I have been here a few times. I have always been impressed with not only the selection of lumber they have but the friendliness of the staff. They are never too busy to answer my stupid questions and help me with a project when clearly I don’t know what I am talking about.Special recognition to Evan and Leslie who are just terrific! Happy DIY-er here! I had such a great experience with Ashland Lumber this past week. I would consider myself an intermediate-level DIYer but I ordered lumber for the first time for a project. They delivered the wood but unfortunately did not have what I was originally looking for and created a substitution. I panicked at first since I had a specific design in mind. But, I was able to work with them to figure out a different design and create a substitution that worked. They picked up the lumber that didnt work and brought me what did. As the guy on the phone said, Solutions only, today! Love it. Excellent customer service! Thanks Ashland Lumber.

Ashland Lumber is so great to work with and are always super friendly when I call to place orders over the phone. The same-day delivery service comes in clutch considering I dont have a truck to transport large sheets of plywood. Highly recommend!

Helpful and friendly staff, good selection

It looks a little different than when I lived there 1948- 1951. I used to get into trouble when I played in the abandoned apartments out back and down at the river. I also remember going to the fire hall with my dad to vote and played pool there. Seems like yesterday but I was only 4 years old.
