Alex took really good care of me for not having an appointment. Someone didnt show up and I got their slot so dont think its normal, :). Service was quick and flawless on my car. I needed an alignment. Their prices are great compared to dealerships.

I called this morning to get a quote for some upgrades that Id like done to my BMW M4 Competition. I regret I did not get the gentlemans name that I spoke with this morning but he was extremely rude. He acted as if my time was not as important as his. I asked about a crank hub upgrade for my car and asked if they installed them. He was silent and then asked what I needed. I responded by saying I was asking if they installed crank hubs on BMW M4s. He said it would be $4500 parts and labor. I thanked him for his time and hung up. Not once did he let me get out all that I wanted to ask. I have all of the parts I want installed. I needed a quote on labor being I live almost 5 hours away and didnt know if I would have to bring the car in to get a quote or if I could be quoted over the phone for the work that I was looking to get done. I was referred to this shop by a shop out of Birmingham, AL but with the attitude I was given Im not sure that I want to spend my money with someone who is rude. I am a business professional and own a business and I would never treat someone who called me to inquire about something like I was blown off this morning. Maybe this was an isolated incident but it has not set well with me.

These guys were super knowledgeable and 75% cheaper than the price Audi wanted to charge me! My car is running like it is brand new. They have gained a repeat customer for LIFE!

Worst experience of my life I I spent 4000+ dollars for oil leaks and my car is still leaking oil not only that the AMG 63 emblem on my engine went missing mysteriously after confronting them about the missing emblem they offered to get me a new one but allegedly it’s on back order with Mercedes so it’s in definite when I will receive it ever I would recommend anyone who even consider using solo motorsports to run for your life they price gouge and steal allegedly and now the manager is posting lies that I tried to fight the shop manager I called the police that day your shop manager lost it after being confronted about the badge on my engine I tipped the crew 100 dollars for lunch went I dropped the car off I own that car sir it is mine it may be nothing to you at solo motor sports but to me it’s everything I spent 4000 dollars on oil leaks you wouldn’t understand Sentimental value

NO PLACE LIKE SOLO!!!!I was in for a service appointment on Monday 6/15 at 9:00AM. Upon arrival Alec informed me that they were running behind and could I drop-off the car. Instead I decided to wait since I had time. He mentioned that the car would be ready around noon. Well noon passed and It turns out I was there later than that. Here is where professionalism comes in. Not only did he immediately offer to discount the visit which saved me money, he had earlier attended to a small issue with a loose component under the car at no charge!!!!! (Who Does That!!!!) Thank you Solo for all that you do. My Mercedes E350 is not new but, your level of service and attention to detail makes me feel like it is. I love my car and I enjoy bringing it to Solo. Took a chance with my BMW 650i and scheduled an appointment...Alec promptly greeted me at my scheduled time and intake was painless. Expertly diagnosed my vehicles vibration issue (needed rear tires), called me back within a few hours with quotes/options, and ultimately repaired same day. Also fixed an inoperable passenger wiper blade on the fly and advised of a potentially bad thermostat based on service message indicator light. Drove off the lot and wanted to keep driving for a few hours as my BMW handled like brand new. Great work, fair price, excellent service!

