I don’t mean to leave another review, but I can’t find a way to reply to the response towards my initial review so whatever! To whomever responded to my initial review...the scooter was not left to be serviced. The gentleman who stole my scooter was long gone back to his hometown by the time I found it. He traded it to someone in Hillcrest, who then sold it to your shop. These are the exact words of the owner. The only information for the person who sold it was just a name. No phone number. No address. No paperwork. No signatures. If I were a legitimate business, I’d ask for this information when conducting sales. Identification. Signatures. Etc. The scooter was out front displayed for sell and looking at some of the other reviews, apparently you guys regularly buy, trade and sell stolen merchandise. I don’t have any vendetta against your company, I’m simply informing others about your business practices. Thank you.

They charge me $263.56 to fix my brother moped and told me they put new parts in went to go get it drove it home and now the moped doesnt want to start. I called them and they are not answering any of my calls. So Im just out of $263 and a moped that doesnt work anymore

Do not do business with them. They sell bad scooters and then the scooter stops working in less than 3 days and they refuse to give your money back. We have a friend who just purchased a scooter on Friday. He took it one time to work and the scooter stopped running, He took it back today (Monday) and they refuse to give his money back saying it was sold as is. Another friend bought a scooter here and it worked for a week before breaking down. Again, they told him they are not responsible. They take advantage of people who are down on their luck, steal their money and offer nothing in return except a scooter that is unusable. They are a shady operation that should go out of business. They have no conscience about ripping people off.

I would give this zero stars if I could, he sold me a faulty throttle cable that broke in less than a month while I was driving and when I returned to the store to get a replacement or a refund he refused and then said he knew it was defective when he sold it to me. Not only is it completely unacceptable to sell products that he knows will break and not tell the customer when he sells it to them, but he should at least be able to hold himself accountable and provide proper compensation for his actions. Having a cable break while I am driving put me at risk of injury or fatality and is extremely dangerous. Never buy anything here. They have terrible service and terrible products and they know it.

Great price and I got a repair in under and hour.

We called 3 times to find out about getting our scooter worked on, we left 3 messages asking them to get in touch with us, never heard anything back. After 4 days of not hearing anything my husband rode up there and was told to call back with the info off the scooter that was needed and they would order it so, he called that afternoon and told them the info. 2 days later called to find out about it and was told they didnt remember him at all. What kind of business is this? I dont recommend that anyone do business with this place.

Ive been ging to randy for years workin on my scooters an i feel hes the most honest person u have in asheville an hes willing to work with u if ur tight on cash but dont take that for granite cause thats what hurts peaple who need a good mechanic like randy an his son

This place is a freaking joke , they had my scooter for 2 weeks , Would NOT answer my phone calls and over charged me , DONT EVER BRING YOUR BIKE/SCOOTER HERE , your dealing with a bunch of thieves and crooks as soon as you walk into there shop , please take my advice and fine another shop to take your scooter to .

Bought a used scooter for $550. It crapped out 2 weeks later and all they said was Sold as is, no warranty

I brought my scooter there to get head replaced because of brokven exuast studs.They put a head on it but the whole reason i had to replace the head they put one nut on the header pipe barely there.So of course I have to go buy nuts to fix it and the stud breaks again.Come on man my dad ran a shop for years you fix what you get paid to fix 200.00.
