Great service from Harold Brown today. So patient and knowledgeable. I really appreciated his information regarding the new phones of interest and helping me reset current phone. I would definitely return to buy a new phone from him.

Harold was outstanding! He was patient and kind. We needed to exchange our phones (two separate lines) and did so on a Saturday night at 7:30. Harold stayed an hour past closing to do the exchange, set up new phones and give us some training. We truly appreciated his service and kindness.

Dont bother. They used to be so helpful and nice and now its not my problem and they dont even try to help. Seriously? Ive been a loyal customer for ages. After 20 years with Verizon im looking elsewhere as there are a lot of new options.

They will sell you a phone without insurance unless you get stuck with a $900 bill.

I will say the service from Samuel P. Was outstanding. He has spent hours on the phone and working through multiple issues with several of my accounts. His knowledge of the products and Verizon itself are quite impressive . Greg has also helped me on occasion and is quite knowledgeable and friendly. I recommend if you have an issue with your gear... ask these guys.

DO NOT GO HERE. Theres these two men that are lazy and they will not help you at all. Spent hours in here and walked out with nothing. All they say is that its not my problem.

Do not go here. I went in looking to fix my phone issue, possibly purchace a new phone. I didnt wear a mask and Harold (the black kid) called the Atascadero PD on me. I will never recomend this location. Harold should be fired for his treatment of paying customers! I took my service to the verizon by home depot. They were more than understanding. I bought a new phone through them with GREAT customer service. They set me up with a phone, screen protector, and otterbox case. In fact, I told my friends dad to go where I did, he purchased the S20.

Brought my elderly brother in law in for some tech support, they couldnt have been nicer and more patient with him. So impressed, dont remember the name of the girl that helped us, she was amazing! Thank you

Terrible!! Wait for 30 minutes to get told I must apply the screen protector myself. I have one arm and he says due to the CORONAVIRUS he cant do it. He has no gloves on. Unbelievable!

The manager was the best out of all of them but the othet two made me wait for 2 hours and put my screen protector on sloppily! I only went in to get a different color for my iPhone, 9 days down the drain.

Staff are incompetent. I told the sales rep I wanted to pay the 10 dollars needed to upgrade my phone, he decided to charge my card for $340 then tried to hide it. Once the sales rep realized he was in over his head, his manager called Verizon to refund my money. They told me Id get my money back and now we can start the upgrade. I left and went to Best Buy. Best Buy called Verizon and told me I needed to wait until I got my money back before I upgrade or I wouldnt get my money back. These sales reps are complete idiots. Please dont go there. Also its been 48 hours, still no money!

Upgraded my and my wifes phone here, amazingly simple process and in record time! Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable!

Fisrt time I came here was on a Tuesday at 9:50am. Business doesnt open till 10am. Waited till 10:15 and nobody on site. Came back Thursday at 10:10 and nobody on site again. 10:25 now and still nobody. Taking my business and money to a place that cares.

These people are dishonest rip off artists! Dont do business with them unless you have money for them to burn! They are not only crooks they also have very little knowledge about their cell phones. The only reason I gave them one star is my comments wouldnt be published without a star.

Never got what they promised. Hours and hours on tech support and billing trying to get things corrected.

Upgraded my husbands phone at Costco October 26th. Have had problems from the beginning. Took it back twice and they were no help. Said they would replace but we had to jump thru hoops. Came to Atascadero Verizon by Walgreens. Shayenne was awesome and so helpful. Getting a new phone overnighted to us. Will be coming here from now on.

Ive been working with Brett and Cheyenne at the Atascadero store for the past 2 hours. The problem with my new phone is a network issue. They have gone above and beyond, given up their lunch break, stayed on hold for an hour and a half helping me. I cant say enough for the two of them

Staff was completely rude and unhelpful to my husband who went in to upgrade.. so disappointed. The manager was the one who was rude and demeaning. I accidentally gave my husband the wrong pin for our account and instead of trying to help him, he told him there was no way to help him and told him to have a nice day buddy..

Slow to help , thats why I just go to slo hill street
