my order in the time I requested.

I have used Fastsigns for years in another city. In fact, I exclusively used them. I recently moved here to Atlanta and have signs which need to be created. I thought I would use this location because it is close to where I work. I dont understand how this Fastsigns has so many positive reviews. I tried to use Fastsigns a few weeks ago for a corrugated plastic sign. I sent in my request. I got phone call a week later. I had already chose another shop. I thought I would try them again because I really liked the company. Again, I heard nothing. So, I called them. I was told I would get a call back. Still nothing. You couldnt pay me to try this branch. They have lost a very loyal customer.

I was in a very difficult position while I was in town for a conference and FastSign pulled through when I really needed their help. Very happy with their services and their product. Strongly recommend this location in particular.