I trusted this autoshop whole heartedly. Raved about it and even referred several others to Solo motorsports. However, these last visited upset me. I appreciate the fact that they were understanding and patient. They truly work with you on repairing your car. But the quality of my last repairs was extremely disappointing. I had over 4k work of repair done. Im extremely satisfied that the fixed all my leaks(oil and coolant). However, after getting my car back my check oil level light came on. How is this possible if they did an oil change? I checked the oil filter and unless the use Amazon parts which the advertise Motul, my same oil filter was in the car, indicating that an oil change was nor performed. I called them, took the car back there, told them that oil level was low and I was concerned if the actual oil was changed. Also my coolant low light was coming on too. Strange because I also paid over 100 for coolant. On a cold engine my reservoir wasnt even at the minimum level. Odd. So I called them back told them about my issues and 4 days later I got my car back. So I get home and wanted to check the oil filter to see if it was new and nope it was my old filter still there. I know cause it was extremely dirty and the same brand I had used. It definitely wasnt a Motul oil filter. Then I wanted to changed the bulbs in my headlights and found out screws were missing from my bumper. 3 in total. Now Im like wow they rushed putting my bumper back on? I understand that my car is old, however Im spending 4k with you and theyre more repairs I needed to do and will be back. Another thing is I took my car in for an engine light diagnostic as well, I knew it was a incorrect purge flow error because Audi Atlanta diagnostic it there. However, I trusted Solo and rather had them repair it. Well that engine light still comes on and its the same error code. Its extremely disappointing that a place I loved and trusted has failed me. Missing screws, not completing jobs that I was charged for, and just a lack of honesty and integrity, this repair experience has by far been the worse. Sad part is my car was there over a month. I was patient, they were patient. I love Solo motorsports, but this location let me down. I didnt even mention everything that went wrong because I liked this place so much. But business is business and as of now Im a disappointed customer. The staff are all great. They are extremely busy with lots of repairs, I get that. But man they surely treated my Audi with lackluster care after having it that long and having incomplete work. Despite all this, I will allow them to rectify the issues I had. Its only fair to allow them to resolve the issues. Like I said this place is really awesome overall. Just a one off bad experience. Theyre definitely worth giving another try.

I have been taking my Subaru track car to Solo Motorsports for maintenance and advice. The team here is knowledgeable and they have established that they know how to do the work correctly and without up-charging me.

Any friend or family member I have who owns a BMW, I always recommend they get service at this place.. had an issue with my M3 and after taking it to 3 other shops It was recommended to take it to solo where they did amazing work and figured out the issue while saving me possibly $1000’s. I use to do a lot of regular maintenance myself but the prices I have been quoted by solo are so cheap it’s a no brainer to just let them do the work on some things. I will never take my M to another shop again. I love this place

Alec is the absolute best . My Bmw 328i was having issues turning over and the process To diagnose and fix has been great ! Turns out my Ecu was going bad and Alec was so helpful keep m updated by calling me almost everyday . He’s very attentive . There was a couple of days of delay just because he ended up needing to get my computer cloned but I never once felt frustrated he even gave me a discount! As long as I drive European vehicles I will take my car here . Also their prices you can’t beat not , I paid not even half of what I was quoted at the dealer great place ! Will recommend

Completely dishonest. Global imports had given me an estimate for ignition coils that was way too high so I brought my car to Solo to get another estimate. Less than 30 minutes after I dropped off Solo called me to say that I do not need ignition coils but I do need a whole new timing chain for over $4k! Nope, no thank you. I ended up going to yet another shop a few miles from there and getting my car repaired for way less than Global quoted me and yes, the ignition coils were the issue.

From the time I called to set up an appointment, to the time I picked my car up, it was a great experience. Pierre was really helpful and accommodating. He responded quickly and gave great recommendations. Never once did I feel like he was trying to get me to add on anything extra. I’d definitely recommend solo Motorsports.

Wow, my oil pressure light has been on forever and I take it to my buddy Sanel up at Solo Motorsports Atlanta and they figured it out... Been a couple weeks now not a warning light in sight.. Highly recommend taking your vehicle to these guys. Very professional..!! ✌🏽

