Awesome pharmacy staff and the whole store is very family oriented we love em

Prices were too high products easily found elsewhere. Food was old absolute trash and made me sick. Staff were aware yet continued serving it. Yuck! We could not find the area to purchase the food and while looking for the checkout we were yelled at by the produce stock boy accusing us of trying to steal the inedible mess. Overall 0/10 will not return.

Can’t get reasonable prices on basic items unless you sign up for their “rewards” which basically gives them all your private info. I will never step foot in an Ingles again.

Ingles has the best store, if you need something they have it. Just a wonderful store. I just wish that I lived closer to one

Nice selection of craft beer, they have a whole fridge full of mix and match craft beer singles. Also grabbed some fresh fruit for the next day.

I give this Ingles on Brevard road four stars because of the cleanest the pleasantry. And Ms Debra and deli. She make a good sub sandwich

Absolutely disgusting treatment today. 1st I was threatened by an employee, then when I tried to bring this to the attention of the manager, he refused to listen to my complaint about his worker, and in the end, openly mocked me by stating make sure you spell my name correctly at corporate. As if you say, haha, no one cares or will listen to you.All because I said I wanted to pack my own groceries due to the fact they handle buggies all day so I didnt want them to handle my food in the middle of a pandemic. The employee said, he had his vaccine, dont be afraid. When I told him I did NOT have MY vaccine so yes, I was afraid, he stared me down and said I was getting anattitude with him.Absolutely disgusting treatment!

Extremely clean and well organized grocery store. Full service bakery,meat, seafood, produce, pharmacy, household goods and much more available. The employees are very friendly and helpful. They have a multiple bay fuel center out front. Lots of free parking available and store is conveniently located on Tunnel Rd.. prices are reasonable and the selection is great. Produce is fresh and well presented.

This store is one of the nicer Ingles. It is clean and well organized. The produce is fresh. My concern is that at this location there are alot of street people in front of the store and in the parking lot. Also at the gas station. I dont feel comfortable being approached by strangers asking for money.

I just moved here Friday and I went to get groceries and the store brand Half and Half I got was vile and I threw out immediately. Just because its convenient I went back, they were out of a few things. I walked by the deli section and the workers were having fight and wouldnt turn around and serve anyone, I saw a customer throw up her hands and walk away. I then went to the self check out and it balked at me and the clerk was really busy gabbing it up to notice so I walked out.Two days later I forgot and went back. I went the pizza deli and the clerk told me they dont have any and need to ask that lady went she going to make some. I then went to the next deli section and watched what seemed like a lot of drama with customers ahead of me then when my turn came I asked for four chicken legs and fries to which the clerk snapped, Do you see any chicken legs in there!. I put my basket down and left. I wont be back.

Easy to get in and out of. They generally have prices comparable to or slightly below other stations in the area.

Dont use Ingles curbside. You wont have your money or your groceries.Pay your employees a livable wage and maybe youll actually get some.Corporate greed is all you know. Wanna be Bezos.

This is our second experience with Ingles, first in Lake Lure. Stores have great selection and layout. Wish this chain would come to the triangle area.

Clean isles, friendly unbiased employees who take the time to assist with anything. Strong and secure management who dont mind helping when needed the most. Pleasant working and shopping environment. Great fair prices that you cant find anywhere else. Quality service and products from top to bottom.

As far as Ingles goes its pretty standard, I would not however, visit the deli at this location. There have been a number of times when I want to purchase meats that Ive stood there for over ten minutes with only a nasty look thrown my way. All it would take is for someone to say, Ill be right with you or some other gesture of acknowledgment. Instead, they pretend you dont exist in hopes that you go away. Avoid the deli here at all costs. You will be made to feel like a bother if they even notice you at all.

Why does Ingles follow Wal Mart only having 2 chk out lines open when they are clearly super duper busy??? This Ingles I do feel has the worst produce for some reason dont know if because its so busy the good stuff gets gone faster or what? I used to shop here Everytime I shopped and its over crowded super busy, never chk out lines open unless self check out, the customer service isnt what it used to be at all.

Great selection, decent prices on everything. I especially love that they feature local beers so prominently. Always clean, easy to find everything. Staff is professional and friendly. Easy to get in and out of the parking lot.

