I had my truck in to see what was going on with it. They tested the truck fixed the problem. Had a problem with the steering wheel they fixed it. And the crazy part they stuck to the original price. I have taken my truck back in for more work. I am very impressed with them and the work. Would highly recommend this shop.

If you are a woman, I do not recommend this shop. I went in knowing exactly what’s wrong with my car, which simply needed a $90 cable (which he said was $500) replaced and the mechanic told me to go somewhere else. When the appointment was made, my wife was clear on what needed to be done but they wanted to diagnose it first which is a $69 charge. The problem with my vehicle is very common for my make and model but let’s tell her it’s something else so we can get more money out of her. This is a perfect example of why I figure out what’s wrong with my vehicle, because I actually know quite a bit about them, before I take it to a mechanic to do the work. Women beware!UPDATE: Since the owner wont allow the screenshot of her very belittling, unprofessional text to me, Ill just dictate it for you. There is no excuse for her behavior. I was not aggressive, despite her claims. As I drove in to Denver I found that my front brakes started grinding. I needed to get back on the road fast. I Called around to many places. But no one would help me out. Trinity took good care of me. Got me back on the road fast and didnt charge me a ridiculous price. I personally deal with a lot of repair facilities and this place has definitely been one of the best. As I was waiting for my vehicle to be repaired they had a little old lady pull up just needing a bulb replaced and they took care of her immediately rather than have her wait like a lot of other places do. Fast service for small repairs and they havent tried to sell a bunch of unnecessary addons that I have seen.

Trinity does awesome work. Took my 6.7L Cummins Ram in on a time crunch for some fuel filters, oil change, and new tires and their customer service was exceptional. They got me taken care of and back on the road beyond satisfied with great prices too. Very thankful and would highly recommend their services to anyone!

They are thorough and accurate of their assessment of the problem. The work was done in a reasonable amount of time and a reasonable price and I will be returning in the future. Thanks for a job well done.

Liars. Tried taking advantage of me, probably seeing I was in a desperate situation. Told me I needed a new battery because mine “wouldn’t charge.” Had another place look at it and reassured me my battery was perfectly fine and passed both tests. Prices are ridiculously high, too.

I am normally nervous when I get my car repaired. I know nothing about cars. I am the Mr. Magoo of automobiles. But they got my VW Jetta running again, and the bill was less than I thought it would be. I even awkwardly hugged the mechanic because I was so pleased. Thanks guys!
