Ive followed Juan from store to store for the last 10 years and have noticed a few important things. The employees are always smiling and the customer service is stellar like the deals on tires. Thank you! Ill be back next week for new tires on my other cars.

Kind, friendly staff, did their jobs well, and even allowed me to stay in my car while they put my car on the lift to mount my new tires! Its possible I was an embarrassing amount of excited, to get to do that, at my age. Lol! And they are dog-friendly; no one said a word, when I walked my dog into their office, on a leash! After waiting for 3 hours for a tire rotation because I didn’t have an appointment, I found out that all 4 tires had to be replaced. I was helped by Blake, one of the nicest young gentlemen I’ve ever met - a true customer service oriented person. He got me great discounts on the tires because the old ones were still under warranty. He priced matched Costco as well. I’ll definitely keep coming back to Discount Tire, specifically this location from now on. Other folks I spoke with there were also very nice. Who knew getting tires could be so pleasant! 😊

Mike T was super knowledgeable and helpful despite being short staffed that day- they got me in and out with my new tires in a reasonable amount of time and Ill definitely try to come to this location whenever possible if they continue with this service. They were swamped over lunch hour, so if youre impatient or in rush and dont have an appointment, you might shoot for a different time. Appointments are very easy to make online or via phone.

Michael Torres filled out paperwork for my tire balance and rotation service. He was both efficient and pleasant. The texting when the car was finished was appreciated too.

Ive been a Discount Tire customer for over a decade, but this was my first visit to this location, and its my favorite yet. Everyone I interacted with was genuinely friendly. Great service, very fast.Reasonable price, but I would say installation price is a bit high.This location had better selection in stock than any other discount tires.Its not obvious how to check in without going inside. But you can stay in the car during installation if you dont want anyone else drive it.

I very much appreciate the excellent customer service here. I would warn however to double-check your appointments if you make them online because the calendar application is a bit confusing, it sometimes opens to the soonest possible appointment, rather than the date you selected. Otherwise the online appointment tool is very convenient.

After calling 2 shops that were not very friendly or helpful, I reached out to Discount Tires. On 11/30/20 I called and spoke with Mike, who was helpful, knowledgeable, and very friendly. He scheduled an appointment for my tires the next day. Upon arrival I was created by different Mike, who was great. Dylan ended up assisting me and just like his colleagues, was friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. Its such a treat to receive impeccable customer service these days. I am very impressed with Discount Tires. Oh and my tires are pretty nice too! :-D

These guys are absolutely outstanding. They took care of my flat . They had to sell me a new one the cause thus side wall was damaged. I dropped it off and came back 2 hours later and they install the new tire and put the spare back on the rear of my toyotas rab 4 and put the spare tire cover back on. I highly recommend that you purchase road hazard certificates. This whole deal only cost me $23 because of the certificate.

Noticed that my tire was leaking air just as I arrived to work at 6am. Quickly dropped my truck off in the parking lot prior to them opening and took my keys with me. I called at 730am and spoke with Diego and told him I left my truck there with a flat. He told me dont worry about bringing in the keys, he would take care of it where its at. No questions asked, no hassle, just got my tire taken care of! I must say, its hard to find great customer service like this these days. Diego deserves a raise! The service I received, turned my day around!

Always have great things to say about this store! My tire pressure sensor was lighting up even though the air pressure was good and they were able to reset it. We are moving out of state to where there are not any Discount Tire stores and that makes me sad.

I can’t say enough about this particular Discount Tire. I typically don’t leave reviews but the Arvada store on Ralston Road was incredible and balanced my tires at no charge, when most tire shops would have tried pushing new tires. Thanks guy’s you are definitely retaining me as a customer and I will be ordering new tires this summer.

Blake & Mike are awesome! Ordered Icon wheels and Toyo AT III tires and they kept me posted frequently during the COVID backorder challenge. Not often you see a business that still really cares and values your business!

Super helpful, super quick and I left super happy.Had a bead leak and they fixed it for free.

Most of the time this place is a breeze in and out. The other day we took my wifes car in to get the snow tires removed. They did the work in a very reasonable amount of time as we just had a walk in to get the work done. When my wife went to pay and get her car back, the manager told her there was an incident. Some careless worker decided to use his impact wrench to thread a lug nut and ended up destroying one of the lug studs... the manager gave us a voucher to go to brakes plus to get it fixed, yet charged us the full price of the tire swap despite the major inconvenience of having to go to brakes plus for a repair. We went to brakes plus first thing the next morning (Saturday). They said they could not get us in due to them having to do 6 of the same repairs, also courtesy of discount tires. So now I have to go back to Brakes plus the following Saturday and waste my weekend time to get this repair.

