I am a return customer at Kroger top notch produce huge variety of canned good, fresh cheese and lunch meats as well as fresh fish,love the store, I love this store,thank goodness they have stocked shelves.

I have been going to this Kroger all my life and generally find it good. But I left CVS and Walmart because the pharmacy lines were too slow. Now this one is worse. The others will have the other clerks assist if a long line occurs, this one will not ever bring over a second clerk to help from the other window. The other window just seems not busy. After 12 minutes only one customer has been served. I am now 6th in line of ten currentlyPs, I was here an hour earlier and left because of the line then

I felt so uncomfortable after the recent trip here. I stopped by just to pick up some dog food really quick and used the self check out (was the only thing open because it was late at night). Older lady “helping” (really just standing around and playing dictator) at self check out with short, gray hair’s behavior was extremely embarrassing. We’ve had issues with her in the past because she believes she knows everything and smarts off to anyone who asks her anything. One customer asked for assistance while checking out because she couldn’t get something to scan and the employee said in a snotty tone, “Well, it has a barcode so it obviously will scan”. She acted like it was the end of the world when our machine acted up and called for assistance, all puffed up for no reason. Another younger lady employee was fixing something at her register and she asked her as snarky as can be to turn her register’s light on (to help move some of the crowd from the self check outs). Younger lady seemed stressed and said she had something about bags to fix and the older lady said nothing in response. When she turned her light on, the woman said, “thank you” in the nastiest tone possible. I considered applying to work here and told my mom on the way out that gave me the perfect reason to never apply there. If you let your employees, managers, and wannabe dictators walk all over their coworkers, and disrespect and humiliate customers to the point where they’re uncomfortable even checking out— what’s the point? I hope someone does me a favor and sends this review to the woman so maybe she’ll clean up her attitude. I don’t know how someone who works at Kroger (no offense to any of the other employees) behaves like a power-hungry bully, and seriously believes they are that high and mighty.

Theyre usually a decent grocery store, but why have they been closing early lately? Their hours on their doors and online say 11, but by 10 they have their doors locked and wont let anyone in.

Great place to work if you’re a teenager who likes low pay and being over worked. Just don’t get older , learn the trade and make better pay because that’s when the managers will make you miserable so you will quit. They like people they can rule because their authority makes them feel good. They need corporation to sneak in there and watch how badly their employe’s are treated. Or close down the one on 13th st. the managers there don’t seem able to run the store correctly.

Good, too crowded most of the time.

If you go in the mornings youll be greeted by an empty store which is stupid and the morning shift woman is rude to people if you try to ask for help or to use cash she says come back later. Makes me not want to go back

About as useless as cvs, I call to get a prescription transferred they say its no trouble itll be ready tomorrow at 2. Tomorrow comes around and I go to get it only to be told we cant do that and I told the gentleman that yesterday ಠ_ಠ unless someone else is using my information she did not tell me that. Oh I talked to someone else who? Who the hell asked about my prescription under my name yesterday??

I can find anything I need for cooking. Todays visit was to get some fresh fish. Great selection and decent prices.

Same as any store. Its a good place to go.

Understaffed but can get people through with all the staff given wish to have more people to run with but even that being said stores will be busy but if your not patient I understand why your mad but still the amount of people to run one store is pretty good for them

This krogers is very rude. And. I had a worker follow me everywhere in the store and made a production about me not wanting a product. They are very rude here and I would not shop here. Back in the deli. His name. Is shawn. I will never shop here again

Expensive, husband told kid at door he didnt want to wear mask, but put one on anyway. Upon leaving boy started off telling me hes a minor and wouldnt want to see anyone get in trouble over him. I told him I know hes a minor, its why I stepped in. He continued to smart off to me, I told him that was a bad idea. I should have gone to the manager then, but really, these days no one cares. REALLY?? SINCE WHEN IS IT ILLEGAL TO TELL SOMEONE YOU DONT LIKE SOMETHING? SO I INFORMED HIM WE WONT BE BACK. This happened at 7:25 pm on 7/16/2020

Horrible, ordered a rainbow made of cupcakes, didn’t even make it, the bakery person wasn’t in, horrible never coming here again

Always find my organic food. Love their selection of fresh produce. The bakery is good as well. Store always has an odd smell, that is the only reason for missing a star.

Will never shop here again employees are very rude especially the one back where they sell shrimp and he talked about my brother to another employee I seen him his name was Shawn. I Will be shopping at the Russell Krogers from now on.

One of the best grocery stores to get yogurt. Their Carb Master is amazing as is their blended yogurt. Its always easy to find deals. And now they have personal shoppers. Its just a great store to find deals at. I also love the Big K soft drinks.

We Love this particular Kroger. We live about 45 minutes away but we still go there. The employees are so nice and helpful. They have a great selection and the Kroger brands are very good.

Unreal!! I waited behind a lady to buy a couple ribeyes and bacon from the deli and the guy served her, walked to the back counter with his back at me, , looked over his shoulder at me a couple times, wrote on a piece of paper and stuck it to the counter in front of me. Gone to lunch!! I had to step back so he could stick the paper on the counter in front of me. I left. OMG!! Customer Service has went down the tubes.

ZACH ,the pharmacist refused to fill a prescription because Im from Tx and he wasent comfortable filling because of that. but I was told that thy would call the prescriber to confirm but never did he just decided that he wasnt comfortable so Ill just have to deal with out! as much business I bring to #kroger Ill be going elsewhere from now on....update: went rt across the street To Walgreens with same prescription and thy filled it on the spot no questions asked ... Im really hoping the Zach guy wasnt Racial profiling me

Lots of Sale items today. Coffee was 3.99 man with 1.oo can and much more.In the meat dept. Older gentlemen was very helpful in answering my questions and I really appreciate his input with what would happen if meat is recalled and the answer he gave me helped me to be more comfortable buying anyway.Thank you Kroger. And I just love the staff in the Pharmacy.

