From start to finish we have always been in good hands with all the equipment we need and have got through NSM Asheville. The service and help is always superior, and the techs are always very knowledgeable and prepared to to do what it takes to get the equipment working .

We had an outstanding experience working with this company – and more specifically, with Steve Chaney – to install a vertical platform lift. I cannot imagine working with anyone other than Steve on this project (which I told him several times ). His deep knowledge of the nuances needed to achieve the proper access to our home combined with his thorough attention to every detail of the project led to excellent results. I would recommend Steve and NSM 1,000 times over to anyone in need of a VPL, a ramp, or any other type of work when it comes to access for someone in a wheelchair. I cannot imagine finding someone with superior knowledge of the industry, or better work ethic for that matter (which is equally as important). I purchased 2 premium stairlifts from this company 6 months ago. For 3 weeks I have left a total of 6 messages to have one of them repaired. STILL WAITING on RETURN PHONE CALL! I would not have purchased from them if I had know the service would be NONEXISTENT!

When nobody else wanted to help with all the trouble we had out of town, they went above and beyond expectation.
