Hann was so helpful and had the most positive attitude! I came in with 3 items that were going to three different locations and all needed boxes. He cheerfully helped me find the best fit for each item and helped me package everything safely and securely. He didn’t rush me at all. But I was in and out quicker than expected and right on budget! I’ll definitely be back next time I need to ship something!

Staff does a great job. But systems, come on.At ups if I am sending multiple packages they only enter address once. Then some sort of copy paste.FedEx has to retype every label for each package. What a waste of their time and mine

Shipped a package here to be held and picked up by the recipient. Package was rejected without explanation. Customer service could provide no information. There is no contact number for this place. Trying to get any useful support or information has been impossible.

Well. The worst time Ive ever had trying to get a shipment. To start with, last Thursday I got a text that my package would be delivered by 4pm but they came earlier. So I called to have them to make a note to have my delivery at or after 3pm since I dont get off work til 2:30. Well I get a message as I was getting ready to leave work at 2:29 that my shipment is delayed again. So since it was Friday I had to wait til Monday for the 3rd attempt to deliver and called them again to ask again if they could wait til 3pm to deliver. Well Monday came and I got a text at 10:59 am that my package was delayed again and was going back to fedex. Anyway I ended up driving almost an hour to get there to get our package. Not good at all.

If you love the all beef hot dog, then this is the place to go! They also have the steak fries and serve Coke products. There are plenty more things they serve, Ive not ordered anything other than what I said though.

Live in Apartment building. Where Fed Ex and UPS etc deliver have delivered me recently two other packages without issue. But suddenly today no attempt but a notification that attempt had been made?? Cant call local office?? Because?? Covid.? You might catch it over the phone.?? Amazing! Poor poor service! With no recourse!! I am just a lowly Customer!! Pathetic!!

Total incompetence. Zero stars. All I wanted to do was ship an already boxed bicycle from here to Ontario. First try on Sat, the guy didnt know how to do international and after 20min of him scratching his head and making phone calls, he gave up and suggested I go to UPS. I returned Mon after doing the research online myself. I filled out the declaration form they gave me, payed the bill and off it went. Or so I thought -- when a few days later the recipient called me and told me to check the tracking. Bike was held up in Mills River (Fedex Ground) due to some missing paperwork. After talking to Fedex International, who said they would email me the proper form, but never did, I attempted to fill out the customs forms online. After 2 hrs and a death loop of codes and dead end webpages, I gave up and called them again. The American office transferred me to the Canadian office, which rang infinitely. As I was sitting there doing all of this the door bell rings - and there is a Fedex man with my bike. He was awesome, and gave me a number that actual people answer - the freight office in Mills River. I called them and was told that the person who does international shipping would be in later and would call me back. A man did call me back, but told me he did not know where the forms were located, but that the guy who does international shipping would be back tomorrow and to call back. I called back the next morning and was put on hold for 33min until I hung up. I called back an hour later and talked to a woman who flat out told me that the guy the day before had lied to me, and that the woman who did international shipping was on vacation for a week. When I told her that it didnt seem reasonable that all international freight leaving asheville should be held up for a week because someone was on vacation, she went to her supervisor. She came back and told me that the only recourse I had at this point was to go back to Express (Patton ave) where I sent it from and tell them to fill out the paperwork right or get your money back. So I did. I stood in line and told the story for about the 10th time to the agent there who said he had no idea what to do and that I would have to file a claim with Fedex. He gave me a number to call.Ironically, I called that number today and the person there says I cant file a money back claim for 3-5 days after the invoice is processed. So I will have to tell the story for the 11th time in 3-5 days I guess.I will never use Fedex again. What happened to Tom Hanks sending a clock from Russia back to the hub in Memphis?

I normally wouldn’t do this but enough is enough.I have had numerous packages put in places I have just tripped upon over the past couple of years Including refrigerated meds that I didn’t find for about 2 weeks. I don’t normally go to my garage or look in a seldom used truck.In the past week I have had 2 packages delivered to my neighbor down the hill and on a totally different road. Thankfully they are good people and let me know. Yet my neighbor up above my house got hers evidently without a problem.

