After searching for a repair shop that could change out a drivers side engine mount bolt, I finally got in touch with Ben Hill Automotive. Not only were they knowledgeable, they were extremely friendly. Even got a ride home while my vehicle was being repaired. They done a great job and very competitive price wise. It was also pleasant when I called and told them my issue, they didnt say bring it in so I can look at it or we will call you back and dont. I will take the rest of my vehicles here for service from here on out. Thank you Ben Hill Automotive for your great service!

Truly the best retailer around , me and my family had just purchased my mom a 2016 Jaguar XF 35T and the second we drove it off the lot i noticed swirls and weird imperfections from the dealer brand new. I knew off the bat i had to get it detailed by John (Ben Hill Automotive) and he recommended the bids ceramic coating , it is pricey but worth every penny and the quality and service is A1. I will post pictures so you can see the quality and excellence in their work.

So I tried to respond to whomever responded to this review but I cant so eventually you will read this..Ive referred you guys to a friend and she was constantly going back and you still didnt fix the problem so we decided to go to BUDDIES (HIGHLY RECOMMEND)r down the street from you and he fixed the problem for dirt cheap. I had a opportunity to work with this man. He has no respect for his customers. I watched him talk bad about all his customers and verbally abuse his wife (he was almost arrested for domestic violence during my short term there and the woman has Parkinsons Disease) this guy should be a garbage man instead... He will scam you if he sees a opportunity. He has one mechanic which means that one man can only work on one thing at a time.. he will make you wait.. from a employee point of view, you’ve been warned!!

The worst and most horrible experience Ive ever had with any company. This company should be shutdown permanently for rip offs and fraudulence. The manager is rude, very condescending and unbelievably deceitful. I had my vehicle towed here and decided to have it re-towed elsewhere due to the unprofessional experience. The manager did not relinquish my car keys. I literally had to call authorities. I offered to pay him the towing fee, but the manager was dissatisfied and decided to increase my service charge. He charged me for diagnostics services that was never done. After the long hassle of disputing the charges. I decided to pay using my credit card. The manager then tells me he does not accept credit cards. I had to pay cash money to spare me the mercy of the unprofessional agony. I was ripped off intentionally. they refused to give me paperwork of the services they allegedly completed. I left and never looked back. Please drive past this place and spare yourself the burdens.

I recently went in to get my daughters car fixed before she returned to school. They were able to fix her car the same day. They are reliable and quick!!! I would recommend them anytime!

My vehicle was serviced here 3 days ago and the work done was decent with a fair price, but ny vehicle was damaged while on theur property. My husband has trued to contact tge shop owner with no response or reply. After this Id never do business with them. Weve left messages and called. I will be notifying him legally.

Horrible manager there. Refused me service when I gave him a quote that was $250 of the what he wanted to do it for. Complete rip off. Also watch your card information. Despicable people are everywhere. If you want to meet some come to this location.

I dont know where to begin with this place. Owner Mr Byron is RUDE and very UNPROFESSIONAL. First my vehclie sat on the lot for 2 weeks before ANYONE at the shop even looked at it. With calling the office trying to speak with Mr Byron or Ms Cadence to inquire about the vehcile their response was Ill call you back in an hour. Hours went by no call, days went by no call. Now this went on until Mr Byron decided to call and say they worked on the wrong vehicle and had not started on mine and its 2 weeks in on a job Mr Byron said would take 1 week. Now we decided to continue business with My Byron and leave the vehicle with his business and 3 weeks in still nothing. My Byron costumer service skills are TERRIBLE. His attitude about our situation was so disrespectful and not caring at all about my needs as a costumer. Ok now 4 weeks in I still didnt have any real answers about my vehicle. The finish date on the vehicle kept changing from one day to another over and over. My husband and I go to pick up my vehicle on 7/18/2018 @ 4:45pm and Mr Byron is still working on the invoice that he said would be ready when we pick the vehicle up because he was working on it the night before. LIES it wasnt and it took him all of 3 HOURS to produce an invoice to us. While we were waiting on Mr Byron I asked to check out the vehicle and I open back driver door and BEHOLD CAR FULL OF ANTS....I go back into the office and report what I saw and asked if Ms Cadence would come outside with me to take a look and she did and said WOW, IM SO SORRY I DONT KNOW HOW THEY GOT IN THERE. WELL THEY DIDNT COME IN THERE WHEN THE VEHICLE WAS DROOPED OFF. So to fix the issue Ms Candace took the vehicle back into the garage and sprayed ant or roach spray in my vehicle and that was it. So now vehicle stinks and there are dead ants in the back....Now on to its well after closing time and still no invoice at 7:00pm. My Byron quoted one price but the invoice was almost double that. Mr Byron replaced and charged us for repairs that was not authorize to be done by myself nor my husband. He takes it upon himself to fix, replace or whatever he thinks he should. On to payment gets his money and refused to release the vehicle stating that he needed to keep it over night to make sure I did not cancel payment. I have never in my entire life felt so validated. Mr Byron you are in the business of Customer Service and making the customer happy. Its was ABSOLUTELY NOTHING about your service that made us happy. The entire experience from day one was TERRIBLE. I WONT RECOMMEND BEN HILL AUTOMOTIVE AUTO REPAIR & SERVICE TO NOONE.

Horrible at following up. Will overcharge you if you are not careful. The price they quoted me for a repair was $200 more than the dealer. It was such an unprofessional environment.

Very sketchy with how they handled my service, I originally was confused about how pricey it was so to fix my radiator problem, and then I asked can I just change the radiator and they told me it would cost over a 1000 dollars for all the work, I told them no thanks ill just do the original and they then told me I had to get a radiator changed after I suggested it. The next day they called me and told me they couldnt do any of the work and I need to go somewhere else. Also I have to pay 100 for just looking at my car.

They Claim that my car was fixed, and I drove it for 1 day. And it broke down. And I could not get a refund, even though the price was very high. That I paid for the work.

Owner is very rude. Does not have good customer service at all. Wouldn’t refer anyone to these guys.

Their name has been changed from City Automotive to Ben Hill Automotive. I would not use them again or recommend them.
