What a great store! One of the best of its kind I have been to. My daughter and I went there for the first time today and found so much great stuff, to much! The woman who worked there was very friendly and helpful. We will definitely be back!

We always make a special trip to visit this store. Its a great place for handmade quality incenses, essential oils and more. Unfortunately, they didnt have the tea blend for headaches at the time of visit but managed to get a few incense and sage.

I cannot believe I havent reviewed before now! Ive been going here for years and its an absolute treasure of a place. Contrary to what some other reviews have said, the people are very friendly (maybe the bad reviews just read the ladies vibes wrong or maybe they were just having a bad day? I have never once had a bad experience with them so that just baffles me). This isnt a huge big box store, its not supposed to be, and thats one of the huge reasons why I love it. They have a little bit of everything. If something isnt in stock, they are more than happy to either get it from their online stock or order it for you. They have locally made and in house made products that may seem overpriced to some, like in other reviews, but a lot of love and care (including time and labor) went into making these, which definitely makes it worth it. I love how charming this little shop is and the energy in here is absolutely divine. Every time I step foot in here, my anxiety and depression just fade away. I cant describe it, but its such a good feeling. I would recommend this shop to anyone in the area or even just visiting.

My sister and I made a special trip down to visit this shop in person and it was totally worth the trip. The selection of books and supplies was absolutely fantastic!!! We even got the monthly supply box filled with all kinds supplies for the upcoming holiday. I got spell writing box complete with ink, a quill, incense, candles, and all kinds of good stuff. The leather journal section was full of all kinds of beautiful books and it was hard to choose just one.The staff was so incredibly nice and answered all our questions.This was definitely worth the visit and we look forward to returning soon.

This is a beautiful little store. It has an absolutely amazing selection of tarot and Oracle decks, crystals, journals, candles, incense, and so much more. I got my first Oracle deck here as well as one of my first crystals. The prices are great for what they have and the authenticity of the items they sell. Id definitely recommend this store to anyone who is searching for this kind of stuff! I wanted to get the Baphomet crystal ball but didnt have enough on me at the time. Ill definitely be coming back!

Staff is always so kind and helpful. I asked about bringing abundance to my small business and their staff recommended their business success oil. After using their oil in our store our sales went up 53%!! I have been using both their business success and cash flow oil in my business and now months later our sales have gone up 67% and still growing!! We have never been in the red since using their oils in our store. RUN dont walk to their oil section!! Their products are no joke and VERY POWERFUL. My fiance and I cannot thank raven and crone enough for all the abundance they have brought into our lives. We even came back to tip the nice staff member who helped us so that we could pass on this beautiful abundant energy!

Being new to the metaphysical side of life, I only just today discovered Raven and Crone. The atmosphere was very warm and inviting to practitioners, new or experienced, and I felt very at home. However, it certainly gives off a sense that it would be in ones best interest to never cross the crone. They have many things I had never seen before, such as feather and ink well writing kits, leather bound blank books, beeswax candles, tumbled crystals, crystal and glass balls, selenite wands, mini cauldrons, feathers, bottles of unusual shapes, tarot cards and tarot readings, incense, runes, brooms, books, dried teas, jewelry, and much much more. The staff were considerate, kind, friendly, and informative. I will certainly be returning to this shop for my various metaphysical needs!

It was such a special and fabulous experience for me to be so welcomed into this shop today. I had a very specific shopping list and they had everything I needed. Not only were these keepers of the shop extremely friendly and open, but they allowed me to walk around and select the items on my list without following me around. So far, the shops and restaurants I have been able to visit, have made me feel like I live here and Im another neighbor.This lovely shop felt warm and inviting, clean, and the stock they had could have kept me there for the entire day, just reading, looking, and chatting with these outstanding kind people! Yesterday I visited this shop in person for the first time in more than a year. Since the pandemic I had been very successfully curbside and mail-order shopping with them, but it was a good feeling to be back in the store, browsing, looking at all the new items, and picking up all that good witchy energy.I was especially pleased to see the increase in product crafted by local vendors and happy to find all the items I need for upcoming sabbat rituals.The staff was friendly and helpful, maintaining the perfect balance of giving me space and time to browse but being nearby to answer any questions I had. I specifically appreciate that they are knowledgeable enough about their product and the correspondences for certain needs to be able to make solid recommendations.Overall, a great experience, as I have come to expect from this community treasure.

Everyone was very nice! Because of the pandemic it was by appointment and pick up only, and I appreciate that so much as someone with a compromised immune system. My friend told me about this store and took me there today and I couldnt have been more delighted. Ill definitely be back soon!