I just wanted to send my Mom her birthday gift and all I had was cash. The front desk receptionist at 628 Patten Ave Asheville NC location would not take my cash and refused my service. So I went to UPS and they welcomed me and used my US currency. Fed Ex is unAmerican. Use UPS

I wish I could give a Negative 5 stars. Fedex has failed to deliver a package thats gone out for delivery for 5 days now. Each time calling me from a random number and asking me to call back.... that is an endless quagmire of automation and call centers in god knows where. Ive confirmed the address and delivery details but the ineptness of this service is ridiculous. They purposely make it actually impossible to speak to the staff in the local office and give direct instructions for the driver. I will likely never order another thing that requires Fedex express to deliver. I paid for 2 day shipping and this is what you get. I HATE Fedex.

Im having to take a third day off to wait on a package delivery that should have been delivered already. I feel like at this point you should be able to at least tell me which day it will be delivered. They have delivered to the wrong town and even lost a package after it was given to them for shipment, blamed it on me, and refused to look for it until i drove down and refused to leave until i was helped. This didnt even happen during a busy season. I know its the Christmas season and I would not have an issue if they would just tell me its delayed.

Surly and sarcastic customer service, and inconsistent delivery that does not follow procedure. I was out of town for a couple of days, and someone tried to deliver on both of those days. Two tags were left on my door. The second one said that no further delivery attempt would be made. So I went to this location to pick it up the following day. The kid working the counter told me the delivery driver had taken it out again to my place, even though the tag clearly said delivery would not be attempted again. He just told me to come back later in the day and that it would probably be sent back in a day or two. I asked when exactly it would be sent back if I couldnt come back later the same day, and he just said I dont know, Saturday maybe. No apology, nothing. I asked if he could put in a note for them to try to deliver it again since the delivery driver had messed up, and he told me no and shrugged. I asked why the form said no further delivery attempts would be made and he shrugged and said human error I guess. I said Im paid hourly and took a lot of time to drive all the way up from Arden only to be told I couldnt get my package and I would have to waste half my day going back and forth twice, and he said:Yeah sometimes it results in that.This is absolutely unacceptable treatment of a customer. I dislike Fedex in general for the frequent errors, but this is beyond anything Im willing to put up with. This facility needs to get a handle on their customer service and delivery procedures ASAP. What a joke.I did go back later, and the same kid said that the driver had tried to deliver it to my place. I asked for the time, and he told me a time when I was at the house, working at a table that is about 8 feet away from the front door. NO ONE ever came and knocked, and there was NO TAG left on the door for this supposed delivery attempt.Absolutely pathetic. Stay away.If management reads this, Im more than happy to give more details.

Very basic FedEx for shipping and picking up only. Really friendly folks working here.It is sort of a pain to get to with where it is situated. First time took me a while, but now I well know the 3 main ways to approach it. If it is your first time, defiantly use GPS!

