Honestly this place is not worth going too. They make you wait in will call forever and the work ethic is very slow. The hard working employees have to pick up the slack of the less working people also the management is all over the place. Decent place to shop, bad place to work.

Its a long review to read but trust me, its worth it. You will come to understand how this place runs after reading this amazing review. Nobody will expose this place so i guess its my job to do so!To those who want to work here, I highly encourage them not to. The management here is broken. The fact that majority of the management is pretty new, they really dont know how to run the place. But it doesnt end here...Mr. Senior Medved is the owner of this place and is known for the title of being Very Stingy from talking to his previous co workers at dealships that he sold and at the workplace itself. But why though? Let me break down the management in a nutshell working here 7 months!1. The interview seemed professional. They tell you your starting pay and when you start working, you are getting payed lower than stated in the interview. So they lie to you about your pay UNLESS you come from one of the Medved dealerships to work here. They will get their promised pay because this is a (friendship business). The reason why you get lied too is because the owner is losing too much money, therefore he cant pay his coworkers their promised pay unless, as I mentioned you come from a dealership he used to own. Senior Medved told me that himself that hes losing too much money and cant pay the people their hourly promised wage. But he pays those according to the promised starting pay who come from his former business. So that clearly shows something right there...2. They hired a tire tech who called in for more than a month. Not sure how he stayed there that long, even though he had more days off than he worked. He literally got fired recently, approximately two weeks ago from today. My wife worked there for two in a half weeks, and she called out 1 DAY for having diarrhea and bad feminine cramps. So how did the management handle the situation? She got fired for having a very bad period and diarrhea... Literally unbelievable! But for myself though, I was late there and there, but the manager told me as long as I get my 8 hours, there wouldnt be a problem. Me and my wife did get written up for being late and thats understandable. But dont dare to take a day off after youve been written up for personal reasons or whatever, because youll get fired.3. When you are hired, you are assigned to do your main task which is the position you applied for. It doesnt work that way at bear mountain. You will see yourself doing ALL tasks in the warehouse for no extra penny. That goes against what you were hired for, which in my case was a tire tech but made deliveries to dealerships in a box truck, and other stuff that my position didnt qualify for.4. You dont get bonuses at this place nor you cant leave the workplace on a 15 minute break. I understand this is company policy but knowing these facts, it might drive many away when looking into working here and is not stated when you are about to get hired.So there you have it ladies and gentlemen. Bear Mountain accessories for you. That is what I experienced working here for 7 months. No job is perfect, but this place, is literally a joke. Im not trying to make Bear Mountain look bad just because I got let go, rather just stating the facts and want to share with others how the management is being really ran to this day. So if you want to work here, there isnt a future here for you. So think twice before filling out a application.
