Very poor customer service.I tried to get assistance rescaling a set of building plans for an academic project. They were singularly unhelpful.After I figured out how to rescale them on my own, they refused to answer the phone.Go to the Staples in Zanesville. They are very helpful and it only cost a quarter of what Fed Ex wanted to charge me.

Staff are always helpful at this location. Convenient and plentiful parking. There is also a handy usps box if you arent feeling up to navigating Stimson to the usps office while it is under construction. Their copying services are good especially if you place order online to save time.

Employees at this store have always been friendly and helpful. Unfair to leave poor delivery reviews for this storefront. Theyre not the ones delivering packages to your door.

They gave my package to someone else ! And they dont even know who take it !! They should have been sent it to my apartment in the first place !!

Terrible experience EVERY TIME I expect a package. I try to avoid this business as often as possible and I recommend everyone does the same.

The local store is fine with the exception that copies, scanning, and printing are quite expensive (that’s the same deal anywhere) when one is low income or living on a student budget. On the other hand, given the choice between USPS and FedEx, I’ll always choose USPS. What is the point of a tracking number if you can’t track your package, if you can’t reach the driver, if you literally have to wait at home for twelve hours so you’re home when the driver shows up... omg the list of annoyances keeps going. Never ship important or time sensitive things via FedEx over the holidays. Just don’t. You’ll be worried and annoyed and no one will have answers to you as customer service calls are outsourced.

I had something absolutely important in the mail (had it overnighted) and they had lost it! The tracking said it was delivered, but it was not here and they had taken it to another address! Athens is a small town, how do you miss the address?! Eventually, I had to go knock on peoples doors myself to be able to find it. ABSOLUTELY DISSAPPOINTING!!!!!!

I have gotten multiple jobs printed here and it is always a pleasure. They do great work!

Really disappointed in Fedex. They would not accept my package, a return in the same thick Fedex plastic bag that it arrived in. They told me these were one use only and they wont accept used packaging. Really! Its 2019 and they are creating one use plastic bags! There was NO reason my package could not have been safely shipped in this bag, the service rep said, tape does not stick well enough to this, then watched me try to get the items out of the taped bag, which was just comical. Please take your packages to UPS, they have always accepted reusing plastic bags for shipping!

My package did not move for 14 days. With shipping being everyones high priority these days, how is this possible? Never again.

Used this office a few times with good experience everytime, kind and straightforward, offering services that you wouldnt expect.

Poorly trained employees. Quite uninformative didnt seem like he wanted to help me so much as stand and get paid.
