I would NOT use this company. My business had a front broken window at 3am. I called Quick Emergency Glass to replace my window. I was told that they would be there at 8am to replace the window. I received a text from them at 7:30am to confirm my address. I called them back at 9:30am to find out where they were and was told that they would be there in 30 minutes. They finally show up at 11:30am after waiting 8 hours. By the time Quick Emergency Glass finally showed up; I had called another company and they were finishing up the replacement of the glass. Quick Emergency Glass, that is a laugh! What a joke, punctuality!!

Best experience. Fast service and the best price. I called them late on Friday afternoon and with Atlantas crazy traffic on Fridays they still managed to come and replace my front door glass that was broken into for a very great price. Thank you guys.

I highly recommend NOT using this company. The office staff seems to practice deception. They tried to charge me taxes on everything including service (which youre not supposed to do) and when I spoke with the lady in the office, she went away for a couple of minutes, came back and claimed that it wasnt tax but an energy charge. Nothing but CON people.

I had a broken window at 2am. I called about 10 different emergency glass companies and no one answered their phone. until I reached this company. they came at 3am to do a board up and took my window for repair. at 10am they came back and installed my window. A+!!!!! Great staff and owner. I really wish there are more companies like this one around the city.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!! BEWARE!! THEY DO NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR WORK. POOR..POOR.. POOR CUSTOMER SERIVCE. IVE CALLED THEM 17 TIMES TO FIX A POORLY INSTALLED WINDOW. THEY STILL HAVE NOT FIXED THE PROBLEM!! THEY PROMISED TO REPAIR THE WINDOW ON 5 DIFFERENT DAYS AND THEY NEVER SHOWED UP..NOT EVEN A CALL TO SAY THE WOULD NOT KEEP THEIR APPOINTMENT. STAY AWAY.

I RECOMENDED THIS COMPANY , THEY ARE VERY LOW PRICES AND GOOD JOB. THEY DID IT A STORE FRONT IN MY BUSINESS IN TWO DAYS . THE SERVICES WAS AT 3 AM FOR BOARD UP AT TIME.AND THE NEXT DAY FINISH THE JOB. VERY SATISFIED AND RECOMMEND YOUR JOBI I SAW THE OTHER REVIEWS AND IM NOT COMPLAINING BECAUSE I CALLED SEVERAL COMPANIES AT 3 AM AND EVERYONE WAS COMING AND NEVER SHOW UP. ALSO ANOTHER BUSINESS NEXT TO MY STORE, WHICH ALSO SUFFERED VANDALISM AND THEFT, THEY REPLACED THE GLASS OF THE DOOR AND LOOKED AFTER US IN TIME.THANK YOU .

Stay clear of this company, this company has the worse customer service that I have ever had to deal with.A contractor broke my Palladio window and then contracted this company to come replace it. I took them 3 weeks and like 20 calls to come take it out. Once they took it out they promised they would have it within 2 days. After a week and another 20 -30 calls (lost the count), they still havent come to install it.Do not believe a thing they say, they do not honor the time they tell you they will be there nor how long they will take to fix the problem, they always come up with an excuse.The owner is called Carlos (also calls himself Pedro or Peter) and the whole company is a reflection of this person.Save your money, time and frustration and go somewhere else, I cant because the original contractor was stupid enough to pay them upfront and now we are stuck with this company.STAY CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY!!!!

ABSOLUTELY AWEFUL HORRIBLE TERRIBLE!!! This is the absolue worst professsional company I have ever had to deal with when it comes to any repairs that I have needed to be done on my home. I initially used this company to fix a window. No problem, they did a pretty good job. I went to use them for the 2nd time - nighmare! They removed my windows on a Thursday and were to return the next day to replace them. I planned it because it was my day off. My appointment window was from 1-2 on Friday. I called at 2, it turned into by 4pm, I called around 4pm it turned into between 5-6pm only to be told at 6pm that the shop was closed and everyone had gone home for the day (holiday weekend). I spent my whole day off waiting for A Quick Emergency Glass to do the job they scheduled and they never came! Here it is 8 days later and my windows still have not been replaced. I was told I would be the 1st on the list to get done and as of 4pm the work still hasnt been completed. They are un-reliable, un-professional, and have no idea of what customer service is all about. You can never get a straight truthful answer. They give you the run around and DO NOT appreciate it when a customer is spending over $1000 with their company. This company needs to realize that without customers they will have no business or jobs to go to. Dont bother dealing with the manager for your concerns because he is useless and has no idea of what good customer service is all about! If I could do a negative star rating I would. I will never, ever again use this company or recommend it to anyone - E V E R

Ive tried to get an estimate from this company. Theyve promised to send it over by the end of the day but did not. I called back three times and never got an estimate! I guess that says it all!
