I truly enjoy this retailer. Pricing is very competitive, store is always clean including the bathrooms, and staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. Great job at a successful business.

Decent staff, poor management. Never would I ever set up an arrangement with a customer and 1. Go back on that arrangement, and 2. At the expense of the liability to rural king. Happy mouse hunting Angela. The profit from a few bags per week probably won’t cover the bite from a momma mouse defending her pups in one of those bags, which I’ve encountered more than one.

The employees there are really helpful and are willing to make things right for the customer. Bought a pool from there and thought we was missing a piece but turned out we wasn’t, it was due to a manufactures poor wording and design of parts list for the make of the pool. The manager Harry was extremely helpful and was willing to make it right. He even opened a pool on the floor to see if it had the missing piece that I thought I needed.

Pretty nice place got just about anything you need If you need personal assistant 😯.. let someone know at front deck in the entrance if possible. They will help with what you need. Even Take take your item to your vehicle or retrieve it from the vehicle. Good place to shop

By far this is the worst place to try to order something online. If I could give zero stars I would. I have done 6 on-line orders for in store pick up and every single time it has not worked out. I was actually in the store looking at the item and placed the order because I didn’t have the vehicle to haul it and was planning on returning the next day. To my surprise the next day the order was canceled and I was sent an email that said the item was not in stock. I returned to the store to find that item I ordered on the shelf. But where they already put a charge on my bank account it too 5 days for the money to be credited back to my account. Complete mess! The item was over $250. This store’s inventory is so messed up they have no clue what they have and what they are out of stock of. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND NOT DOING ONLINE ORDERING HERE. ORDER FROM ANY PLACE ELSE. DOING A ONLINE ORDER HERE IS JUST ASKING FOR PROBLEMS. I’ve talked to Craig who is the assistant manager several times and all he says is “it’s not my fault.” If you’re the manager then it’s your fault!FIX YOUR INVENTORY PROBLEMS!!!

Hard to exactly tell how different this store would be without the pandemic as Ive never been in one any other time. Most everything I needed was not there and no staff to ask questions unless you track them down and even then, being friendly isnt their strong suit.

Cheap on most items, more expensive on a few, and will reduce the price on an item if its damaged.

My favorite chain of stores at the present time. RK does seem to be getting more greedy as time goes by, mimicking the actions that Walmart did 30 years ago. I may change my mind in the future depending on RK’s actions.

I bought a spray bottle and it was broke, they exchanged it without any problems.

Love the selection. Nice durable boots and clothes, fun toys and unique candy for the kiddos and who doesnt love walking by the chicks and ducklings. The staff is always helpful and polite.

They are very helpful, through out theemployees, through out the store. Most employees know their product, and if not, will find out another employee that does.

Rabbits are being kept in horrible conditions! Mold and feces everywhere ! They are kept without hay which is suppose to be unlimited and in cages that are a nightmare!! Where is the compassion for these animals even if they are livestock! Rabbits are getting sick when they are not being kept with hay and access to fresh water without any mold ! The way they are kept is so inhumane! I will never shop here again until rabbits are not being sold and kept in these conditions!! Please give them a better quality of life if you have any compassion in your guys hearts, we will all have to answer to god one day, so please do the right thing.

I have found my new best place to shop for garden supplies etc. And bottled water...

If I could give them negative stars I would. The treatment of the rabbits is absolutely horrendous. Went in once and a good number of rabbits had no food or water. They do not give the rabbits hay which is most of their diet. The rabbits were on wire cages which is not good for their feet and can give them sore hocks. When that was mentioned the MANAGER YES MANAGER said there was nothing wrong with it. When the housing with no wire bottom was pointed out the manager had nothing to say. A couple of the rabbits were messy and had soiled themselves. The one that my family and I had bought home was bloated and on deaths door. We brought her home and nursed her back to health. They know nothing about rabbits.

I went in to get my 3 year old Grandson and me a pair of boots. They had TWO pairs for him and NONE in his size. They had ONE pair I liked. Wont be going back in there!

Great store, I enjoy going into them. They always have all things farm and outdoorsy. Only complaint is on this in Ashland ky is from a guy i know that has family members working there and about not allowing all customers a chance at ammo sells instead of selling to their buddies and family pior to putting it on the self.

Great place to shop for gardening needs and a whole lot of other stuff. Even bought my snow shovel from em this past winter.

Place was clean, little to no buggies,most of them were out in parking lot and at the exit and entrance of the store walkway. You have to maneuver around buggies and people. Once you find what you are looking for, you have a line long line to wait to get checked out. But the employees were helpful and the majority of them were cheerful and some even had smiles on their faces. The place was just a little disorganized on how to get some things done. But I do like Rural King and my hubby and I will go back. Just hope its better, with the buggies not scattered all over the entrance of the store walkway.

It was great, I saved $20 today on a kerosene space heater with their match any store deal. They dont really advertise but they do stand behind it no matter where you find the item. Just show them the add or screenshot and they will match it.

It has come to my attention that you sell bunnies at your location & the living conditions are deplorable. The bunnies are in wire cages which causes sore hocks & it has been reported that the water bottles are moldy & the bunnies have no hay in the cage to forage. It is imperative that you correct these issues. I would never shop there!

It was hotter than outside they had fans everywhere but while we where there more people turned right around and left that Actually stayed and shopped I also wanted to look at and purchase a firearm but it was about an hour before they closed and they were packing it all up and locking it up I would have bought two pistols if they would have offered for me to buy instead of saying they where cleaning up to close

Its always something here. One year they put everyones Christmas layaways back on the floor for sell with no call or warning to customers, they could have waited til after the holidays. And now tonight theyre refusing to sell us merchandise unless we wear a mask, its okay to enter and walk around with out a mask no problem but you cant buy anything. What sense does that make? Dont shop here.