Curbside pickup is awesome! They picked nice, fresh produce, and even messaged me for replacements for items out of stock. Better than Instacart by a long shot. Even the man who put the groceries in my car was as nice as could be. Great job all around! :)

I feel like I help the Ingles kids through college, I am there so much.I wish the Fairview Ingles was a newer ingles..

I love the people at this ingles. The employees are always super helpful. The lines dont take a long wait. And the fact they have a gas station is even better. The gas station closer to my house doesnt have a gas station. Megan the chick that has been recently working at the gas station is super sweet!!!

Stopped here late at night to get a few essentials missing from my overnight bag. A good location for groceries, snacks, etc. I needed alcohol pads and bandaids I forgot to pack inside my Diabetes bag. oops!

Wow! First time here to any ingles and I definitely will be back just because of our cashier ms.Blanche. A lovely woman who takes pride in her job and going the extra mile. Everything was so clean. Will definitely be visiting again!

I used curbside pick up. Young man who brought my groceries out was very nice. The forgot my rotisserie chicken but were super nice when I went back to get it. Very apologetic and made it right. Will definitely do this again!

Ingles reminds me of a Kroger’s supermarket. Descent selection of goods, and they also have a walk-in cooler for beers. However, the staff here could use a little bit more customer service.

We had a cashier, Hannah who was fantastic! They should let her teach the other Ingles cashiers ( in all Ingles stores) how to do their job. Friendly, engaging, expedient and thorough.

Great clean store. But, without fail, the guys in the deli are inept and have a mask under their chin yucking it up like they’re in the pub and can’t get an order right. The rest of the store is great.

Ingles Market is an upscale business, they have a great salad bar area by the produce ,deli, I will definitely shop here more often

We were able to easily fond this Ingles market. Once we were there, we found every thing we needed. Great grocery store with am amazing beer selection. They even had a giant teddy bear!

Convenient to my location with lots of options and fresh foods.

I wish they would be more consistent following protocol (such as having someone at the entrance always), but the employees are all friendly and helpful, and the store is usually very clean and well stocked.

Half of the store employees are unmasked. The auto checkout station was filthy. This is not a place I would want my food to come from.

A grocery store named English, in Spanish. Honestly just the name should get 5 stars for being creative. Itd be like going to Spain and opening a grocery store called Spanish. 😀No but they have some extra things other stores dont have like gas for example and stuff big chains have like a pharmacy, which surprisingly wasnt called farmacia. Nice place.

Great location very clean, I enjoyed the Starbucks inside but found their bacon in the morning a dollar a slice a bit ridiculous but its whatever!

There are some very awesome people that work there I go there every time I shop for groceries or other things and they always helped me and theyre very professional

A very friendly grocery store. The staff are helpful. The store is clean and pleasant. Most items are found in the place expected. However, they are not quick to re-stock items—and this predates the pandemic. Some items remain missing for months before they are finally re-stocked. I don’t know of another supermarket that is so bad about re-stocking popular items.

My daughter was shopping inside this store and a dispicable male exposed himself to her. It happened at the check out counter. The district manager passed it on the risk manager and they said they couldnt find it on tape. They talk a good game but in the end nothing happened. Bet they could find a missing dollar with those cameras.Doubt me then call them

Plain boneless wings are not boneless. The price for wing bar is $6.99/lb. Quality of plain wings is carboard quality. Plywood texture. They are dry, tasteless and useless. I want my money back. Nope... Keep the money but you lost a customer

Although Ingles is ubiquitous in the Asheville area they have forgotten their family values. After the founder passed, his kids have gotten ahold of this grocery chain to truly make it a profits before customers corporate grocery store chain. Most of its products are grossly over priced. They are also discriminatory towards hiring people who have made mistakes in the past. So I try to shop anywhere than Ingles.

INGLES! Oh I love Ingles, we used to have a small one in my home town but none anywhere near where I live now. We were in Asheville for a concert when we saw the signs and HAD to stop. This one is much bigger and nicer than the one Im used to, and it still had my favorite thing about Ingles. Vernors! My mom is from Michigan so we usually only get Vernors on our yearly visit there, unless we find an Ingles!

It was nice to see during this quarantine that ingles is on top of their game. They installed more self checkouts, which I saw the attendant wiping after every customer. Also I saw another employee going through the frozen foods aisle and wiping each individual door handle. Just wanted to say good job and thanks.

This is not like my Ingles in Johnson City. The cashier never said a word and the other guy never looked up from his phone and I had to put everything in the cart.
