We got great deals. Good place to shop.

This is the 3rd time I have made a special trip to get something that is in their ad for a great price, only to be told when I get there that the truck isnt due in until late tonight. Well the sale on the Smithfield bacon was suppose to start on the 18th, but store will not have it out until the 20th since the truck wont be in until late night on the 19th! Here is to another wasted trip. How about having the stuff in stock for once.

It usually is the only store that doesnt have in stock things and instead of save a lot it should be spend a lot

Dawn was great, however there were a couple workers that didnt seem like they wanted to help. Some people shouldnt be in customer service!!!

They have some good special deals but for weekly shopping Id choose Aldi.

Always find what 😳 Im looking for. Only shop for the products that are on sale. Usually good quality 👌

We were able to find what we wanted

A butcher came out on the floor randomly and helped me find what I needed today around 1-3 pm today 2/20/21The man had blondish eye brows.He treated me like a local butcher would who owned his own shop.Cashier told me this save a lot is locally owned. I assume the butcher is family... If not, youd be a fool to not pay him more than anyone else is that store.. Anyone can show up and work at your store. Character like his is extremely rare, that butcher is a great man. Respect and cherish who you have back there representing your store.

Good place just not a lot of stuff that I need

I am really pleased with this grocery store. The employees are super nice and the food they sell is great. You cant go wrong shopping there.

Clean store, friendly staff over all good experience

If you go at the right time then theyre stocked but if you go at the wrong time theyre either not stocked or theres workers/carts every stocking and even if theres several workers in the store theres usually only one or two people running registers so sometimes the lines can get long

This store has really improved over the years! Clean, well stocked in what they have and the staff is friendly. Didnt have much of a wait in line and found what I went into the store to look for.

I shop here frequently and usually have a good experience. When the lines get long they are usually good about opening another line. A long time ago I got a bag of potatoes that were not good. That was my only bad experience.

You can find a lower cost for your groceries and save money

Close to where I live. Limited selection versus Kroger or Walmart, but still a good selection of items. Lots of parking. Prices are reasonable. A good place to go for a few quick items when you need them. I would go back.

On some things you save a lot, on others you only save a little.But it balances out pretty well.

They do a great job. I just stop for a few things at times but you can get all your groceries here.

Good store, prices are great and aisles are always clean. Staff is helpful and friendly. The check out lanes are way to narrow though. I cant get around my cart to unload items.

A Save-A-Lot in Ashland Ohio is like finding the yellow brick road.Im totally going back.

Very clean. Large parking lot with many handicap parking, also handicap accessible store. Friendly staff & the lines move quickly.Food needs to be rotated a little better. FIFO should come into effect here (First In First Out)Fresh produce & meat looks to be fresh.

I wnt for a steak special. And they were out... Said another truck was coming the next day. But I didnt make it back. 😞

The staff is great, and quite helpful.Prices have gone up while food quality has gone down. The meat is regularly covered in bone splinters/dust, and requires rinsing before cooking.Store Brand soda/pop tastes watered down after repeatedly lowering quality over the years.Every time the labels change, the quality drops. Items retain their name, even though theyre completely different.

Need something quick and cheap they have it... and friendly service.

Love how neat and clean store has became,and with wider isles. I think this is about only store in town that packages some meats in smaller sizes. We Sr citiZens need this! Great cashiers, so nice and very helpful as is the manager ! Thank you, Sav-a Lot!!!!

The revamped store front is a welcomed upgrade. The store has a lot of bargains. The employees are friendly and helpful.I met Shawn Grate when he worked there. Not Sav-a-Lots fault, but I cannot in good consciousness, give them my coveted 5 ☆ rating.

Ive lived in several cities and this is by far the best Save A Lot Ive ever visited. I enjoy shopping here. Sad they changed their pizza rolls. Not as good as the last ones

Only grocery store within walking distance of the university or in town residential areas. Produce is usually fresh but a little more expensive. Off brands are not as high quality but you pay for convenience. Staff is nice and store is usually clean. Clientele can be colorful but not a deterrent.

Parking is a bit of a nightmare when they are busy but the employees are friendly.

It is a great store to shop for food

A lot of things are out of stock a lot. Meat dept is decent and sale items are usually good from this department. Dairy is always cheaper. You wont starve if you shop here. I really wish their produce dept was stocked and had more items. Its my least favorite dept.

Most items are cheaper than other grocery stores. Their meat is good quality. Avoid their 5 for $20... you can find the same deal at other stores with much better quality. Most of their employees are friendly and helpful

The new remodel is very clean and organized. Moderate selection of items of name brand and in-house brand. Might not have everything youre looking for, but a nice place to pop in mid-week.

Store looks cleaner than ever. Well stocked but several months ago they quit carrying a couple products I always bought there. Wish they would bring back half gallons of McDaniels Mocha Iced Coffee and Ginger Evans Cheese Danish.

I like the store its nice and clean you have to be careful in buying some be sure and read so can because youre a product of China this is mostly fruits and they are not good other Ive had but like most of the rest of the items in the store try it

The items that I went in for were there in stock the prices are competitive. Had been buying a brand name dog food at Walmart Walmart no longer handles at Brand Save-A-Lot handles at Brand Alpo dry. The cashiers were friendly and the parking was easy to get in and out of

I say save a lot is one of my favorite store s the employees are very nice and the store is kept up good ( cleanest) well stocked also.

Save-A-Lot is always a great place to shop and save a ton of money I love going there when I dont have a whole lot to spend like in the big box stores they have a great selection and excellent products theyre just as good as the name brand but half the price Ill be returning many times to come

Food is cheap there but sometimes not as cheap as Walmart. Upside is the easy walking distance. Some of the home essentials may be cheap but the downside is they are very poor quality. My wife bought wax paper there and it wouldnt even stand up to baking cookies on, much less handling fresh hamburger on the food scale. Many of their spice blends have MSG in them, but their pure spices and baking products are good.

Prices are reasonable and the cashiers are friendly and helpful. Its also nice because you can usually get in and out quickly.

Quality seems to be going downhill fast. Not sure Ill be shopping there again. Some items higher than Krogers.

Great prices, usually pretty quick checkout. Make sure to bring your own bag. Selection can sometimes be wanting.

I will continue to shop there as prices and quality are to my satisfaction. Recently rearranged at the entrance to make it easier to get to bakery and frozen foods.