I give this store 3 stars. I give 3 stars totally for the product and selection in the store. It is neat and well organized. Everything had a price that is large and easy to understand what price is for what items. However, they do not get a full 5 stars because of hospitality. I’ve never been snubbed in a store so hard from the employees in my life. Walking in, no we did not have masks on, we were loudly jumped at to put masks on before even shutting the door behind us. We warmly and happily complied because we have and will never argue with a business about a mask policy they have. We WILL gladly put them on. At this store however. Once we put them on they snubbed us deeply the whole time we were in the store. Giving us side eyes and watching us. I’m not sure if maybe they thought we were their for theft? I have no clue. When waiting in line to buy the items I came to get the cashiers were talkative and kind to the other two customers in front of us. When it was our turn to check out I was kind but she was very off putting and not as kind and engaged as she was with the other customers. If a store is going to be that was to people over masks when the customer puts it on with no complaints then maybe they aren’t as wholesome as they say they are. I will not be returning. The “vibes” were off.

Going to this shop was part of mine and my friends graduation dinner, so we were extremely excited to get there after eating and shopping. Smaller store, but it fits for what this shop is and the shop is so beautifully arranged. The book selection was amazing and I couldve gotten lost in just reading titles. The prices were way better than I thought they would be as well. I picked up 2 big books, a new blank, leather journal that I will use as a grimoire/BoS, a new tarot set, an amulet and an altar cloth.Staff was extremely friendly and not at all pushy trying to get us out the door, even though we showed up accidently a bit too close to closing (about 15-20 minutes) due to us not being from Asheville and trying to navigate traffic.I look forward to going back and being able to spend more time looking through everything. If youre into occult, divination, herbs, anything spiritual, then this is the shop for you.

Very cute, quaint, store set in the heart of Asheville. Very Covid aware, only allow 7 in the store at a time and require use of hand sanitizer. Anything from candles, to jewelry to more specific items for casting spells. Workers are more than happy to answer any questions you may have. If you have never been here I would highly recommend it.

Nice selection of candles, incense, crystals, herbs, Oracle cards and assorted supplies for Wicca. Sometimes there are tarot readings in the back. And the staff are some of the kindest and most gentle people you will ever meet.

As a native person, I really notice when metaphysical shops sell white sage and other closed Indigenous practices. I kind of learned to just expect it when I visited them. However, I was pleasantly surprised to see that they didn’t. It may not seem like a big deal to some people, but this made me really want to support this store. I am still learning more about what I would like to practice and this store was amazing. I am going to come back next time I am in Asheville :) I hope this review didn’t come off wrong! Love this place. I live a bit over an hours drive and will only go to this place for mine and my daughters needs. If I cant make a trip, then I order for delivery. They have a great selection of herbs and have just about everything you would need in a metaphysical sense. The online ordering is simple and fast. The shipment is fast and the items are packaged carefully. I will continue to purchase from them and recommend them highly. But if you get a chance to go to the store, which I recommend at least once, you wont be let down.

Im not from Asheville, came for a wedding and made a point to stop by this store. I went yesterday and got there right as they closed. Came back today to see its only by appointment, called and the lovely lady inside let me come in. What a wonderful store, so much to look at and learn. I will most definitely be back.

The complimentary tea was a lovely surprise. The gentleman working just let us browse and take our time looking at all the awesome things in there. I purchased a crystal known for its ability to draw in wealth and received two job opportunities within the next week! Not kidding! Great store.

I love Asheville Raven and Crone SO MUCH. I recently moved here within the past 2 months, and I’ve already visited over five times. I can’t get enough! They have EVERYTHING. And i agree with a comment below that it is more than a store, it’s a community. Beth, one of the shopkeepers, is truly a wonderful human... her energy is so beautiful, and she is so kind and helpful. I talked to her today for almost an hour! As a baby witch, I think that kind of guidance is incredibly meaningful and much appreciated. It’s the highlight of my week when I run to R&C!!!!!

I had my first reading (ever) with Byron and the experience was truly something magical. She provided so much validation and insight for me in a way that was very much needed. All of my questions were answered and she provided tools to help reach my highest self and inner peace. I highly recommend her and cant wait to visit again next time Im in town.

I felt the store was a little lacking in the crystal department, but that is my primary interest so thats on me. They had everything else you might need, and the candle section was especially plentiful! I also overheard the employee giving a customer advice for a problem he was having and I thought that was amazing and the employee seemed very knowledgeable.

I enjoy the energy of the staff. Some of their personal brand items are very cheaply made, and the cost is insane. So search for the better quality, and worth while items. Interview any of the readers before you sit with them. Some are MUCH better than others.

This place is SO cool! My husband and I were in Asheville for vacation and he had found this shop in a Google search. What an amazing collection of Wiccan items, herbs, books, and they even had a Tarot card reader there the day we went! My husband had a reading, and she was SCARY accurate!!! Hoping to go back to Asheville, and when we do we will certainly be back!

I love this place. Its so much more than a store. Its a community. Store manager, Lisa Wagoner, is always so friendly to everyone who comes in. She is such a light. Great place for books, crystals, classes, or just settling in for a few quiet moments with a cup of their delicious tea. A respite in a busy town.

Great staff that is knowledgeable, decent prices and huge selection. We bought lots of incense and I found a beautiful pair of triple moon goddess earrings. Highly recommend!