Unfortunately this place used to be pretty great. Now it’s more of a half run operation. The last few times I’ve been in for service I’ve been told it will be within an hour of my appointment time. Both times it ended up being closer to two hours. Also both times my tire pressure system did not work and I was told that one of the monitors broke. That may be true but on top of just sitting there waiting and waiting and waiting and waiting, it’s just icing on the cake. I will definitely be going to Costco or some other location for tires now. It’s a shame because I have talked these guys up quite a bit over the last decade plus.

I seem to buy a lot of tires and this place never disappoints. Friendly and fast service. Easy to shop online and setup an appointment for install.

Very happy with my service. Went in to get air, and they checked and saw a crack in my tire. They stayed late and had my tires on in ten minutes! The manager Mike even waited with us after closing up shop to make sure we got on our way okay. Pit crew speed with friendly staff!

The 2nd time the website says they have tires in stock and they do not. Do not pay online until you get confirmation that the tires will be there for your appointment. Cant trust online info nor expected arrival time of tires. Making an appointment is no guarantee that they will keep it.Service quality is fine but thier scheduling and stock info is lacking.

Amazing place to get a great deal on any kind of tire. Diego helped me, super friendly, great customer service and knowledgeable. I came in told him what I needed, and within the next ten minutes he had everything ironed out and good to go. Theyre like a NASCAR pit stop but for the everyday person. I called to get in for possible new tires, guy on phone said bring it in and we can get it in. This new bar scan to check in is confusing, pretty much all over door saying dont come in. I scanned, said I was number 5. Waited 10 minutes, still #5. Looked inside store, no customers, 4 red shirts, 1 on phone and other 3 gathered around 1 computer seemd to be bsing. So am I #5 for a bay or #5 to talk to a red shirt that appear to be doing nothing? So I left. Stores and restaurants are letting people in but I cant go into a tire shop. Lame. Been buying tires from here as long as I can remember. Considering a new place now.

Do not bother to make an appointment. This location will serve walk ins in the order they come in even if you have an appointment. The appointment time means nothing and you will still wait 1+ hours if there are people that walked in before you.

Diego is the man! Took a slip up and more than made it right. Made the time to research the tires I wanted, with a rebate.I drive down the mountain a ways just to get the kind of service these guys adhere to every day. Customer for life!

Diego helped with energy and concern. They went above and beyond and were terrific. Have gone there for years but frankly i think they have upped their game.

The guys here are very nice. I’ve only been here for air checks on my tires and to patch holes in them. Those services are free which is awesome.

Ive not had great experiences at most roadside tires places, however, the staff and work here was fast, courteous and met my expecations. Came in for a quick wheel/tire swap from winters to summers for my S4 and was in and out in less than an hour. They also only charged me for one set of wheels so was in and out for $80. If you clearly communicate and set expectations you will not be disappointed. If I trust my Porsche and Audi here, that should be a sign of the quality of work and customer service at this location.

Very bad customer service. I brought in one tire to see if they could repair it they said they would text me when it was done. Two hours later I called them and they said it was ready and then on my way there they called me and said that my tire was ruined and I couldn’t drive on it. I finally get there and they say yeah what does mountain on and I’m like I thought it was ruined and they finally End up bringing me out the tires and the wheels separately and put it in my car because I have a warranty on it. I got there at three and didn’t leave until six. For something that could’ve taken them 10 minutes to examine the tire and Determine if they could save it or not. I don’t live near here I work near here so I had to hang out for two hours for nothing.

Discount Tire saved the day! I just got off work only to realize that I ran over a nail. I hadnt had a chance to replace the missing jack that should have come with my used car and was unable to put on a spare without it. I pulled into Discount Tire as they were closing and told them about my situation. They quickly took my tire off, patched the hole, and sent me on my way - all free of charge! Thank you so much for your help. Because of you I was able to make it work early the next morning.

A week ago I brought two vehicles to the store and the help I received was awesome. A week later I had an issue with my explorer with the balance of the tires so I brought it back and the store jumped right on it and had an issue with one of the tires and replaced it. While waiting for this awesome service I was observing all the young men working there and how hard and professional these young guys worked. I may not be at all discouraged about this generation watching theses fellows. The future is bright for them. So a big thank you from all of the help and quick service.

