I found Granite Source to be a top notch company with excellent customer service. My Quartz countertops were delivered and installed just as they told me they would be. Rebecca and Jessica took my calls and walked me through the whole process. My Installers Bart and Manny were so talented and did a great job making my countertops look STUNNING. Buyer beware. Absolute joke of a company. They installed my countertops and cut the sink hole incorrectly. There was also white writing on my black countertops that they sealed over. It took them almost 3 months to come fix them after having to make multiple calls. During the time they were at my home to fix the sink hole they managed to damage my cabinets, sink, window frame, and covered everything In my kitchen with a white dust. They had to hire a plumber to unhook the sink and hook up after. Because of poor communication on their part with the plumber I had to sit around for an additional hour. I contacted Oscar about the damage done and was told someone would reach out. Jessica contacted me the following day to talk about what happened. Told me she needed to talk with her boss as to what they can do to help. It has now been 3 weeks with no return call. I have reached out by phone and texts several times and they are ignoring me. Countertops are not a cheep upgrade to a home and we have worked very hard to be able to do this and it has been a terrible experience.

Granite Source completed my countertop for a kitchen remodel. They were on time, worked independently and answered all my questions. When an additional bracket install was needed, they came back and finished the job. I would highly recommend!

If you are looking for excellent granite fabrication and quality cabinet sales expertise this is the place. We have worked with granite source for years and and this is our 4th kitchen remodel in multiple locations. Magda our sales representative made the process easy and was always professional and worked within our time frame. We purchased the Woodland Walnut cabinets with a White Galaxy granite. The Woodland cabinets are constructed very well and beauty of the Sienna Walnut is stunning. The bathrooms we used a Brule (Fantasy Brown) and they were able to cut the granite to bring out the beauty of the granite piece. . Magda is by far the best cabinet and granite representative I have every worked with. Highly recommended!

Granite Source did a great job for me and my daughter who needed a counter top for a bath vanity on short notice. Aaron was very responsive and coordinated the measurement, fabrication and installation teams to get the project done quickly. We also found a beautiful remnant in the large yard which helped with the cost. All in all a great experience

If you reach the right person they will fix any problem like a real company should. There were issues with quality and install but after talking to the right person they made the situation right as best they could. It seems like they have made large steps in the right direction to fix communication across all departments. Thanks for finally taking the time to reach an agreement with me. This place is truly a gem. After trying for weeks to work with Lowe’s to install our granite, but constantly being put on the back burner, I finally gave up and started looking for smaller companies to work with. I’m so glad I found Granite Source! I worked with Aaron Fisher through this whole project and I couldn’t speak more highly of him. He was prompt, thorough, and made this process so quick and easy for us! We ended up saving so much time and money by using granite source and the end result was amazing! Would highly recommend.

I replace a pedestal sink with a sink and cabinet. They helped with the design. The cabinet is beautiful! They were great to work with, and the new sink/cabinet is way beyond my expectations!

My experience with Granite Source Inc. comes not as a customer but as a contractor. We recently installed two, 1-ton overhead bridge cranes in Dans state of the art facility. Seeing what goes on behind the scenes speaks volumes to me (as an example, they recycle and reuse every drop off water used in the manufacturing process). I plan on getting new counter tops very soon, you can be sure I will be getting them from Granite Source Inc.

Dan Bradley and Ben Giles, with Granite Source Inc., were extremely helpful with our kitchen remodel. They were very patient with us as we changed our minds several times before coming up with a final layout. They answered all of our questions, and stopped by our house a couple times for measurements (As I said, we changed our minds a couple of times). He and his team were also available to answer questions after the granite was installed, as this is our first time with granite counter tops. The installers were professional and polite. They showed up when they said they were going to (which is not typical of contractors). I highly recommend using Granite Source Inc. for any kitchen, bath, etc, remodel.

I shopped serval suppliers and found Granite Source to be very completive on price for both the counter tops and cabinets. The cabinets were of very good quality and a lower price that the big box stores. Other places were telling me from counter top template to install 3 weeks, Granite Source was 1 week. Magda, my sales person was attentive, honest, and good to work with. I would recommend them.

I am so completely impressed with this company! I hired them to put in quartz countertops in my renovated kitchen. When the price quote came in higher than I expected due to the manufacturers slabs only coming in jumbo size, Dina called around and found a remnant for the extra amount I needed beyond the first slab and saved me so much money! I asked for a customization and the company took the time to make a sample for me and let me come down to the fabrication site to see the sample in person. Wow! They have an incredibly fast turn around after templating, just 5 business days...and when youre waiting to have a functional kitchen again, the weeks that other places quote seems unbearable. I had one corner that didnt turn out quite perfect, and they were super responsive and sent a team out to fix it up right away. Their communication was great and they came when they said they would. My counters look amazing and I am 100% thrilled with the whole experience.

I have been through 4 major remodels and I APPLAUD Granite Source and DINA! We had to make 2 slabs work with a seam and bookmatch for a huge countertop for my commercial kitchen. Dina was a total pro and presented all the options. The entire project only took 2-3 weeks. The installers were AWESOME, so much attention to detail and so respectful to my space and needs. I cant say enough about the company. Make the right decision and trust your investment with them! There are so many shady companies out there, believe me, I know first hand. Keep up the great work guys, you should be proud to have happy customers like me!!

Do not go to this place!!! Customer service is awful!! Made an appointment online to look at Granite with Julian. When we got there he wasn’t even in the office. The receptionist so rude!!! Acted like it was our fault we made an appointment online instead of calling. We had tried calling before booking online, but nobody answered or called us back. After the lady argued with us and basically blamed it on us we ended up walking out. I would never use this company after being treated so poorly!!
