Love my phone. Quick and easy pay, The customer service is great.

The woman who helped me was very smart and informed about what needed to be done. The customer service rep o. The phone didnt really help me because she couldnt sent me a text due to the fact that my phone wouldnt recieve tests. Si she couldnt verify my account. I ended up having to go to the store to have them help me...As I was saying the store was much more helpful. She got the situation resolved in just a few moments. So thank you Arvada Metro PCS store for your help because I was dead in the water🤩

Anna was great with me. I had gotten my phone at a different location off federal. My phone was having issues as far as key pad difficulty and jus stopped working on some of the numbers for me. The location I was going to told me that the manufacturers warranty was only for a week and would not let me get a manufacturers phone because they said the warranty was over with, when really its for a year sometimes 2 years. Anna who is at the Arvada location was great enough to have me come in and look at my phone and helped me get another phone. She knew what she was talking about. She had great customer experience, she went above and beyond and exceeded in keeping me happy with I wanted and also keeping company policy. She was great. I will now be using that location as my go to location from now on. Thank you Anna for a great experience!!!!

They have a lot of security updates these last few months that help protect customers and their information. I am very happy that they ask for my ID when I am using my bank card to make sure no one stole my card. Could not be any happier with this place

The ladies at the Metro store were EXTREMELY helpful....they were knowledgeable, resourceful, and professional. They went the extra mile to make sure we got the best deal, had the best plan, and that we were going to be happy with everything we had before we left. I bought a phone here from Scarlett, and it was stolen 2 months later, Scarlett helped me get thru the online claim and uploading my picture to finish the claim. She was awesome as usual and now Im back with a phone!!! Thank You!!!

I brought my phone to the store for new issues tonight that never happened before. She tried to fix it. After about 5 mins, a customer went in, she gave my phone back and told me its ok now. I was very happy that she fixed it. When i got home, it is still the same, not fixed!

Went into this store about 4 weeks ago to upgrade 4 phones. Gal behind the counter could not get herself out of her personal phone long enough to make eye contact, much less make a sale. I know customer service is a dying art, but seriously. This was just too much. If you are going to put people behind the counter to make money for your store you might want to make sure they are at least motivated to make an effort. Otherwise you might as well turn off the lights and go home, youd get the same results. Just saying.

Went to purchase a case for my phone. I checked their website and the one I wanted was $19.99. When I tried to purchase the case, the clerk said $26. I mentioned the price on the website and suddenly she gave me a discount to correct the price.

Anna was very helpful when my phone wouldn’t charge and assited me in reactivating another phone. I will continue go to this site for her assistance.

Its a good store but NEVER OPEN...

I went in there fully intended to get service and a phone the lady Alex was so rude to me I left without either this place will actually try to rip you off if you go in it will make you buy what they call a bundle for $40 and what really it is this them charging you an activation fee to buy a cheap case and a screen protector since MetroPCS doesnt charge an activation fee I was told there free phone would really be $100 because of my $60 service and a $40 case wow after I politely told the lady I didnt want the case she said you have to buy the case since we do not charge an activation fee I know for a fact other MetroPCS locations do not charge this bundle fee and it is a fee because you have to pay it the lady was rude to me all throughout the experience and said if I didnt like it I could just leave I will leave and Ill never go to any one of your stores again the company that owns this MetroPCS location is Wireless PCS dont go to any other stores because they will rip you off and when you protest they will be rude to you

I went in to metro trying to add hotspot to my plan. I couldnt remember my security question. Showed my i.d and the chick behind the counter kept looking at her phone. Then she made a phone call and said how i wouldnt have access to my account for an hour. Well i wait the stupied hour and go in she ignores me playing around with her phone then looks at me says she has to close the store its 7pm. Well how rude you couldnt have told me before wasting my time that i wont be able to get this done today. She was a rude snobe b..i..t..c..h.. Im never going back there and im just switching to another company.

Worst metro i ever been too, 1 star is even too much. I bought a phone from someone and instead of telling me to call customer service, the chick behind the desk told me to find an id of the account holder and pretend as if im her. Pretty crazy, anyway then she asked me to find the sellers number and once i finally found it and came back to the store, she left me waiting while flirting with a old ass man. Anyway, all she told me to do was call it. Wow, helpful huh? So disappointed with this store. Id literally drive the extra 2 miles to 64th & sheridan for exceptional help.

These people are shady! Theyll say anything to get a sale. The sales person i spoke with claimed to be the store manager but had the vocabulary of a Jr High school kid with an attitude to match. VERY POOR PEOPLE SKILLS.Service was so insulting....i had to just leave

Metro PCS sold my minor son an upgrade phone and monthly maintenance plan, an additional monthly charge added to my account without my knowledge or autothorization while I was out of town. Then they refused to allow me to return it for refund or credit. Additinally they will not unlock the phone to allow me to switch carriers so I am held hostage to Metro PCS if I want to have any use out of a brand new phone that was not okayed by me, the account holder. No privacy or security either - they will let anyone who knows my name and number to come in and make changes or add charges to my account and I have NO recourse against it.** They are shady, greedy, irresponsible and utilize unethical business practices.**Metro PCS at Ralston Road and Wadsworth Blvd in Arvada, specifically clerk Ashley Paiz and manager, Angel, will sell to you and take your money but if there is a problem or mistake they will not accept responsibilty nor will they make it right. Metro PCS only wants your money - they will not offer you any support or service after your initial purchase. You are on your own and if you, the cuatomer, are not happy and try to complain or question they do not care. They really are the worst con-men in the mobile phone industry. Stear clear of Metro PCS if you know whats best!
