I called ahead to ask about photo printing; how much it would be and how long it would take to print pictures on standard photo paper. I was told over the phone it would be quick and easy and to come right on in. I arrive and go to the printing area and let them know I’m there to print pictures. They ask they kind of paper I would like I say “standard photo”. They print my order on white printer paper before letting me know they don’t have photo printing. I don’t understand why this was communicated before they printed my order.

I needed documents and pamphlets printed for my grandma’s celebration of life, from the bottom of my heart, I really appreciate Evans attention to detail and customer service . The end product will mean so much to my family and will be a keep sake I can always look at and share with others. Thank you again Evan, if I could give 10 stars I would!

Kevin Foote was the nicest customer service employee. He took so much time to help me find a charger for my laptop, and in the end he let me use one of theirs for me to get some power. It really truly saved the day for me. Great guy.

We went looking for a chair, knowing that they always have some on sale. We found a chair that I liked. It was tagged for sale. (at 2:00 in the afternoon) My husband noticed that the dates said the sale starts tomorrow. I asked the associate (who stayed half way across the store when asking if she could help us) if they would honor the price marked, despite the dates. She rudely said, No, if it says tomorrow the price isnt until tomorrow So I said fine, were not interested and you shouldnt have a sale price posted hours before the sale starts. OMax/Depot has lost a customer.When I worked at OMax, if a price was posted, the price was honored and sale prices didnt get put up until the end of the shift the night before they started

Aubri did a terrific job making copies of some important family history documents. I really appreciated the way she kept track of everything I asked for and that she was so organized, efficient, and helpful.

Only reason Im giving a 2 is because the manager in printing was new and was trying to fix the situation. The young lady Aubri that was helping me was rude from the minute I walked up. They messed up my order and instead of apologizing she was shifting the blame on me ... very bizarre. Then she tried to print some cards out real quick and literally walked over to the counter, slapped them down and said “ Here!”Horrible Custer service and terrible quality product

I had a bad experience with Sales Supervisor Ziva. I paid $135 for blueprints that were supposed to be stapled (at least thats how I ordered them online). The staples were only supposed to be 5 cents. Ziva handed me dirty, unstapled, blueprints and when I asked for her to staple them she said Id have to pay the register minimum of $2.50 for what was supposed to be 5 cents per staple. I only needed two staples and was very upset at the dirty prints that I just paid so much for. A good supervisor would see that a customer is unhappy and attempt to make the situation right but Zive seemed more intent on holding her ground and upsetting me further. Mission accomplished. Being a General Contractor and a commercial fire alarm contractor, I print a lot of blueprints at Office Depot.... But not anymore. You win, Ziva, pride intact. Ill go somewhere else.

Let the buyer beware. Printing in store (vs ordering online) is about 30% more because it is considered rush. I didnt know this and wish I had. Always ask for a work order and price, and if you dont need your copies in an hour, order on line!Associates were polite but firm that they see no reason to inform customers of this policy.

This is the best location that I have ever been to. The staff is great and always willing to help no matter the size. I have used them since they have opened for our business and will not use anyone else for our business supplies.The store is always clean and organized. The prices and sales items are very reasonable. Any projects that we have needed done have been done on time or early and up to my stringent expectations.I strongly recommend this location!

Went in today to find a gaming chair for my husband they didn’t have any in stock so I found this cute little chair instead for a good price. A man named Christian went above and beyond to find one at another store for us and also helped find the chair we wanted exactly. Thank you for your great customer service!

This store continually lets me down. I own a small business with needs for lots of printing and shipping. Every time I come in it’s some new issue. The managers here DO NOT KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING. Today I had the operations manager help me. He seemed more lost than an associate I had never seen before (assuming they are new). Office Depot, you need to pay your employees more. You get what you pay for, your employees here do not care enough to figure the job out before they quit. Are you ready to shut down all operations in brick and mortar and go fully online? That’s where your headed.

Had a big stack of papers somehow jam in a printer! I couldnt unjam it myself so brought the printer to this Office Depot. I asked the gentleman near the front door if them unjam jammed printers and he said not normally, but take it to that lady over there and see if she can help....next thing you know Ive got 2 different people getting the wad of paper out of my printer. A 3rd gentleman came by and said that shouldnt have been able to happen in the first place and took a look at it, cleaned it with some canned air, showed me where to take a q-tip with alcohol to clean. Prints great now! Excellent, helpful, friendly service at this store!! It will always be my go-to!

