Not sure what happened to these guys.Harmony originally installed my Control4 system when my house was built in 2011. Expensive, but competently installed. When the controller died two years ago, the employee I had been working with had me acquire a used replacement unit so we could get it up and running again fairly quickly and inexpensively. Then the pandemic hit... everything went on hold for a year. When I called again earlier this year, I discovered that the company had been sold to an employee, the original employee I had been working with had left, and I was told they would not install the unit I bought since they were concerned it was too old. When I asked for a quote to install a newer unit, they stopped responding to my emails.I am extremely surprised at being ghosted by a company I have done business with before. It reeks of unprofessionalism. Maybe youll have better luck than me as a new customer, but customer service seems to have dropped off dramatically with the new owner. I would be really concerned about how to get your system fixed once initial installation is complete. I am now getting quotes from other regional companies to fix my Control4 system since Harmony wants nothing to do with it. There are more professional AV companies in the area that respond to emails. You might be better off calling one of them instead of these guys. I definitely wish I had.
