I had a last minute print request and the customer service was excellent (particularly a staff member named Naomi). She managed my expectations to share the factors that may impact my wait time while committing to keep me abreast of the expected time. The printouts were well done and ready on time.

Today I went to the FedEx office, wet and grumpy, only to be greeted by Kevin, a remarkable salesperson who turned my day around. Not only did I receive exceptional services, but I was visibly impressed by his knowledge and expertise of my very complex problem. He offered me a variety of solutions, thereby ensuring I understood all my options and was extremely patient with my ignorance. Kevin has a great public personality and I was quite appreciative of his kindness.I left FedEx feeling immensely satisfied. Of course, I discovered an hour later I had left my passport on the copy machine and promptly called Kevin who smilingly returned it to me on my second visit.His efforts are beyond expectations.Thank you for your time.Pia Johansen

I went in to print a lot of documents for my business. Even though it was close to closing time ( which was my fault, i thought they were still 24 hours) the gentleman that helped me was so kind and helpful. He even helped me figure out how to get my files to them, because they had been sent in a weird way. Everything turned out exactly as I wanted and i would 100% recommend them for anyone needing printing services. Quality of products and helpfulness of staff was A++

Horrible communication when it comes to printing services. I needed programs printed for a funeral service and I was told to correspond by email. I did not receive a lot of guidance as far as the designing and layout of my programs (only pricing information), so I had to do a lot of the work MYSELF! After I received the first proof by email, I requested a hard copy show I could show the family prior to the final print. We made some changes and I emailed those corrections back to Kinkos. I was given another proof by email to which I replied, Yes that is perfect, go ahead and run them. I arrive today to pick them up and they have not been run off! I was told that I needed to have come by to review the second hardcopy. This was not clearly conveyed to me, nor did the second hardcopy look like the previously emailed proof! When I tried to explain this to the female associate (Bruna, who was also the one I had been corresponding with by email) she was very short with me and walked off. I am very dissatisfied with this level of customer service!

Cait was super sweet and understanding especially considering the multiple variations of the print job I was attempting. She made sure the proof looked just the way I wanted and they got 120 copies printed and folded in less than 24 hours.

Ive used this location plenty of times and have been satisfied with the service, however, I ordered some business cards on line and I was so disappointed in the quality. $32.00 for 100 cards, they were on very flimsy paper and cut crooked. They are reprinting them, but stated they dont have much heavier paper...hmmmmmm

I wanted to print some flyers out, but wanted to make sure that the flyer looked right before I ordered 50 of them. Not only did they print out at least 4 different versions for free, they gave me advice on what I should change to make it look better. Overall a great place, friendly and helpful staff, really went the extra mile to help me get my work done!

The company I ordered from chose to ship via FedEx. Although UPS comes to my house regularly, FedEx couldnt locate the address (Candler). So when I used the shipper-provided tracking number to check on it, the only option I had was to have the package held at a FedEx facility for pick-up. I checked on the FedEx website for locations, but when I completed the Customize delivery process, there was only one pick-up site available-- 15 miles away-- and it was not marked on their website locations map. I had to check Google maps to find it. Oh, and I thought I would immediately get an email telling me about the delivery change I had just requested and giving me the facility address in print, but 20 minutes later I still have not received confirmation. I know they have trucks going to FedEx locations nearer my house, so why cant they put my package on the truck so I can pick it up at one of them?!?!

Get equipment that works. This place blows.

I had a time-sensitive printing need (due to my own procrastination), and then ran into complication after complication with the online design and print centers ordering function being down. I came into the store only to face issues with the design center in-store as well. The associate that I worked with, Jeremy Pack, was the picture of customer service. He went absolutely above and beyond to apologize for any and all inconveniences as well as take care of my printing needs in record time. He was helpful and super friendly. Although online systems and programs tend to be flaky, this experience shows that customer services really has the opportunity to make all the difference in the world. Thanks again, Jeremy!

Just let me ship something without arguing with me about what zip code I gave you. It took two seconds to figure out the mistake. The other employees were very friendly.

I came in here in a rush and the woman working took care of me instantly. Such friendly customer service. Also, it was such an easy process- I just brought in the stuff I was mailing and she did the rest! I was shipping vinyls and she made sure to pack them extra safe so they wouldnt scratch or break.

I called to pick up a package and a woman who barely spoke english told me to call someone else her words.

They have everything you could need to mail and ship stuff and to prepare projects.

Tried to call 30 minutes before going to give them time to turn on laminating machine. Let phone rang for over 5 minutes to no one answering. Get to store and they cant laminate due to machine not heated up. It takes 45 minutes for it to heat up and we can wait but we had to get to my baby shower in 20 minutes and didnt have time to wait and hour. When asked they not they say they dont always use it. When asked why no one answered the phone for over 5 minutes, got the answer of we are busy. If you know Sunday is busy have more people working.Customer service is helping the customer not sending them away after driving 30 minutes to get there.

First let me explain that I never take the time to complain about a business online but my experience was that horrible. I explained I needed scans of 4 photos I was led to the self service station. After wasting $5.00 at a self service station that had a BROKEN scanner (it was determined broken by an employee) I was offered no refund. Okay fine, I just wanted my scans and to leave, as I said I dont usually complain. The employee (who was actually very nice) sat down to examine the broken scanner was then reprimanded by whom I presume to be a, lousy excuse of, a manager who loudly and publicly exclaimed self service is self service that she shouldnt be helping me even though it was their equipment that was broken. Another $5 ($10 total now for 4 scanned 4inch by 4 inch photos) later I used the other self service work station to get the scans. I will report this incident to the better business bureau.

I use this branch for all my printing needs. The work is always superb, but the staff isnt super friendly, but they are helpful. Totally my go to place for printing and shipping.

With a last minute job, at 7:30 pm I needed a large poster printed. Jeremey helped me out tremendously. He got done everything I needed (2 posters) in one night. Amazing service!

I MEAN EVERY TIME, THEY FAIL TO DELIVER MY PACKAGE. THEY WILL GO TO A DIFFERENT PLACE AND TELL YOU THEY CAME BY. NO DOOR TAGS!!! YOU DIDNT ATTEMPT AT MY DOOR. I HATE FED EX TO THE FULLEST. I am really happy with the 11x17 high resolution scans Ive been getting done there recently. Very fast service. Ive never had to wait. Friendly staff.

Awesome customer service everytime I come in this location. Most of my shipped packages arrive as scheduled. Only a few times has there been issues with packages going to the wrong address... Fault of the delivery driver not there shipping location.

I took my packages into this fed-ex location last night at 5:30 pm (8/24/2015). I needed to have all my packages scanned in last night and was I was told they would be within the next 20 mins. Turns out they werent scanned in until this morning. Next time I will wait for them to scan all 92 packages in front of me, because they obviously lie to their customers.

YES YES YES THIS FED EX ROCKS ! I messed up my menus and they were able to edit the document and reprint and laminate all of them in an EXTREMELY timely manner. They saved the day Chuck and Steve were rock stars