In typical fashion, Kroger had nothing I was looking for. If I wanted to purchase reduced-sodium, GMO free, low-fat, gluten-free, or halal foods, Id have hit the jackpot. Craps getting ridiculous, and its not just Kroger.

One of the best grocery shopping experiences! This was my first time to this Kroger. The layout flowed great. I could easily find everything I needed

After self checkout, stood there for exactly 2 minutes, while four employees stood and talked and blocked my only exit path. Then, upon leaving, two more stood in the doorway talking, and wouldnt move, so I squeezed between them and said, Excuse me. Management had always been helpful and pharmacy and morning weekday staff is great, but the younger staff is lacking in courtesy.

I enjoy going to krogers because I feel that they care about the community, such as getting prescriptions while you shop and getting points to get gas cheaper. I feel it is like your home town grocery store

Everything is laid out in a way that is easy to get and easy to find. That makes shopping so much faster!

This is where my family and I go to get groceries a couple times a week. I love the sales they have here and I love the the variety of products and brands you can find here. Im especially happy with the expanding health food section and the selection of nondairy milk and nondairy ice cream, as Im lactose intolerant. :)

They never have the sanitizing wipes to wipe off the buggie handle. It has a weird setup. Crackers with paper products? The parking lot is horrible. But the produce and meat is always good. Love their rotisserie chicken. Very fond of most of their sales.

Sale items never in stock. 1-2 registers open with long lines evety time I go in.

Drove from Huntington expecting to actually be able to find sale items in the store. Of course it was a total waste of gas. Went to get sausage asked one associate to help me and they told me that was not their job that I needed to ask a meat department person ask them and I was told the guy put everything he had out in the morning and if he didnt have any then that was shity luck for me. Whats the point of sales if you never stock??

This is the worst Kroger Ive ever been to. Never stocked. Employees wandering around, waiting for their shift to end. Dirtyand smelly. Carts are never available. I always come out angry and frustrated. DO BETTER!

Greater selection of foods, especially newly released items. Store is clean and well organized, bit more room between counters. Produce looks fresh, well presented and is good when you get it home. Good selection of canned and frozen foods and store brands are excellent. Service staff are friendly, maybe not enough working in store area.

Some prices are good others can be high

Close to home, Smells fresh and clean, Easy to find items. No shifting stock to make you go through a maze just to find groceries you frequently buy.

I love to buy the fresh cut flowers. Inexpensive and always a good selection.

Great layout and appearance, not much interaction with staff but all seemed friendly.

Never enough cashiers, but plenty of employees walking around the store doing the click list. It is July 1st at 3:20pm, 2 non-express registers are open and both lines are backed up and blocking the front of the store....... Walmart next time....

Havent been here in awhile. Dont like the new store setup. Had to park the handicap cart as everything so high that you cant see it. You cant find anything. What good are downloaded coupons when you cant find the products. Didnt buy half of what I wanted to. Wont be back! Ill stick with Aldi and Walmart for what I cant get there. Wont be back! !

Had to get a money order because of Walmarts machine was down again!! The cashier could have been friendlier.

My girlfriend and I have been doing all of our shopping here until today.We went and tried to get gas and we gave the woman $15 for gas and she only put $5 in the pump. I must note this is the second time ive been here and the same thing happened by the same woman.So this is where is gets worse....I had to walk all the way from the gas station to the store just to talk to a manager. The Managers name was Jason. He was very rude and didnt seem to care about anything that I had to say. In fact he made it clear when he called me a liar in front of my girlfriend and several people outside of the store.He defended the womans actions. She was trying to steal my money and he didnt care at all.In fact he acted mad that I even contacted him to deal with the little problem of this woman trying to steal our money.He wanted nothing to do with his job. Any other manager would have walked over and talked to the woman with us.He did nothing of the sort.And whats worse is the fact that the woman fixed the issue and gave us two extra dollars.Where did that extra $2 Come from?We arent shopping here anymore.

Great place to get all of the items that most stores wont carry you can get Chinese mustard other spices like vanilla beans most stores just wont carry those theres a lot of things that most stores will carry I love this store

Had the worst experience today. I stood at the fish counter for 10 minutes without ever being waited on. Never saw a soul. Called the store and asked for a manager. Manager walks back and asks if I had been waited on, I say no, and she proceeds to disappear. I never got what I wanted, nor was I ever approached by the manager to apologize. She walked past me several times and never said a word. Just bad.

Can not beat KY Krogers. Wish OH Krogers were as well stocked and staffed.

They always have what you need.The seafood department I wanted2 dozen little neck clams and sure enough they got it for me. I love the store its always clean.

Pharmacy is slow went in to get my prescription that was sent over an hour ago gave them 30 mins to get it ready when I went to go pick it up it wasn’t ready inconvenient for those of us who have real medical issues that need attention fast.

Kroeger in Ashland is very convenient and has great sales and clearance. My only complaint is there is always a very short supply of Fancy Feast kitten food, and they dont sell bags lager than 3.5 lbs. of hard Kitten food, making it necessary to shop at Walmart. This area has man many cat and dog owners/lovers/rescuers so it would be so much easier to have Kroger as a one stop shopping place for pet food.

The absolute worst grocery store I have ever stepped foot in. If Walmart sold Deer Park water I would never come back here. Most employees are rude and unhelpful, stock is always out, especially water. When assistance is asked for you’re just blown off. They couldn’t do a return in the middle of the day because there was “no one to do it.” They had water in stock in the back but “have no one to go get it.” Separate occasions. Store is always dirty and produce is usually bad. Ashland desperately needs a Publix.