My boyfriend and I purchased our second pet snake from a wonderful breeder in Michigan and paid for overnight shipping which is standard when shipping live animals. It is extremely common. A snake is not capable of regulating its own body temperature and therefore should not be left in a box any longer than necessary. Well the box was supposed to be delivered on Wednesday January 23rd 2019. Due to weather conditions it was delayed a day. So we took a day off from work and waited patiently for the snake to be delivered since a signature was needed. I happen to walk into our kitchen and glance out the window only to see a FedEx truck leaving. There had been no audible knock on the door and he hadn’t rung the door bell. We live in a larger home and even though 3 people were home and listening for a knock we didn’t hear anything. Our doorbell is very loud for exactly this reason and there is no way he rang it. So basically a driver had a box labeled “Live Animal” which was already a day late and he or she decided it wasn’t worth the trouble of ringing the doorbell even though there were 3 cars in the driveway. So when I saw him leaving I called FedEx and customer service told me not to worry that would have him turn around and he’d be back in like 30 minutes. Before the 30 minutes has passed I receive a phone call from Debbie Edwards. She proceeds to tell me that she has “messaged”The driver and she will call me when he gets back to her. So 30 more minutes pass and I call back and customer service gets Debbie Edwards On the phone again and she says the driver contacted her and said “he will try to make it back but no promises”. Mind you I have explained to these people that the animal inside has a strong chance of being seriously hurt or killed without a heat source and that she was never meant to be in the box for this long and the reason she has been is that they didn’t live up to the agreed upon delivery schedule. At this point my boyfriend takes over and calmly explains to her that the driver didn’t ring the door bell and that we absolutely must get the animal out of the box ASAP. She was unbelievably rude to him. She was notEmpathetic or apologetic. She wouldn’t lift a finger to help us or the animal. So my boyfriend asked to speak to her supervisor or manager. This man’s name is Wesley and he was very understanding and helpful. We ended up having to drive 20mins to the next town to meet the driver to get our snake but we were just thankful she wasn’t being forced to spend another night in the box. Mrs. Debbie Edwards could have easily contacted her driver and had him come back as soon as I called the first time. I know this because it took her supervisor 2 minutes to call the driver then callIs back. She is unbelievable rude and unhelpful.

From down town heading West go past Westgate staying on Patton Ave then I turn at Florida Ave to Resort Dr ramp 1st building on the right.

Horrible, horrible service. I was returning a phone under warranty and having it replaced. They lost the new phone before delivery causing me to lose a day tracking it down. They sent it to the wrong address. I then returned the old phone through FedEx. Once again they lost the phone and once again Im losing time, this time 2 days so far to track down their mistake thats costing me about $1000. What a nightmare.

Paid for next day shipping. Driver did not knock nor ring my bell I was in my home the entire time. I heard my screen door shut went to open my door and saw the driver pulling away with a sorry I missed you note. Contacted the company was told by a super they will set up a meet so I can get my item from the driver. I was called by the Patton store and told “ Since we got a late start this morning we will not re attempt delivery you can get it at 7 when the driver returns but we close at 7”

Worst experience ever. Ive never shipped anything before and needed help to figure it out. Was told I payed for the 4 day delivery but after 8 days my live plants havent made it yet. I had the distinct pleasure of going to this facility on a Saturday. There was a line almost out the door&only ONE employee working. Although almost everyone in line was complaining, this gentleman worked his way thru the line taking care with each customer, treating them as if they were the only one there. He didnt take forever with each person but he DID take very good care of everyone including my son& myself. Despite being alone he made the most of it. Some employee wouldve had an attitude&mistreated the customers because they had to work on Saturday all by themselves but this guy made the most of it. If I could Id give this guy a raise & an award for exemplary service..I would recommend going on a Saturday if you could. It may take a little longer but youll get better service because of it!👍

Without navigation this place can be hard to find. You have to take the westgate exit from I240. You also have to exit using this street which means you have to out of your way to get back on to I240 going West. The staff is friendly and helpful.

Ordered a guitar from ebay, and I put the wrong address. I was watching the delivery status cause I was excited for it to get here. There was an error cause the address I put was for the nursing home beside my house. I noticed it immediately, and my girlfriend called and told them what happened. They wouldnt deliver it even tho they were less than 3 minutes away. They told us that there was a chance it would be here that night if not it would be there in the morning, so now the next day its still in the Chattanooga fedex department, and wont be shipped until tomorrow. which makes no sense

My package should have arrived yesterday (had paid extra since it is a Christmas gift) but when I tracked it I saw it would arrive today. It needed a signature, so someone had to stay home at all times from noon to 8:00 PM.At 9 PM I called and they said they had too many packages to deliver today and that it would come some time tomorrow!Tomorrow is the 24th of December, and I guess I will have to stay home again!I really, really hate this company, its terrible delivery service and its non-existent customer service.
