The store in the Asheville mall is my fave. Ive never had a bad or disappointing experience. I really like how their manager and other staff has spent time getting to know mine & my families needs. My 15 year old has had all her piercings done there since she was a little girl. So much more affordable than high end jewelry stores without sacrificing quality.

Awesome experience! I took my 7 y/o daughter today to get her ears pierced. Joanna is wonderful! She is thorough in her explanations, patient with me and my daughter, calming and perfectionistic. Joanna and Claire simultaneously pierced my daughters ears and did a perfect job! Thank you!

My boyfriend and I both received the best customer service from this store today. The lady and her trainee both went out of their way to ensure that we left happy!

This place is terrible. i went to go ask a question and when i said one the guy kept his back to me and was waiting for me to just keep talking the whole time. when i asked him the question some lady budded in because he didn’t know the answer and she was extremely rude! i would be asking her something and she would interrupt me and act like i was stupid. 10/10 wouldn’t recommend :)

Just a question, how old do you have to be to get a nose peircing here I am 13 and realy want one.