My experience with this company was HORRIBLE! I was referred to come here by my neighbor that raves about their service. First off, I brought my car here and got a diagnostic test which was a 100 plus dollars. I received an estimate for everything needing to be completed on the car. A few weeks later I came back to begin the process of repairing a few things on my car. They repaired my gasket which I was told would repair an oil leak I had. That was $1200 plus dollars. While it was being repaired I get a call that a fuel pump on my car just broke off. Now I’m sitting here thinking how does a fuel pump just fall off? So they tell me I need to pay for the fuel pump to be repaired. I disagreed that I needed to pay that because a pump just doesn’t fall off. Anyways I ended up paying for the part to be repaired but not charged for labor. Another $350 down the drain, my car still has rough start and still an oil leak. Since my car has left this location, the oil light still comes on (which I still have an oil leak) and my new fuel pump obviously wasn’t installed properly because my car starts up terribly. I had a 10am appt this morning to have my car fixed and this evening I found out my car was sitting in the same spot I left it, UNTOUCHED! I am highly upset I’ve spend well off 2k getting my car repaired, getting a rental car to get around town and just time wasted! I need a refund! Do not take your car here unless you have thousands of dollars to waste.

Hands down best experience ever at a performance shop! I came in for installation of H&R Sport Springs on my F80 M3 and side marker delete. I worked with Alec at the downtown location which is impeccably clean. Alec was extremely helpful keeping me informed every step of the way. The price was reasonable as well!Overall, the car looks great and I am extremely pleased with how great the car looks.

Calling all Luxury cars and expensive car drivers! Solo Motorsports is the place you go for Maintanence. My first time hearing about this place and happy I decided to take my Mercedes E350 here. After being sold a bad battery this place was great at finding and fixing the issue with my computer. The service is great and the communication is awesome. I never had to wonder when they were going to call me to let me know what’s going on with my car.Sanel Cengic called me and told me all that was wrong with my Mercedes and told me the price before repairs. He was very understanding especially when I told him I didn’t have the money for all the repairs.When I asked him to repair what I could afford he did that with no attitude or judgement and gave me a list of services I need when I get the money to repair the rest. I love them because they are smart and professional and about their business. No shadiness and no trying to get over with ridiculous pricing. I went to Solo to do an upgrade to my command center on my Mercedes 2013 C350class. I had them install the 105 Android touch screen thats in the 2020 C model Mercedes-Benz.My service advisor Sanel did an amazing job getting this done. Sanel is one of the top advisor there. We just bought a Sprinter Van converted into a camper. We were looking for folks who know Sprinters and specifically diesel engines. We came across Solo and we are so happy we did. 5 star shop! I took my 2008 N54 in to see what I should get done to it to start making some decent power. Sanel gave me all my options and then some. He didn’t pressure me into Doing anything he just gave me his recommendations for the amount of power I wanted. Ended up going with Full bolt on and a tune. When I say the car feels AMAZING I mean AMAZING! They did a great job on my car and sanel even found little issues to fix for me that I wanted done like my hood shocks being broke so my hood wouldn’t stay open without a prop to hold it up, and they fixed my turn signal bulb. They did those minor fixes for a cheap price as well. So I will definitely be going back to solo motorsports for all my car needs and I highly recommend them! Thanks again guys!

Recently brought my 745Li in for AC issues and smoke coming out of the exhaust and after talking to PJ he was very knowledgeable about the vehicle an very helpful with all the questions I had. Their prices are unbeatable.. they charged me 500$ less than what BMW dealer wanted for the work. I highly recommend working with the guys at Solo!

I bought my 03 330I to them, and the work was done in a timely and professional manner. Pierre is a gem, and kept me informed of any price changes, and made suggestions for repairs needed. I always tell people I want my mechanics to be OCD, and the technician looked out for my best interest. This was my first experience with Solo, and it wont be the last.

Best shop in Atlanta hands down! I had alot of repairs done to both my 1995 BMW 525i, and my 2014 Jetta. The communication is always on point, the prices are very reasonable. There is almost nothing more stressful than having your car not run properly, so the quick turn around times as far as completing work and getting my cars back on the road were pretty amazing. I wouldnt take my cars to any other shop.

