I woke up with no internet this morning (and figured out it had been cancelled). So I hustled down to the Xfinity store for some in person tech support. Leo took one look at it, figured out what was the problem, and had it fixed within 15 minutes. Thank you for being so good at your job Leo, youre the reason I dont have to work from the library tomorrow.

Our promo ran out and our bill increased greatly. We went into the store to find out if there were any promotions available. Javier was friendly, informative and helpful. We got a great plan including the internet speeds we need and added some sports for my hubby for 30+$ less than we had and he helped us upgrade our modem too.Thanks Javier!

Me and my friend went there and asked for helping to my friends phone issues. The guy didnt help much. Were so confused. Few days later, my roommate came along with us. The guy that we met him and he not there so we had different guy. Finally he fixed her phone issues and without any problem. I appreciate his helping her. Everything is good. Shes happy now.

This store was so busy but every employee there was incredibly helpful and courteous to all the customers. Xfinity member, Leo was very knowledgeable and patient with all my questions. Kat was checking everyone in and she was very friendly and handled herself well in a highly active environment. Overall, I left very pleased with my experience.

I upgraded to the gateway with the flex for streaming since we just moved. The cable cord just had a hole in the wall? Rene the tech they sent out was very helpful and kind. It only took a few minutes for him to have it up and running. Thank you Xfinity for Rene and Tanner who both really cared!

My wife and I just had an amazing experience with Andre the sales rep. We had been long time customers of the competition and my phone broke so we decided to price at xfinity because we had just signed up recently for internet and home security st the Wadsworth store. Andre was extremely professional and knowledgeable. The level of service we received was extraordinary. The other associates were also very helpful answering questions and giving Andre a hand.

Lack organization and communication. Comcast continually sent my payments back, only to send me to collections. Comcast, Xfinity same company but still arent fully merged hence the continual payment interruptions. Communicate with your customers!

I got a failure message twice to chat with customer service for existing customers. I was trying to change my plan which went up to $200 . In person I found that you can drop cable tv which I tried to do in the past unsuccessfully via phone. The in person rep said phone reps get commission for products sold and arent going to offer that you drop services upon request. My monthly bill was cut in half. Yes!

T was awful. Chris and I was in there trying to getHer phone fixed. Nobody could help us. They kept telling us to call Samsung which we did. They couldnt help us. They referred us back to comcast. They wouldnt help us. Whats the use of buying a phone there if you cant get to exchange it or return it. They couldnt help us to get on. Poor customer service. Worst service I have ever had. The person who helped me was very knowledgeable and courteous. I was in and out of the store in less than 30 min. with a new two year agreement, how to access HBOmax, when my phone bill was to be sent, and a fix for a phone problem. Great store with exceptional help.

If you can avoid having Xfinity then use any ISP other than Xfinity. My internet goes out 4-6 times everyday. I have to unplug the modem and plug it back in everyday. Terrible service. Terrible customer service. They cant answer simple questions everything about Xfinity is garbage

Went in because my cable/internet got canceled without my permission and the rep Jorge was NO help. at first he said they canceled me because my payment was late and I told him No, the rep over the phone told me it was because someone signed up with my address. So obviously he didn’t even try to see what was going on with my account and then pretty much told me there was no solution to my situation. He didn’t even try to understand why I was upset. He was rude and cold. I ended up canceling my service. Xfinity over the phone has nicer reps. I DONT RECOMMEND this location, call the 1-800 number instead.

I switched my mobile service to Xfinity, and received my new phone today, i was able to activate it online, but needed help setting it up. Went in to the store at 52nd & Wads and asked for help and the tall, big black guy with black curls was so rude. He treated me like I was a nobody. He told me he couldnt help me and I could go to Best Buy. He was very arrogant and condescending. Rude rude rude. I went to Belmar store where i got help setting up my phone.

Walk in the door and can’t get on to the grey dot to stand because someone is standing in the way. Was very rudely told to stand on the grey circle I was not able to get it. Have to stand on a red circle and yell your information so everyone can hear it. They don’t have posted you can’t sit on the chairs and when someone says that the girl rolls her eyes. They have someone just standing around doing nothing. The girl is very rude. Had to wait 20 minutes to just hand someone a box and be sent on my way. Someone wanted to make an appointment for service and the girl very rudely told him you can call and do that which he responded I don’t get help that way so I come on an make appointments. Not happy with the service I received today. There use to be a women named Amy that worked here and she was so nice. They need to find her and have her train these people. If I could give no stars I would.

I went into the store to get an issue resolved where my modem needed to be transferred from my old roommates account onto mine. I talked with Alex N. For awhile about the situation. He wasn’t able to get it transferred without my old roommate there so he gave me his card and said to email him with the information needed and he would take care of it from there. We did just that a few days later and we didn’t hear anything back from Alex. We both tried emailing him and received nothing back. It would have been better if he just stated he didn’t want to help out instead of making us think we had the issue resolved and could count on him.

Overall had an okay experience - moved to the area not knowing much about this provider, it seemed simple to get things set up. I was having troubles with it however, and started texting with a rep from the store, but was kind of left hanging by the end of the day and never heard back which was a bit of a let down. Went back to the store, chatted with a kind rep to switch some equipment out, went home, but was still having issues. After dozens of attempts to talk to a real person on the phone I finally got through, and got through to a very helpful person that got me set up with a tech support appointment (who was also great as well). It was a long and frustrating process, but did have mostly nice and helpful people to get me to the end result of hooked up internet and cable.