After doing my research. I choose to buy cooper discoverer. Asked the guys to put back my spare tire. Was out after bout an hour. Happy about the service I was provided today.

This location lies! They lied to me when I have them all of the specs of a job I requested to be done! It almost caused HUGE problems for me.They said (I confirmed 3 times!) They could swap my tires to my new wheels if I brought them in ready for them... I get there, they unload the new wheels with little to no care then 10 min later come tell me that they cant do the job! Mind you they told me they could 3 TIMES!They returned the wheels to my truck bed with the same care they take off their customers that have been loyal to them for years and who have spent thousands with them... NONE AT ALL! They damaged the finish on one of my new wheels... My bad for not pointing it out but if they didnt care before they wouldnt have cared ever!Never going back!

I have been coming to this location since my first set of tires in high school, and for 10 years + I have always been extremely satisfied with the service here. Go in and ask for Blake, he is professional, knows what he is talking about, and really cares about customer service. Before purchasing my latest wheels and tires, I shopped around to 4 wheel parts and a few other places and the prices at this Discount were better than the other guy’s internet prices.

Understanding they are busy on Saturdays we made an appointment. The first available appointment was for noon. We showed up for the appointment and still had to wait for first come first serve. What is the point of making an appointment or offering them if they mean nothing.

I was told it would take 2 hours; it 3 & 1/2. Also, a friend got the exact same tires in the exact same size for $108 less just 6 days later at Big O. Love the tires though. And for the first time, they got them balanced right.

Called to make an appointment for tire rotation. Spoke to Dillon who told me that “ we are revamping our appointment program, just come in and we’ll get you taken care of”. I insisted that I wanted to make an appointment but he refused and told me “just come in and we’ll get you taken care of”. I got there and was asked if I had an appointment. I told the man about my call with “Dillon”, and he acknowledged that “Dillon” worked there but I would need an appointment or wait at least 2 hours.I’ve purchased my tires for all my vehicles from this store for at least 10 years, but I won’t be going back.

I just wanted to say hands down best experience at a tire shop I have ever had. The older gentlemen that helped me out and talked me through everything deserves a huge pat on the back , he was so consoling and helpful. He even made me priority due to a tight work schedule I have !! The store was clean it was air conditioned , the music was tasteful and shout out to Justin for being so sweet after finishing my car!I will be attending this location for all my tire needs! Discount Tire (Arvada 11707) is the best, they have the best customer service and always so helpful and fast. I came in right before 6pm with a nail in my tire. I was happy to leave car for next day and they took care of me within the hour. They were so busy and took care of everyone for the day after they closed even those who walked in after 6pm. These guys are the best!!!!!!!! Highly recommend

Went with Discount Tire as they had best price around to put new A/T tires on Jeep Patriot. I took first appointment available which was over a week after I purchased tires. Still had to wait 1/2 hour to get the vehicle on a lift and start work.

This is the only tire store I will go to. Although they are super busy (especially right now with this October snow!) they take their time with each customer and make sure the job is done right. I have only had good experiences here. Make an appointment if you can - it really helps to lessen the wait. Kudos to Diego, Alex, and Michael for holding down the front of the house with long lines and phones ringing off the hook - they are doing a great job!

Went here to have a set of winter tires mounted and balanced. The first annoyance was that I had scheduled an appointment for a specific time on a Saturday but the whole process took almost 3 hours. I wasnt even buying new tires, they were already in the car. Granted it was super busy that weekend, but still this should take an hour to an hour and a half at most, especially with an appointment. Apparently, it didnt really matter that I had planned in advance...The second problem was that the tires were not even balanced correctly. I noticed this at highway speeds a couple days after I had my new tires mounted. The tech running the machine probably had the balancing machine programmed incorrectly for my rim diameter or wasnt paying attention. One of the tires did not even have a single weight on it (which is very unlikely to happen when a wheel/tire combo is balanced correctly). This was pointed out to me recently by an independent tire shop who re-balanced all the tires and had to change the weights by at least 1-2 ounces on each of the four tires. Furthermore, the tires were only balanced on the outside face of the wheel by Discount Tire, whereas the independent shop balanced them properly on both faces.Overall, I cannot recommend this place since it took way too long and the mounting job was not even completed properly. It would not have even been worth my time to bring my car back to fix their mistake even if it were free.