We placed an order before noon yesterday for an order of basically 100 copies, cut in half and laminated. We called late yesterday to check the status of the order and we were told we could pick it up in the morning today. However, when checking again on the order we were told it wouldn’t be ready until 6 PM tonight.Usually when a business makes a mistake they try and put the customer first. We didn’t receive that kind of customer service. We will not be using Office Depot anymore for that reason.

I cannot recommend this place enough! Gary C. helped me so much with my two computers. I cannot begin to tell you what a relief it was to find a good and honest tech!!!

If youre like me and you enjoy organization and new office supplies, this is definitely the right place to go. Some items are a little pricey, but walking into Office Depot makes me feel like a kid in a candy store. Huge selection, great products.

Jason had the worst attitude, poor costumer service, however Ziva was amazing. Mixed feelings about today’s visit.

I have a business really close to this location but just find that its so much cheaper to buy supplies elsewhere. I do drop off to the FedEx location pretty often and the staff seems pretty nice (which is why 3 stars) but its just so expensive.

Everyone always looks and acts so miserable and tired. Nobody is willing to give you help or put in any extra effort than what they feel is sufficient enough to get you to go away... at least thats how I am left feeling Every. Single. Time I go in there. Very highly recommended that you GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!

The epitome of corporate foolishness...

I bought an Epson printer that very quickly started printing everything crooked. (see photo) I normally avoid Amazon for purchases such as printers for the ease at returning them. But in this case, because it was beyond 14 days and I didnt buy their extra protection plan, this Office Depot refused and were rude and blunt. Additionally, I then tried to return the supplementary, unopened ink, which cost nearly as much as the printer, but of course....14 days. It is unopened and I have the receipt.I guess its back to Amazon for office products (or Staples)

Great location with friendly staff. I do wish the offered more name brands in school supplies. They understandably tend to push their OD brand with fewer name brands but a variety would be preferred

Slowest customer service ever! And theres no one in the store.

Just at this store 30 minutes ago. Stood in line, when it was my turn I asked the gentleman a question about my purchase, which he politely answered. Except when I pulled out my wallet to pay, he told me I had to go to the other register to check out. There was now only one register open and there were four people already standing in that line. Grr! I was second in line and had waited at his register, now I had to go to the other long line when I was supposed to be next. Why? His shift was over?? Ridiculous he let me wait only to tell me I couldnt check out there. Wasnt going to wait for all those other people so put my ONE purchase back and left. Poorest customer service Ive seen in a long time! Never going to that store again. 52nd & Ward Rd.

I am a mom, team mom, coach and student and have many printing needs, with that being said I have had many bad experiences with Dena and am now driving across town for my printing needs during the week since thats when she works. Ive been helped by the manager and security guard and they were both helpful and friendly but wont deal with Dena. She really needs a position away from the public....

How many months are you going to be out of ink and keep bare shelves???

Office depot has lots of things but it does not have some folders. I wanted a spiral note book yellow but they had none of them but otherwise this place is pretty good.

My go to store for both supplies and printing services. Not very busy, so theres seldom a line for the print center or check out. Plus, their rewards program is nice.

Cleen and help was there if you found them I purchased a stylus for 15dollars last one that kind purchased same product at Walgreens next day for 6dollars Help went out of there way, Depot was fine but they were much friendler at Walgreens.

Dont go here. This has been the Worst customer service I have ever experienced. I went in to buy $113 worth of supplies- I also had a small gc to apply to my balance- I swiped my card and their computer screen said my business card was attached to a rewards account and I could t use my gift card. The associate clicked out of the screen and had me reswipe- the manager was then brought over- they tried it 3 more times and everything they told me to reswipe my card again- a total of 5 times- the manger assured me I was not gettin charged- when I got home I had 5 pending charges on my bank- they assured me they would go try- however days later 2 of the charges dropped off but I am still stuck w 3 full charges that have cleared from my bank- I have spent 5-7 calls on the phone w the store managers to be told there was nothing they could do about it. They kept telling me to call Office Depot customer service line- I called 4 times- no one could help me and they kept telling me to contact the store for a refund. Only one lady at the corporate said she would research and call the store and look into it. She said she would contact me back after 2 days- its been 4- now the store manager is out of town for 1.5 weeks- I have still yet to receive any response from corporate about a refund- it took 5 mins to charge me $240 something dollars extra an its been 9 days since the transaction and still no refund. All the said to do was call the bank and dispute the charges which I did and still havent received my money back. This is unbelievable.

Sent documents in for printing... was told it would take 24hrs??? Then went in to pick them up & they were done incorrectly. I could tell they were short staffed and it was obvious they were struggling.