The first person I talked to told me I was eligible for $175 promotion for switching phone service and bring my phone over. The second person I talked to (three months after I switched and still had not received my promotion) said the first person I talked to was mistaken and it was $50. I talked to another person that told me the first two people were mistaken and it was $25. Either this company hires the least qualified people for customer service or they practice bait and switch techniques to bring in customers.

Stay away from this Xfinity location if you have any dignity. I am a IT consulting professional with 20+ years experience that specializes in helping my customers with all aspects of their technology needs. Including being a liaison with their service providers. I have brought Xfinity lots of business because I believe in their products. However today I was accused of being incompetent because I wanted a XB6 modem for the 150MBs internet service. This was by Gregg Lewis. While the 150MBs service doesnt need as many data stream channels as the XB6 has. The XB6 like all modems will function as normal using less channels. The XB6 has far better WiFi performance then the typical XB3 they try to provide. Making it much better for larger buildings. I have never had an issue receiving a XB6 until today. Further more I was accused of trying to commit fraud for assisting my customer with their service setup. They asked me to leave the store or they would involve law enforcement. This was by a lady that claimed to be the head contact for the day, but not a supervisor. I did not get her name.

My first experience was not promising. The blue hair girl at the Arvada location was not happy. The night staff (1930) were not helpful. The 888 number states your call is very important. It is obvious Xfinity Mobile doesnt value your time.First impressions are most of the time true.

One of the WORST customer service experiences I have had in recent memory. I went in and was greeted by an employee. I told him that I wanted to switch my cellular service to Xfinity mobile. I told him I wanted a Samsung Galaxy phone. He told me he needed my accout # and pin. While I struggled to find the information, he went in the back and brought out.......a Motorola phone. I told him I didnt like that brand and he said it was cheaper. We then went back to his station and he got more information from me. He then told me we needed to setup automaric payments. I said I wont do that and he said it was necessary. I told him that I do not allow ANYONE access to my checking account and that I pay my Comcast bill online so why was this necessary.. He said they had to do it that way. I told him I wont do that and walked out of the store. Way to go, Comcast!!! You just pissef off a very loyal customer!!

Tried to go in today with my 68 year father and 2 year old daughter today. tim a worker would not allow me or my daughter in to help my father about an outage and questioning that my father doesnt completely understand stand about our bill or any upgrades to help lower our bill. My father is always pressured in to things he doesnt understand so that is why I went to help him with it and tim refused me to come in and made me and my daughter wait outside the entire time even after the only other customer in there left.

I visited this location because my monthly internet price recently doubled. I walked in, was made to wait next to a blaring loud TV when several employees appeared to be standing around. Once I was helped, the woman immediately opened with prying sales questions about my mobile provider, my wifes, our current plans and devices, etc. even though I was clearly not interested in being sold mobile service.Once she finally let me tell her why I was there, she told me the only way to lower the price was by adding new services—I VERY clearly explained we had no interest in phone, cable, or streaming packages and just wanted to lower our bill. I even told her we would be willing to decrease our speeds since we had been on an upgraded tier. She lied and said we had the lowest they offered (false: their own website has lower priced slower options, even without a contract).She also lied and said that adding streaming services would get us the best deal. I asked her to price it out with taxes, and it ended up being almost the exact same price as our raised bill due to the taxes and fees. I pulled up their website on my phone where it showed a significantly cheaper Internet-only option that I could choose on my account, and she told me it probably would not be valid because she did not have that promotion in her system. I purchased it on my phone in front of her, then she checked on her system and saw that it had gone through.So over all, a wasted evening being lied to repeatedly. On top of it all, I was constantly patronized and talked down to, using uncomfortable pet names like “deary.”

Ive had 3 technicians come to my house and tried 4 cable modems, including renting one from Comcast. And Im still losing connection at least 3 times a day. Tech support does a great job restarting my modern, not so much helping the problem. However, Comcast has been very punctual charging me for full service every month, so their billing department at least is on the ball. Honestly-is there a special package you have to get to actually get fill service? At least tell me if so. Its been 6 months of this.I hear Century Link is putting fiber in the area, maybe that would be better. Its not available at my house, so I at least have an unlimited plan with Verizon so I have internet access at home. Im not sure if Comcast is unable to provide me service or just unwilling to-either theyre incompetent or unwilling to help customers. Either way, I would avoid and go elsewhere of you can. Truth be said-the folks at every Comcast store and every tech has been very nice, just unable to provide me consistent service.

They will try to trap you into contracts etc. I had one sales lady sell me a worthless phone and had to fight with her to get my money back. This location is very nicely set up and well-organized. I made an appointment online, and Dale was extremely friendly and helpful. It was a pleasure working with him. I was in and out within 10 minutes (perhaps fewer) with my issue fully resolved. This was muuuch less painful than calling the main number and having to be transferred between multiple people over a long span of time. I appreciate the quick turnaround and Dales friendly, helpful attitude!

Im now 2 years without service and they still refuse to help me. Would switch service but these ba*tards have a contract with the apartment i live in, but still refuse to help.
