I was just at Office Max at 5275 Wadsworth Bypass in Arvada, CO. I needed a drawing enlarged 300%. I was helped by a young lady named Erika. She was excellent, very helpful, very knowledgeable, gave me exactly what I needed

Went to this location twice within a couple weeks around Thanksgiving needed assistance replacing a couple of office products. The staff here is incredibly helpful.One item in need was a new office scanner/printer. I had recently purchased an HP from a different location that kept knocking offline. I came to this location with my complaint intending to return it. After explaining the problem they not only refunded me for the machine but also the extended warranty I purchased for it.Kindly and professionally they proceeded to educate me on different types of office printers and the features available before recommending a replacement that they believed would meet my needs.We have now had the scanner/printer in the office for about two months and LOVE it! We’ve had no problems with connection, it processes documents faster than three previous and hasn’t eaten up a ton of ink! The office staff is extremely happy again!I will return to this location for assistance with future purchases and recommend supporting this business based my experience with their customer service, product knowledge and recommendation based on meeting consumer needs without padding their sales. Fair business. Great people. 👍🏻

Clean store, friendly helpful staff, great visit. We had a young guy at the register who gets a gold star for customer service. He asked how often we were going through toner and then offered a toner plan that would reduce our costs 10%. Even wished us a safe drive in the current snow storm.

I was greeted right away and I asked for help printing from my camera memory card. When I realized that I left my cable at home they let me borrow one. Really nice so I didnt have to go back home or buy a new cable. They were also very helpful when I was struggling to find my photos. Thanks

This store...just stood in this store waiting to spend $500 on a laser printer. Never even greeted. Not only that. Not one of the three employees that walked by me even made eye contact as they rushed by. Well...Best Buy it is.

Way too much food, but very good. Not sure about the service, asked for a steak knife and she never came back with one. Other than that, it was good

Print and copy center employees have always been helpful for my printing needs. Supplies are somewhat over-priced and can find cheaper on Amazon. Love the back to school sales for cheap supplies.

Horrible service by Jessie in Copy... All she wanted to do was argue with me when I asked simple questions. Tried talking to manager “Jaden” about her to find out he wasn’t even a manager... lost my business.

This store was very neat and organized. Wasnt super busy and found what I needed right away. They have a wide variety of products that are not just for office use.

Dena and the team printed, organized and bound 29 binders that were all different and included almost 4,000 documents. This was a very difficult project and they knocked it out of the park. I am extremely happy with their effort, hard work, honest deadlines and overall product. Thank you!

What can be said about reliability of expectation. These stores have excellent inventory. My particular clerk was a little inattentive but whatever. Large parking area so that shouldnt be a problem.

This store has knowledgeable, well trained staff. Easy to find parking. All in all, very satisfied shopping experience.

Went in for a 3 hole punch for $2. The posted price in the store was $5. They didnt hesitate to fix the price, nice gals working here too.

This was my go to location, the staff was always friendly and helpful. I showed and made use of the copy center a lot, and always felt welcomed here.

Found a chair on their website I wanted but I wanted to test it out first. Should have been a 30 min trip to try it out, purchase it, and be home. 2 1/2 hours and 3 trips later, not to mention lugging the wrong chair all the way down to the basement and unpacking it to find out its not the chair I tested out in the store.. The guy that helped me carry the chair to my car is about the only employee that should be there. The guy at the front desk was rude and cold and theres not enough employees running that store to make it worth your time. Order all your office supplies from Amazon and save the trouble.

I was extremely impressed with the level of service I was given during yesterday’s visit to this location. I had recently been to another location, and an item I really wanted that location was out of.. but than yesterday after visiting this location .. although it appeared that it was too late .. promo passed me by... he began to scan all the barcodes of items that pertained and when we got to the 5 th or 6th item..he mentioned how it wasn’t marked on sale but in-fact, it was. He proceeded to apologise and even rang me out. The fact that he put some effort into finding what I was searching for was impressive .. and taking ownership for the error of not being clearly marked as a sale item was very appreciated and respected as well..All in all , great store - staff - i had a great experience...thank you guys...