So I have a BMW go to but decided to try out Solomotorsports for a larger job as they saved me $1,800 on a smaller job (saved me from having to replace my oil pan due to someone else stripping it out on a basic oil change) that I was very impressed with at the Norcross location. Today I went to the new location downtown and as a BMW guy that knows a lot about the car as well, I give them a 10 out of 10 on knowledge, service and customer service. The front and back shops were well designed and are very clean and cool on a 90 degree day. This a rare thing in todays automotive repair industry. Their prices are reasonable and Pierre and his Manager are awesome guys. They fixed my lower control arms on my BMW X5 and did an excellent job and I was even able to log in and get some work done. I also had the chance to play the race simulator game. They have found a customer for life. Thanks Guys!!! I will recommend you at every opportunity.

This is a great shop with friendly and trustworthy staff!I drive a 2003 Mini Cooper. My clutch went out in May and I spent the summer looking for the right shop to repair it and any other repairs I might need. I happened to pass Solo Motorsport on Northside Dr. one day and decided to call them. My mother went to visit in person at the same time on accident. I stayed on the line and we discussed the repair. Alec and Pierre went into an in-depth breakdown of what might be wrong with the car. They gave me the best and worst-case scenarios based on what I told them as well as a quote. I felt comfortable with their service so I towed my car to the shop the next morning. By 2’ o’clock the same day, I had the diagnosis on my car and a final quote. Pierre also gave some other suggestions that I would have needed to get repaired soon. I gave the go-ahead and the work was done within the estimated time frame. I went to go pick up my car three days later, paid what I was quoted and got a complete rundown of what was done and the parts used. I was also given an estimation for when I need my next oil change and the cost. Pierre and Alec both answered all the questions I had about avoiding another burnout of my clutch and tips for my cars upkeep. The Solo Motorsport Team on Northside Dr. were efficient and thorough and made my car repair as painless as possible. I highly recommend them!

Solo motorsports Atlanta is the best if you need any work done to a foreign vehicle. The customer service here is the best also.They are Kind of like the chic fila of mechanic shops. I have a Audi A5 and they are the only mechanics I will let near my car in Atlanta.The price for labor is much more reasonable than dealerships. When you go ask for my guy Pierre or Alec. We have a 2016 A6 TDI that we bought from Audi of South Atlanta. Outside of the vehicle itself, the experiences there were a nightmare. We got the car at 30k and purchased Audi Care for 35k and 45k. The first time we took it back to the dealership we had someone steal money out of the center console. We alerted management and they said they would look into it, but we never heard back from them. We decided to take it back to them for the 45k service (thoroughly cleaned it out prior to dropping it off) because we had prepaid for the service and it was non-refundable. This time i purposefully left a completely ripped and destroyed windshield wiper on it just to see what they would do. Well, not only did they fail to replace it, they even wrote on the paperwork that they had checked both of them and they were in perfect working condition. When I told the manager, he said hed replace it for free and give me a complimentary car wash. Needless to say were never going back. But that put us in a place of needing someone to work on the vehicle.I had a really good friend recommend Solo Motorsports as a place to take our car. I checked their reviews and they were pretty good, so we decided to give them a try. BEST DECISION EVER. They guys at Solo Motorsports downtown location were amazing. Not only was the facility very nice and inviting (have some very nice cars in the lobby as well as a racing simulator) the people there were top notch. My service adviser was a gentleman named Pierre Pongnon. He was very professional, informative and direct. I told him about my experiences at the dealer and he assured me that theyd take care of me. They preformed my 55k service as well as a very thorough check of my vehicle. They found several things that the dealership had neglected to even inform me about. He even sent me pictures of everything (rear brakes, front tires and air filters) all of which were supposed to be at a bare minimum checked less than 10k miles ago but showed excessive wear that should have been easily identified. Pierre priced out the repairs for me and we decided to go ahead and get everything done. The guy who did all the work on the car was their Master Mechanic and part owner Harold. I still dont know how he was able to get everything down so fast, but he did.Bottom line, Im never taking my A6 to anyone else and after my GL450 loses its warranty Im taking it to them too. Id recommend Solo Motorsports to anyone with an European car. FYI- they specialize in aftermarket upgrades too.
