I usually have a great experience there. But this time in particular they overcharged me and I did not get the right drink I was kind of discouraged

I like the drive through alot when I get coffee.it helps alot when I have to be somewhere.

I have had a variety of service at this location over the years but today was the best so far! Riley made my day. She was sweet, kind and caring. Thanks for putting some pep in my step!

I cant belive how rude the girl at the drive thur was to me today. I had $100 bill and when i presented it to her to pay a $18.95 bill she asked me if i had a credit card or anything smaller to pay with. I was very polite when i apologized to her and said no i didnt she rolled her eyes and told me -too bad . she handed me back the money and i was in complete shock she said she had just broke a hounderd dollar bill for a customer that came a few cars before me so i would need to come back later and then she acted like i should be even more sorry for her having to throw out the 3 frozen drinks i ordered. Wow. Just... Wow.

I have been to this Starbucks many times & guess they will eventually give me easy ice in my Venti Chai tea, apparently I was wrong. $5 for a cupof ice & a couple sips of te. Very disappointing

Atascadero is a quaint little town - stopped here for my Morning Soy Latte Fix and Double Bacon 🥓 & Egg Sammich 😘So far Starbucks, has been the only place across the US - latte with Soy Milk, which has tasted consistent & coffee not too hot

Wow, very “fast “

Big tall dude took my order and mumbled something that I had to ask him. To repeat. He then said, do you happen to have a mask sr? I said um, not except for the one I have on. (My face covering was my thick scarf.) I paid for my coffee and said, ill wait outside. They sat my coffee down and left it there. No one that was in there would bring it out to me. Ive been a gold member for many years and this was just wrong. Another situation were if being forced to ware a mask just means less work for the employ then service is going to suffer. A good business would make sure their employs go out of there way to compensate for the bs we are all dealing with these days. When I am at work, Im thinking this and is probably why I expect it in places that a choose to spend my money.

This place gets 4 stars as posted before about other Starbucks. The people here were actually nice.

Friendly staff and fast service. Instead of driving through, I parked my car. The drink went over my expectation! Beautiful and clean interior.

Had a horrible experience again here. I went in to order 4 drinks in the late evening. There was NO ONE in the store. After I ordered I stepped back and stood between the plexiglass barrier and the door. The young male barrista asked me to stand on a circle. I looked down and around and asked what he meant as there were no circles. He told me that there was one in the middle of the store. I pointed out that we were about 10 feet from each other, separated by plexiglass AND both wearing masks. Did I mention that I was the ONLY one in the building? He told me again to stand on the circle! Am I in kindergarten again? How humiliating. This was insulting and just a power play. Had nothing to do with Covid. I am never treated nicely at this Starbucks

The Caramel Ribbon Crunch was awful. I asked for extra topping and gave me extra caramel. They even added extra whip cream. Who wants to drink something that tastes nothing but caramel and whip cream. Starbucks in the cities are better made.

Staff is friendly enough, however they consistently get my order wrong. I order almond milk, and at this location only I have to order it extra hot in order to get it anything above room temperature. Even with ordering extra hot, I still have cold almond milk in my cup. Its a sign I think. Recently moved to the area and maybe it is telling me to stop spending every day on this place.Or do I need to call all the other Starbucks I have been to that can get it right to find out exactly what temperature is extra hot by their standards so I can order with a specific temperature instead?

Dalexi, the barista, the greatest barista to ever work at Starbucks, very kind, very helpful, very efficient, very handsome, deserves a raise!

Went to get a decaf coffee today. It was good as usual and the staff was friendly. I give it four stars only because I always feel like this location could be cleaner. Not exactly sure why but it just feels dingy.

Watch out for this Starbucks. The lights flicker on and off, the phone rings but there will be nobody there, and the walls ooze green slime! Drinks are fantastic, however. Great spot for coffee and great service 10/10 experience.

Something as simple as Good Morning and a real [how are you] can make the day better. When Mary went the extra step of having a short conversation with me it made me smile. I thought, yes, this is why I come to Starbucks. That and I tried a new blend. :)

Mobile order took 11 minutes AFTER I got there, but was told on phone when I ordered it would be 1-5 minutes. Store was not busy, employees just socializing to much. Total time from time I ordered 15 minutes. I could of went in line and got quicker

Lots of staff that enjoy talking with one another while you wait patiently in line. They make great drinks, just not what you order. The staff doesnt really like to clean, so its messy. But they like selfies and talking on their phones.

I’m sorry but to not have a price list for all your drinks is unacceptable. Even if you don’t want to post your prices on the display board (because they are expensive and don’t want customers to know what you charge before they order) you should at the very minimum have a menu list you can hand to customers if they ask. No wonder why the line was so long, I had to make it longer by asking how much each size was for a cappuccino and latte. Looks like I won’t be going to Starbucks anymore and will try to support local coffee houses from now on who actually respect the customer and post prices of ALL drinks.

