Very nice facility. The set up where you are in the office when you deal with your salesperson are very nice. They had a good selection even though the whole Covid aftermath of no new cars. Everyone of the staff was very nice and courteous. If your looking for a nice new Ford and want a more friendly dealership then I suggest stopping in and giving them a chance.

I had an AWESOME experience with donleys parts salesman, Derrick Chapman. He 100% went above and beyond for me today to get my car back on the road in a tight pinch while I was broken down on the side of the road. He jumped through hoop after hoop trying to get me what I needed. I would HIGHLY recommend anyone that needs Ford parts to go see Derrick. He will get ya taken care of.

I wouldnt go here even if it was the last dealership on earth. A few years ago I applied for a loan on a car. Told them I would be in to sign papers and he (Logan North) texted me back and said oh I sold that car because you werent committed. I dont know how applying for a loan on a vehicle isnt committed enough. He also asked me to meet him in the Hawkins parking lot to do a test drive. Not at the dealership. Now if that isnt shady. I dont know what is... Same with Donley in Shelby. Awful service.

Ben in the service department is condescending and rude.. took my F250 in for an oil change and to make sure they check the brakes because 5000 miles ago they were 6mm which is the last measurement before they go into their red zone for brake replacement. When I tried to explain that Ben cut me off and said he would make sure they checked them. Ben called when it was done and said my brakes were in the green zone... So either Ford has invented magic brake pads that get thicker with use.. or someone screwed up. When I asked Ben about that very subject he just laughed. I have both print outs in my possession.. if my brake pads tear up my rotors because they are indeed low... Someone better make it right...

I contacted Donley Ford after finding a vehicle I was interested in online. Staff was responsive and we set an appointment to see the vehicle. When I arrived, Dylan had the car ready to be seen and showed me many of its features prior to the test drive. Price negotiations were honest and upfront and I believe I got a fair deal. Purchasing was easy and I drove the car home that day. Dylan has followed up several times to make sure I’m completely happy which I am. Although I live 70 miles away, it was worth the trip to work with Donely Ford. I will be back.

But I think what brings us back every time and especially our most recent visit is their Customer Service. You can purchase a vehicle many places but if they dont have good sales, service and especially customer service.. they have nothing. We talked with Jessica on the phone about a vehicle we had seen on internet we told her we were 2 hours away and ask if price was the bottom price she said there is always room for negotiation we get there drive the vehicle like it and they would not come down one bit on price told us they were already losing a 1000 dollars my question would be why couldn’t you tell me that before I drove 2 hours which was a total of 4 hours then they told us we couldn’t find a explorer for price we wanted which was also not true

If you plan on taking your vehicle to be repaired and then a recall comes out within a few days do not expect to be reimbursed. They like to put on receipt no refunds. Since we could not keep driving the car, we had to take it in for repairs and was told if the recall comes out just bring it back in. Boy was that a lie.

Ive been coming to Donley in Ashland since moving here in 1998. Weve purchased multiple Fords from them during that time, and each and every experience has been wonderful. Our latest purchase was a Explorer which we bought through Logan, and hes called multiple times since the purchase to follow up with us to make sure we were happy with the vehicle, and to answer any questions we might have. All of our service has been done there as well, and Ron and Chuck are fixtures there that we trust and rely on. I cant say we have ever had one problem in all these years. Great dealership.

Went to Donley to buy a new Edge and it was a great experience, Ryan was a huge help and was one of the best salespersons Ive seen. No pressure and answered all of our questions honestly and completely. Helped us through all the paperwork, took us on a good long test drive, and we couldnt be happier with the car and the entire experience. Our next car is going to be a Jeep just because I love the wranglers, but if I ever want a Ford again I know Ill be going back to Donley ford and ask for Ryan again!

Our new Escape Titanium has a front seat heater that never worked. The passenger seat works perfectly. After taking it to service twice to correct the problem, (over a week in service) it doesnt work. We were told it was fine and it is only meant to work if the temperature is correct outside?? Im thinking if this is true, the passenger seat must be not working properly, because its working when the driver side isnt?? Not cool for service to make up stories on something that stumps them. Im so disappointed and dissatisfied.

Bad experience with donley Ford Lincoln of Ashland did not set up my Ford pass so I lost my 3 free oil changes and 42.000 Ford pass points called them several times didnt seem to care at all about the issue I will not go back to donley Ford Lincoln for another vehicle. I am 57 years old and have drove ford trucks all my life. I suggest no one else should either. I will tell all my friends and family members to never go there

Currently have a 2011 Expedition, only major issue have had with it was the computer didnt have correct information and the fan motor & controller went out, needing to be replaced and definitely need on Ohio. Just wish the repair would have been less expensive or been covered by Ford - should not have failed.We have been dealing with Donley since 1997, when we moved to Ashland County. My husband is a Ford retiree.In general service has been great - Ron in service has been great, if there is a delay in service, he keeps me updated. I am in there every 5000 miles for oil changes.Ron is an asset to your company!!!

I’ve bought 2 used cars from Donley and both times they’ve broken down within months. This last one I’ve gotten has already had brake, muffler, and engine problems. Let alone when I broke down on the highway only then did I realize my hazard light button isn’t there so I bought this vehicle without hazards. I’m very disappointed in them and will never go back for anything and I hope people will see what actually is going on before dealing with them.

Traded my 2015 Toyota Tacoma in for a 2013 F-150. The sales part wasn’t bad at all. I just thought it was funny how the manager was quick to point out flaws on my truck that I wanted to trade in but two weeks pass and the battery in my F-150 goes dead. I contacted the salesman that sold me the truck and he didn’t do anything to help me replace it. I posted something on their Facebook page...nothing. I had to go purchase a new battery myself even though the truck was supposedly “throughly inspected”. The gentleman that tested my battery at the auto store said there was no way the dealership didn’t know about it. This disappoints me. It’s hard for me to trust dealerships because of reasons like this. I hope this dealership can be more truthful about their vehicles with customers in the future!

Bought a Cadillac CTS . First time I drove car in rain the passenger side front headlight filled up with water condensation. The car also has a vibration at 55 mph. When I test drove the car I only got up to 50 mph so I didn’t discover vibration till driving after I purchased car. I brought car back 2 times to be repaired and they told me cost of headlight would be 392.00 dollars and they couldn’t find anything causing the vibration. I think they should have replaced the headlight and hopefully the vibration isn’t anything serious. Not very happy so far.

I scheduled my Mercury Milan for an oil change at 9 a.m. on a Tuesday. I arrived at 8:58 am and checked in my vehicle. It took them 1 hr and 45 min. to complete an oil change for me.When I asked why it took so long, the Service Supervisor told me to allow extra time for an oil change, did not apologize for the wit, or offer any compensation. This Service Department did not take any responsibility for being very untimely. I find it hard to believe that after I scheduled an appointment a routine oil change would take an 1hr and 45 min. They made me late to work and caused and undo incident. Very disappointing.