This Starbucks isnt bad. Its really dirty inside despite having plenty of employees working. At times they seemed more focused on chatting instead of making drinks but it wasnt super busy at the time. Overall the visit was ok.

My strawberry blended lemonade didnt taste right it was like they forgot to add the lemonade.

Drink was made to order, but MAN! they took forever to take my order. Manager had to tell the attendant twice to take my order.

Overall great but profound differences in how they are run. Ok given the surroundings and social ills that have taken California by the storm. Convenience overall...loved the store in north Atascadero best...

Its the standard Starbucks experience, so you have the comfort of knowing what to expect. However, with a wide-open space and Starbucks cookie-cutter, corporate feel, it doesnt offer the more intimate and hometown uniqueness that often makes a coffee shop a favorite haunt.

I dont drink coffee but I love the Chai tea Latte. [ you can also buy the syrup @ Trader Joes, sorry SB ] During the fall, there is Pumpkin Spice Latte [ PSL ]. I get the Chai & have [ PSL ] added. In the winter, they have Chestnut Praline & I do the same thing. You can add the syrups to coffee as well. Youll have to adjust the syrupsto your taste. Yummo !!

Very friendly staff. All working hard, never standing around. Clean environment, bathrooms super clean. Overall great experience. Sarah was my barista and she did a fantastic job.

Customer service is usually great. But honestly... They need to work on speed, accuracy and staying on task. It is unfortunate that I have heard gossip and drama from standing a few feet away.

The Starbucks located behind Rite Aid drugstore in Atascadero is terrific. When they get to know you they have your order perfectly prepared as soon as you check in. I love going there.

This one guy keeps putting too much ice into my drinks. I couldnt even close my lid, so I ask him to take the ice out... then he dumps my tall latte into a Grande cup. Awesome right? A little free upgrade... Wrong. He proceeds to water it down with more almond milk... So it was almond milk with a little bit of coffee flavor... I guess Ill have to ask for less ice when I see him

If your want your drinks right or in a timely fashion, dont go here. Customer service is not their specialty. The funny part is the have tons of people working here. They are on their phones and talking to each other.

Typical Starbucks offerings and friendly service. Online ordering available, although they didnt see my online order until I asked about it... Bathrooms were pretty outdated and dirty, I expected better considering the nice exterior and interior finishes.

Been waiting in line for awhile. Arrived in drive thru at promptly 2p.m. Its now 2:24 pm and Im one car away from window. Service has been getting slower and slower lately.

Disappointing.. Watched individual request receipt, cashier states , not working. Customer gives back his personal cup to dump, as needs a receipt. I ordered, scanned app. went to restroom, cashier calling out my name, states your card must not have enough money on it, you still owe $8.80, I showed him that I had more than $50.00 on my card he scanned again, told him to take my free drinks. Still not working blamed the app. Told him I did not appreciate being told I do not have enough money on my card, you guys cant print a receipt, take responsibly for yourself unable to work your own equipment, apps etc.. If you have poured a drink and can not produce a receipt then give the guy a free drink, instead of making him go somewhere else. The cashier comped my order, but the overall experience was not good.

Good old starbucks

The Starbucks is typically pretty good but this morning I watched five people who were behind me get served before I got served my grande cappuccino. Very much disappointed.

The employees are all really nice, the customers get a little weird, but this place is quite dirty and the quality of the beverages is the lowest Ive had from any Starbucks. I dread ordering something, to be honest. I come in sometimes to wait/hang out or get on wi-fi. Maybe Ill just put a couple bucks in the tip jar instead of pretending to enjoy the bad coffee!

I love their frappucinos, like their seasonal salted caramel mocha, Smores, etc. Not to mention their spinach and feta wrap. My wife and I enjoy coming here.

Great Service. Amazing Drinks

While going from SoCal to NorCal, we stopped here with our RV for some internet (and to get out of the pouring rain). We were enjoying the drinks and food (of course, consistent to all Starbucks), but really wanted faster internet. I guess either someone here or just the connection for this store alone was fairly slow. Ended up sticking around for a couple hours and abandoning our upload instead.

Odd location, parking was tough. Large interior space. Service was ok, but seemed like they were all stepping on each others toes as there we so many of them cramped behind the counter.

The last several times I have been to the Starbucks on the corner of 41 and El Camino Real I have had to wait at least 20 minutes for my order. Go to the one by Home Depot much better service.

Yes they were busy however when I finally got my vente drink I was at the condiment center and asked for vanilla powder. I was completely ignored. After a couple more minutes I asked again and the manager told the barista to let the cashier get it who was unaware of my request after another couple minutes I asked the barista if she could please get me the vanilla powder. She finally walked around and grabbed it from the cabinet. I will never go back there
